Seriously... Best blueberry smoothie I've ever had!

Ordered a €10 salad, fries, and some snacks. What do you get? Literally one cherry tomato, a dollop of chili sauce, and a small amount of lettuce. With soggy chicken. Cold fries, and the snacks look like the delivery driver ran over them with his scooter. Almost €30 lighter, and you just get garbage! Called at 8:01 PM, no one answered. I'll be back tomorrow because this is truly outrageous.

The food is always good, portions are rich, flavors are good. Service is also top, even when an order was incomplete, it was still delivered. Best snack bar in the region!

Ordered fries with war sauce, very little satay sauce

The food was nothing to eat! Fries were salty and very dry. The croquette on the sandwich was very soft (as if it had been in a snack wall for hours). Frikandels were almost cold already. The only thing that was good were the milkshakes. So people, be wise, and don't order anything here to have it delivered to your home!

That old grumpy guy on Saturday could also benefit from a customer focus course...

A good restaurant with fast food

Food is not delivered and the woman behind the phone is very rude. The next day I contacted him again by telephone. They then resolved it to our satisfaction. So we did help in the end, but only on our own initiative. Very sloppy…

The Hot Dogs are quite large. That's the only advantage. I unpacked them but they were a huge mess. Very soggy sandwich with excessive sauce everywhere. To eat it you had to reach into the sauce. The same applies to Oriental Fries wrapped in paper. It turned out to be a very weak snack.

The polder frikandel is the best I have ever seen, smelled and tasted.

Whether you fancy a tasty snack or a full meal, Foodmasters never disappoints. The burgers and fries in particular are my favorite – crispy and perfectly seasoned! The service is also excellent. The staff is always helpful and quick, without making you feel rushed. I have eaten here several times and every time it has been a great experience. In short, Foodmasters Heerhugowaard is highly recommended for anyone who likes good food and good service. I will definitely come back again soon!

What an incredibly nice delivery lady, I haven't seen such a beautiful appearance on my doorstep in a long time. So I decided that she can come by more often, but without the food, because it was too much to eat.

I think this snack bar is pretty bad. A regular fries costs 4 euros. 3 euros for fries is quite expensive. 1 euro for the mayo too. This is not indicated and you will only see it when you pay. I had to wait 20 minutes for my fries, which I didn't expect. That was difficult because I had to catch a train. Finally, the fries weren't exactly tasty either.

Actually, this establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. Order is late, staff is very rude and just laughs at you because you indicate that something is going wrong. Seriously can never go well at this establishment. I definitely wouldn't order from this!!!!

Waiting for fries for 3 hours! Called several times but was told it was on its way. Busy is busy, but report this on time! Never ever order there again.

We ordered food at 5:15 p.m., which would be delivered at 5:50 p.m. It wasn't there yet at 6:20 PM. Then I called and they still had to throw it in the fryer. Now my brother is working with a hungry feeling. I'm not angry, but I am really disappointed. And my brother too, of course.

I had a question about something that I couldn't click on Thuisbezorgd.nl, she promised me that she would add it when I placed the order. But in the meantime I had found it. Eten was goed geen commentaar over het eten maar snap als het druk is dat het allemaal wat langer duurt opzich ook niet heel erg dat is nu eenmaal zo maar dat je wordt weg gestuurd terwijl je nog aan het eten bent dat vindt ik wel erg dus nee ik kom hier helaas niet meer terug

Top bedrijf! Wij bestellen minimaal 1x pm, het eten is heerlijk en onwijs goede service, ik was wat vergeten en dit is top opgelost. :) Een dikke aanrader!!!

Bestelling doorgegeven via thuisbezorgd, geen satésaus gekregen die we wel besteld en betaald hebben, gevraagd om een frikadel curry die geleverd werd als speciaal, koude patat bezorgd en naar mijn mening geen lekkere patat. Eens maar nooit weer!

Normaal goed te eten maar er werkt nu 1 nieuwe die begrijpt er helemaal niks van vraagje om bakjes saus gooit ze je saus gwn overall bij. Ze vergeet de helft van de bestellingen. En volgens mij is ze doof als je het 4 keer moet zeggen.
