Food-Centre in Zuid

Ordered today, called upon delivery because it was almost cold, and was told, "Yes, it's cold outside, it's probably the weather (sorry, but you deliver, so you're also responsible for ensuring it's delivered warm). The doner is hard to find, there are more fries and salad. I definitely won't be ordering again. They won't even help me out; it's a waste of my money. I tried emailing them, but that's impossible because they're unreachable, and you don't respond to Facebook chat either. Really poor service.

As soon as we arrived, there was a problem with the customer, which meant we had to wait an awfully long time to be served. After a while, the staff opened the cash register, and I placed my order. However, after paying, I was told the burgers were no longer available and had to be refunded. Furthermore, several staff members were standing around doing nothing, which is probably partly why the fries were lukewarm and sometimes even cold. Utterly disappointing.

This one is closed, at least in winter!

Aired here this afternoon. Let's get straight to the point... I got really sick from this. I had a club sandwich fish, but the fish was no longer good. I have been unwell all afternoon and I still don't feel 100%. The club sandwich was already served on very warm toast, which ruined the freshness of the lettuce and fish. I understand that you are struggling with start-up problems, but this really isn't on guys. The other dishes were good. And for the staff. Be a bit more active, more attentive, and don't take a waiting attitude. It comes across as if you are not interested in your customers and you don't want to make a name for yourself and go for it. Come on, change course and who knows, I might come back again.

The food was supposed to be delivered at 5:50 PM, but I called at 6:30 PM. The message was: "Delivery person is on the way," and it finally arrived at 6:50 PM (we live 5 minutes away). Unfortunately, the fries were cold, but the food tasted fine.
