I've been there several times for a latte, and this time for lunch, which was a bit more substantial, and it was very tasty. Friendly welcome and service, and highly recommended for people who have never been before! The interior has a bit of an Ibiza style/atmosphere. It is a bit more expensive than other places in general, though.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here (he is 67, so he is retiring) with a high tea in the company of children and grandchildren. It was delicious and enjoyable, and the little ones, aged 4 and 2, had a wonderful time playing. Friendly staff.

A really nice shop where we go often and happily, but the matcha for 6.75 is really too expensive for the light green matcha you get. There really should be more matcha powder in there for that money. Or better quality 🍵

I was here yesterday with my boyfriend around 6:00 PM for dinner. My boyfriend is vegetarian and there were few options on the menu, so he wanted cheese sticks from the bar menu and fries, while I wanted the crispy chicken salad. I was told that she had to check with the kitchen to see if the cheese sticks were possible, as kitchen capacity was required for that, even though the menu stated they could be ordered until 7:00 PM. She came back and said that nothing on the bar menu was possible. Which is strange, because the times on the menu say otherwise. She told me that I couldn't have a salad because that fell under the lunch menu. I even said: "Then you should put everything on the menu under LUNCH, without starting with SALAD underneath." Long story short, you actually have hardly any choice with what she said, so we really felt like just leaving. My boyfriend ended up ordering a bowl of baby potatoes and I ordered a carpaccio. Because that is possible, since that is a starter and a salad isn't. It all makes perfect sense. The service, therefore, was not what I had hoped for. The (I think) owner was walking around, came across as nice, and even handed us a small plate with some small pieces of butter cookie. Thoughtful. But we would have preferred to leave with the feeling that we were offered options for dinner. Because with the explanation they gave, I would say: change the layout of your menu and the times listed on it, because it doesn't match reality. And the best part was that we did see others eating things from the bar menu.

We had a wonderful afternoon with our entire team at Flow food & adventure. We concluded the school year with a fun get-together. Everything was well organized, and we were regularly provided with drinks and tasty snacks. We will definitely be back!

Great place to have some lunch while the kids can run around on the grass Infront of the tarasse. It's like a little beach bar, chill out place. You are walking on sand so feels like you are at the beach. Pet friendly and great service. Definitely make a visit. It will be worth it! 10/10

Went for drinks with the gang of misery today. Initially, we were assigned a spot that was a bit too small, but after discussing it, we were all able to sit comfortably. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a good meal. The second round of bar snacks took a little too long, but all in all, we had a great time. We will be coming back here for drinks more often. 😁 Friendly staff too!

Fantastic experience at Flow food & adventure. Even though it was extremely busy, we were served quickly and courteously. The spicy chicken and the Flow burger were very tasty. Highly recommended, especially in nice weather, this cozy and atmospheric restaurant by the water!

Surprisingly beautiful by the water and the relaxed atmosphere. A completely unique presentation of the dishes. The owner and staff are attentive and hospitable, not just because of their smiles. A lovely place to drop in with two or more guests. Experience it for yourself.

Waiting fifteen minutes until they finally take your order. We ordered a cola, but it never arrived, although we did get an ashtray. She comes to ask if we already know what to eat instead of serving our cola first and then coming to ask if we want something to eat. Young girls, they welcome you and say a colleague is coming, but that's all. Very poor service.

At the start, things took a little longer due to a miscommunication about drinks, but after that, we were helped very politely, friendly, and patiently (because of 4 women switching from the outdoor terrace to the air-conditioned inside and then having dessert outside). Cas was the star of the evening. In short, highly recommended! Nice place, cozy atmosphere, friendly service.

We had a baby shower here on June 20th. The communication beforehand went very smoothly and emails were answered quickly. June 20th was a hot day, and they were super sweet to have already turned on the air conditioning so that the room was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the food was excellent. If you are thinking about hosting a baby shower or dining here, I would definitely highly recommend it!

Despite the heat, we had a lovely, leisurely lunch here. Great staff, delicious food at a good price. The waiter asked what we thought of the Aperol; it is a special one, but we preferred the real one. The waiter spontaneously gave us that for free. So sweet!

The atmosphere is fine and the service is generally good too. However, we found the lunch menu mediocre. No lunch, no croquettes, and no soup. I know tastes differ, but these things really belong on a lunch menu. It's fine for having coffee, but unfortunately, we'll be skipping lunch.

