The staff is so kind and welcoming! I was out for a walk, and this place drew me in for a short break. They have a beautiful greenhouse, and the fireplace looked very inviting. Cas greeted me so kindly and paid attention to everyone in the greenhouse and on the terrace. I decided to stay a little longer because it was such a welcoming atmosphere. I had wine and bread, which was delicious! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

A nice addition, a greenhouse. Various types of benches and chairs with varying table sizes, and the fireplace was lit. The service was fast. Our order was delicious. We've found a new (for us) spot when we're doing recreation or sports in the area.

We had lunch at Flow this afternoon. Besides the delicious food, Cas provided us with impeccable service. A true hospitality star!

Nice place to have some food or drinks next to the lake. Inside and outside seating area. We tried different things: dumplings, chicken bao bun, green sandwich and smoothies. Everything was very tasty! Will definitely come back.

We love coming here because you can tell they're happy to have guests: a friendly, polite welcome, and attentive service. Plenty of restaurants and bars could learn a thing or two from this. Of course, the food is also delicious. I also discovered their morning menu yesterday, highly recommended! I just found the music a bit loud and "pounding" this time.

No nonsense, just good, cozy, great staff and a lovely owner, and to top it all off, it's delicious too! A few minor flaws, but you can easily overcome those with the relaxed atmosphere! Highly recommended in a lovely location!

The food is excellent. We had a delicious cocktail followed by an incredible lunch... a hearty and flavorful steak with truffle mayonnaise. The coffee was also very good. The service is top-notch and everyone is incredibly attentive! Highly recommended.

What a fantastic restaurant this has become! I've been coming to this area for a long time, but the current owners (Michelle & Lex) have really pulled it off and are even working hard themselves! There's always a pleasant chat, and the staff makes sure you get your food and drinks quickly...it feels great here, just cozy! The restaurant itself has also received a lot of attention, so besides the beautiful view of the Zevenhuizerplas lake, you can also enjoy the lovely decor! We made a reservation for high tea here for 10 people. The nice thing about it is that it's a bit different from a regular high tea; instead of tea bags (or loose leaf tea), we received ginger, lemon, and mint, and the appetizers consisted of a warm caprese egg muffin, a vegetable tart, red chicken soup, arancini (risotto bitterbal), a cream cheese sandwich with strawberries, scones, a mini croissant, and a slice of brownie or butter cake. We were therefore very disappointed, simply because it wasn't to our taste and we have different expectations for high tea (chocolate, cookies, cakes, etc.). The service was very friendly, however, and everything was served promptly. Do check the receipt when paying. We had made a reservation for 7 adults and 3 children, and the bill was for 10 adults. When we mentioned this, we received an incorrect receipt; the website showed a different price for high tea than what was actually charged. All in all, we won't be returning here for high tea. I would recommend this restaurant for a drink after a walk.

Had a lovely first-time meal here. Our puppy was also welcome. We ordered a delicious lunch. There's a nice outdoor area where you can relax. The service was very attentive, and it was incredibly busy that afternoon. Definitely recommended; I'd love to come back.

A lovely location with a great place to sit. That's my only positive experience. The Parma ham sandwich was quite pricey for what you got. Far too much cream cheese (too much can be bad), two tiny tomatoes, and a single sprig of greenery. The plate wasn't topped with lettuce. So, there was only a roll on it. And that for 14 euros. The food arrived before the drinks, and the service was impersonal (for example, saying hello while they're already turning their backs). These are small things, but they make a big difference.

Great place! We had high tea here, and it was perfectly organized. The snacks were also excellent. Despite a large group, most were served simultaneously. The staff was attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything. After high tea, we had a mocktail on the beach, which was also very tasty, and despite the lack of alcohol, I didn't miss it in the mocktail. We'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience at Flow today with a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the service attentive, and the atmosphere cozy. Highly recommended if you're looking for that beach club feeling close to home!

We just wanted a drink after a long walk, but next time I'll be tempted by the service versus the prices. This place will have a different name in a year.

2025 update: The terrace has been expanded with sand for a beachy feel. 2024: Highly recommended. The food is all homemade and marinated. Not your typical cafe snack. The bavette is highly recommended. The cocktails are also very good, especially the Flow cocktail with a layer cake garnish. Point for improvement: Unfortunately, the piri piri (small) prawns are very pricey for the size and quantity. I expected large, peeled prawns for that price. All in all, just go for it.

Last weekend I enjoyed a delicious high tea at Flow Food & Adventure. This was definitely not your typical high tea! The presentation was fantastic, and the snacks were delicious. Instead of tea bags, you get orange and lemon segments, fresh mint, and ginger. Highly recommended!

