Last night, Sunday around 8:30 PM, I ordered takeaway food at the snack bar. Two fries, a bamihap (a Dutch snack), and a bear's snack with peanut sauce. We live 2 km from the snack bar and drove there. The service was friendly, but the fries were lukewarm, so they quickly found their way into the trash. The bamihap was okay. The bear's snack was downright awful and had either been deep-fried too long or was of poor quality. I found flat, round, dark, thin, hard slices in the container. After two slices, I threw them in the trash. The peanut sauce was okay. I spent over €15 for a disappointing meal. I tried calling to politely explain that this was never the intention, but unfortunately, they were now closed.

I just picked up some fries war here for the road. Great fries, not the tastiest satay sauce per se, but oh well. What I did notice upon entering was a gentleman sitting right next to the entrance on his phone, I got the impression that this was the owner, he instructed the lady behind the counter and later walked to the back of the "kitchen". I immediately noticed him when I walked in because he smelled terribly of sweat. Old sweat! I'm glad someone else helped me 😉