Today we enjoyed a delicious vegetable smoothie and coffee at Flow. We were assisted in a friendly and professional manner by Cas, which immediately ensured a warm welcome. The atmosphere is bohemian, quiet, and very pleasant; a lovely place to relax for a while. Also nice: the toilet was clean and there is outdoor space where children can play, making it especially suitable for families. We ultimately didn't stay long because it was very hot in the full sun at that moment, but that doesn't detract from the positive experience. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed spot with good service and tasty drinks! ☕🥤🌿

In a word: "AMAZING". What a top location. The atmosphere is good and chill, the service is excellent, and the food and drinks are delicious. Everything is served well with a smile and a chat. Exactly the way you want it. Good advice to help with choices, and the staff are very helpful. The owner also drops by every now and then for a friendly chat or a joke in between. The location is excellent for a party. This, too, is handled and taken care of with care, energy, and advice. It feels like coming home to just chill out with a drink and/or a bite!

Lovely little beach and atmosphere

Beautifully situated restaurant with a lovely terrace that also had a nice play corner for my toddler. There was plenty of staff and we were served quickly. For lunch, I chose a flowbread with spicy chicken and my husband had rib-eye. I thought the topping tasted good, but the bread underneath was really hard and difficult to cut through; what a shame!

We came here for dinner and had made a reservation for 6:00 PM. First, we ordered the starters. Unfortunately, the burrata was already sold out, so we had a carpaccio. This was disappointing: a small portion and quite bland for the price. My partner's prawns, on the other hand, were truly delicious. Although it was very busy due to the nice weather and we had to wait a bit longer because of it, we didn't mind that in itself. Unfortunately, the main course was disappointing. We had ordered two entrecotes, one rare and one medium, but both were almost well done. For a dish costing €32.50, you expect better. My lady steak, ordered medium rare, was also well done, and the accompanying mushrooms were very salty. When we finished eating, around 8:00 PM, we wanted to order dessert. It turned out that was no longer possible because the kitchen was already closed. After that, we thought we would have a nice coffee, but that wasn't possible either because the coffee machine had already been cleaned. That was a really big letdown. In short: we had to wait a long time, and unfortunately, we found the price-quality ratio to be unsatisfactory. Due to the busyness, we felt that our dinner was only partially handled because the kitchen simply closed. However, I do want to emphasize that the staff at the table were incredibly friendly and understanding. I pointed out that the meat was not cooked properly, and this was acknowledged. They even offered to prepare a new dish, but I declined because I consider waste a shame. The staff's service absolutely deserves a 10, but the overall dining experience, unfortunately, is no more than a 5.

We passed by here while walking and had a drink. Despite the young age of the staff, the service is very prompt and very friendly. Bringing a dog is no problem here; it is also a very nice spot right by the Zevenhuizerplas.

Fantastic breakfast with great service by Cas and Noa

We arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and spent 30 minutes waiting, only to be told that breakfast was already over (according to the menu it is until 11:30), lunch had not started yet, and there was no food left at all. If we had been told this immediately, we would have gone somewhere else and not ordered any drinks. We had to leave hungry and disappointed.

Following our review, FLOW has since contacted us personally. We found this to be very professional and engaged. Our experience was listened to seriously, and the response was respectful, including an invitation to visit again. We certainly appreciate that. I recently dined at Restaurant Flow, but unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. We arrived around 5:15 PM and finally received our food at 6:30 PM. That is a waiting time of well over an hour, while the menu is quite limited. It is precisely then that you expect the kitchen to work more efficiently. Additionally, I had explicitly asked for gluten-free bread due to my celiac disease, yet my salad was served with a bread roll full of gluten. That is not only sloppy but also truly problematic. When I subsequently asked for a gluten-free roll after all — partly because I was already having stomach issues — I was told that this was not possible, as it would then not be ready until around 7:00 PM. I found that hard to understand: there is plenty of time to spend over an hour on the food, yet a simple adjustment afterwards is not possible. My daughter had ordered a waffle, but it was so hard that we had to send it back to the kitchen. My son also found the fries hard and the mayonnaise sour, which didn't make for a pleasant experience for him either. The burgers, by the way, tasted fine, although one was clearly more well-done than the other, which points to a lack of consistency. What surprised me most: a small menu with limited choices, a long wait, errors in the order, and then having to pay the full bill. That just doesn't add up. We said it to each other at the table: this wasn't Flow, but mostly Slow.

Excellent atmosphere and amazing personnel. Very polite. The waiter offered to take as a picture when we tried to make a selfie. Super polite young guys ans ladies. Definitely one of the best places to enjoy a sunny day in Rotterdam.

The staff is so kind and welcoming! I was out for a walk, and this place drew me in for a short break. They have a beautiful greenhouse, and the fireplace looked very inviting. Cas greeted me so kindly and paid attention to everyone in the greenhouse and on the terrace. I decided to stay a little longer because it was such a welcoming atmosphere. I had wine and bread, which was delicious! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

A nice addition, a greenhouse. Various types of benches and chairs with varying table sizes, and the fireplace was lit. The service was fast. Our order was delicious. We've found a new (for us) spot when we're doing recreation or sports in the area.