Its location is ideal, situated within a park adjacent to the lake, in a pedestrian zone that provides a tranquil setting and scenic lake views. Yet, it's teachable by car with plenty of parking spaces. The service is commendable, and the menu offers a good balance of vegetarian and meat options for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The beverage selection, including beer and wine, complements the dining experience. During the summer months, the outdoor seating in the sand creates beach vibes. Another big advantage is the pet-friendly policy of the restaurant.

Super fun and cozy location, delicious lunch, friendly staff. The stew and spicy chicken with fries were served on a breakfast plate, not a dinner plate, so it seemed like you were getting a generous portion.

I recently had high tea at Flow, which was delicious and well-presented. Another time, after work on Friday evening, I had some snacks and drinks. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly and good staff, cozy atmosphere and the food is very tasty and very fresh and also an advantage that the children have a great time there they can play inside in the play corner or outside on the terrace when the weather is nice, my 5 year old daughter now always asks for flow 😁👍

Top atmosphere and top service. And that is still the case!

It is a lovely spot but our experience was poor. As a party of 4 we went here for brunch. We ordered 7 drinks ( 4 coffees, a coke, juice and smoothie) and we all ordered food. As we had cycled there on a hot day we also ordered tap water. Without informing us that this was the case there was a charge of 1.50€ for each glass of water - we had 7 in total! In the end they removed 1 glass of water per cup of coffee ordered. That resulted in us paying €6 for around 300ml of tap water. We were not impressed. The food was tasty but overpriced for the quantity and quality. That left us paying 6€ for 4 very small glasses of tap water.

What a lovely terrace at the Zevenhuizerplas this is! Nice chairs and nice and sunny, also shade with parasols. The service was very cheerful, friendly and attentive. Menu with sufficient choice and with some other dishes than at many other beach bars. The fries with stew were delicious, a bit sweet meat and super soft. The tuna salad and an avocado sandwich were also tasty. The other table companions were also enthusiastic about other dishes. Extensive beer menu and also a nice wine menu.

Super cozy first time I drove past it. But it seemed so cozy, so I turned around and was spoken to. By the lady and gentleman with two kids even got the cold fries from one of the kids were super tasty otherwise it was super cozy

Great food, very friendly ladies and a nice atmosphere! Also nice toys for kids. The flatbread carpaccio and bao buns were really great, nothing to complain about! It was stated (very neatly) that due to several sick people it could take a little longer, but we really had food and drinks in no time!

Wouldn't come back here again for free... what a terrible atmosphere. the owner feels better than others, I disgust these types of characters. pity the girls who work here!!!! This tent won't last long like this. Definitely save your money and go to another (better) tent. greetings! UPDATE: man man man.. the reaction of the owner.. was shocking, I heard several horror stories from the inside, and experienced it myself when I was here!!! especially that curly hair... the way things are going.

Very cozy place with a nice menu, been there twice now. breakfast platter was delicious. You will be helped quickly, but you will have to wait a little longer for your coffee. I was in no hurry, and the service is incredibly friendly, so still a nice 5 stars for the service ;) from here you can also enjoy walking around the lake.

What a fantastic location this was for our party last Saturday evening. Married for 25 years, you want everyone together, lots of fun and not having to worry about anything. Well... leave that to the Flow team. From the first discussion of our wishes with Michelle, we clicked and felt good. She thinks along with everything, knows what is needed and arranges it. With great pleasure and passion. The entire space was for us and our guests and we lacked nothing. The service was great, funny and kept going with a smile. Everyone had a great time and we look back on an unforgettable evening. Michelle and the entire team that made this party possible: thank you very much.

Had coffee with friends yesterday with a delicious piece of apple pie and a blondie! What hospitality! The staff walks around with a big smile and is super friendly. They make time for a chat and really show interest. After paying we received a card with a personally written message. She wished us a nice walk around the Zevenhuizerplas. I can't judge the food, because we haven't eaten here yet. But! We will be back very soon for a nice lunch.

We have been here several times during our walks in recent months. Delicious lunch. Everything made from fresh products and a delicious wine. The coffee is also really delicious and hot! The location is great, but what really makes it complete is the service. Almost so kind and attentive! Nowadays special but not here!

I regularly come for a delicious lunch with a friend. Now we had a birthday party with the family. The tables were very nicely decorated. It looked beautiful! The buffet was well presented with soup, all kinds of groceries and toppings! The vegetarian dishes were also special and good! Everything was well taken care of and tasted delicious! There was ice cream for the children afterwards. We enjoyed each other. Thank you!
