Great snack bar, good value, and yes, the atmosphere isn't great, but then again, most snack bars aren't. So I took it home...

Good fries, freshly made hot dog, we had a great meal here and it was ready quickly!

It's such a shame. It's such a prime location. It should really be a lunchroom. That's missing in this area. This snack bar doesn't open until 4 p.m. and closes very early. Sometimes the fries aren't cooked through, and if you ask for a strawberry milkshake, you get a flavorless milkshake. What I'd like to see as a lunchroom? I'm thinking fresh coffee, mint tea. Warm baked rolls with your choice of toppings. Soup. And even a vegetarian option. The comments about the opening hours are nonsense.

Delicious BBQ chicken burger! Good crispy chicken fillet, and the bun is also nice and crispy. Highly recommended! The fries here are deliciously salty.

Pick up time they always start 5 minutes later, so pick up time is + 20 minutes!!! Very unfortunate if you consciously choose that time. Happens every time. Food often overcooked.

Ordered three ice creams from this snack bar today, including a children's ice cream with speckles. At the checkout I asked if I could have a small empty container, so that my daughter could eat her ice cream more easily and it wouldn't leak everywhere. The cashier indicated that this was no problem. When the owner went to make the ice cream, she refused to give us an extra container. I explained the situation, and she said that she had 'no containers', while there were clearly enough containers and I pointed them out. She also didn't want to make an exception, even for a fee. My daughter couldn't eat her ice cream because of the mess, so I asked for my money back. I had debited and wanted to get it back on my debit card, but this was not possible. The cashier tried to explain politely why the container had been requested and what its purpose was, but the owner wanted nothing to do with it. Extremely rude owner who doesn't even listen to her own staff, let alone a customer. Customer friendliness is really hard to find here. Definitely not recommended.

What stupid staff! Sorry never post reviews but I don't understand this. Daughter waits for 10 minutes, all people go before her. None of the staff asks anything. So I go inside myself. I order a wafer cone with sprinkles and a sundae oreo (like the picture). Quite a logical combination. I get a cup with ice cream and sprinkles? And a wafer cone with 5 pieces of oreo (doesn't stick of course) And then she says yes it can't be otherwise 😭🤣 huh what? Why?

Ate here tonight...I was very curious about the reviews...but the burger was fine and the fries were good...can definitely recommend it...4 stars...see you another time...

Good food, only the play area for the children has not been cleaned for years, everything sticking to it is dirty and broken

Food is reasonable but the restaurant is really dirty!! Everything is sticky and the children's corner is already completely dirty. The toys have not been cleaned for years and the touch game console has also been broken for at least a year. Despite several complaints, nothing has been done about this.

An excellent snack bar with an extensive range of snacks and various menus. However, when taking away snacks are (too) often forgotten and then you can go back after dinner to pick them up. I don't think it's difficult to check an order before you give it. The biggest annoyance is that the portions of fries are quite random (some times okay, other times very little). The explanation you receive of the so-called system behind it makes no sense and is not solution-oriented. I've bought fries for 5-8 people enough times to know that it completely depends on the person serving it. If you like well-done fries, you can indicate this when ordering. This usually goes well, but when it is busy it often doesn't. It is often very busy around dinner time, so it is better to order online at home

Delicious fries and normal amount per person (we always order 1 portion more just to be sure) And if you let the fries cook thoroughly, they will be wonderfully crispy without being too hard. Recommended as a snack bar.

After ordering a shawarma roll with garlic sauce and one hot dog with mayo. We got a shawarma roll with mayo and one hot dog without sauce. After I reported this, it was like, we don't have time to make a new shawarma roll for you... so bad luck, just eat it with mayo or wipe it off with a napkin. Scandalous.

I came in here with a fairly empty stomach, not knowing that we had found such a gem of a snack bar/cafeteria. Now the burgers were a well-coherent whole and very filling. That too for a bargain price. (The Italian burger really took me back to Italy), now at the checkout counter I saw unique cups in the corner of my eye. After the friendly staff had answered my questions about the cup and ice cream, to my surprise I was allowed to put the beautiful dolphin children's mug straight into my suitcase. All in all a piece of paradise in Heerhugowaard.

So i like this place, they make good food. But its inconsistent. Ive had multiple times where their milkshakes are plain. More recent one i had from them was 40% foam. Their burgers taste great but they seem to mess them up. I order a blue cheese burger and get a normal burger. Fries are pretty okay in general. Ill keep coming back because its in walking distance, but the quality is never the same. Hope they improve, but its a very average experience.

What a mess! Don't eat food either, yuck! Tasteless snack. Staff are stuffing their mouths full of fries while baking while preparing your order, dirty and unhygienic. The cleaning team is also allowed to tour the building. Never again for us!

Food was fine. There is almost no atmosphere, the staff does what it should, but there could be a bit more fun in it. Although I have no criticism of the food, I think it is a cold place with no atmosphere.

One of the neat 'snack bars'. I wouldn't call it a cafeteria, but it is more of a quality restaurant. Staff is friendly, but only doing their job. I still miss that extra step for the guest. The food is delicious. That's important too! ;)

Goede snackbar, betaalbaar, netjes, vriendelijk personeel, snelle service. Wel het idee dat de porties friet steeds kleiner worden; wanneer je 2 porties friet bestelt, is dat eigenlijk 1,5 portie.

Lekker eten en nog steeds betaalbaar. De tafels en stoelen zijn best wel oldskool, wat ook wel leuk is.

Ik had kipshaslick besteld kreeg ik gewone meisje net op tijd gezien wordt gewoon niet goed gelezen had ook hotdog en kip nuggets shaslick werd nieuw gemaakt maar het eten van mijn zoon werd warm gehouden het zou pas een goede service zijn als ze alles opnieuw hadden gemaakt dit was niet de 1e keer maar nu wel de laatste keer dat ik hier eten haal.

Snackbar met beperkte openingstijden. Op de schermen achter de balie staan mooie foto's maar ik zou liever het assortiment en de prijzen zien.

40 minuten voor sluitingstijd was er al veel niet meer te bestellen. Bij elke klant werd hard geroepen over sluitingstijden, ondanks dat er nog aardig wat mensen binnen liepen. Vreemd voor een horeca bedrijf, vind ik zelf. Eten zelf was, tot zover we konden krijgen wat we wilde, prima.

Goed eten en vriendelijk personeel

We halen hier vrijdags vaak snacks om thuis op te eten. Altijd goed, bestelling klopt altijd, goed en snel personeel achter de balie.

Voor aan afhaal snackbar prima. Niet echt gezellig zitten en de bestellingen zijn niet altijd compleet. Verder vriendelijk personeel.

Qua eten wel goed. Een enkele keer wel iets niet gehad of het verkeerde maar over het algemeen prima. Niet aan eten gerelateerd maar voor mensen met kinderen. Het viel mij laatst op dat de speelhoek heel leuk is maar helaas erg smerig. Werkelijk alles plakte. Beetje jammer.

De kwaliteit van deze Snackbar is sterk achteruit gegaan. Net voor ruim €38 opgehaald. Patat was niet vers (of een ander merk) en tevens zwaar doorgebakken. Geen rietjes bij de Milkshake. Slechte Zaak! Jammer, was voorheen zeer te spreken over deze snackbar.

Lang wachten op bestelling die op tijdslot is besteld. Verkeerde patat ontvangen. Bestelling weer incompleet bij uitgifte. Bij navraag geen empathische reactie. Jammer, het gaat de laatste tijd steeds vaker fout.

Goede snackbar, mogelijkheid om online te bestellen en af te halen. Met afhaken is het ook gereed rond het afgesproken tijdstip. Mogelijkheid om glutenvrij te bestellen, netjes in aparte zak gedaan.

Voor een snelle snack. Alleen open tot 21:00 uur. Das dan weer jammer.
