Edit: I ended up calling six times, but I gave up. Remembering is a problem. Ordered at 4:30 PM, called at 5:15 PM. They simply said the delivery person would be there "in 5 minutes"—no way. It was finally delivered, and then a snack was missing. I was promised by phone that it would be delivered later, but of course, I never heard or saw anything again. Poor service, poor communication, and completely unreliable. I will never order from them again.

Fries undercooked, snacks missing, and the wrong sandwich ordered and paid for. The quality has really deteriorated. The lady behind the counter didn't seem very enthusiastic.

Just got a burnt hamburger. That's not something you experience every day.

Dear Wung, I'd like to post this review because I recently ordered food from you, but unfortunately, it wasn't quite as tasty. The fries were a bit soggy, and my frikandel was as dry as my grandmother's armpits. Furthermore, the healthy sandwich didn't look very healthy. I'd like to show my support for local businesses, so that the large multimillionaire corporations can earn a little less. So, here's my review. I ordered from Foodmaster Wilnis again after a long time, but it was a huge disappointment. The "beerhap" was overcooked, the onions burnt, and the satay sauce (the most important thing for me) was completely watery. It literally spilled out of the container and had no texture whatsoever, more of a brown liquid than a sauce. As a result, the "beerhap" tasted like nothing. The "patatje oorlog" (French fries with "war") was also a disaster. The satay sauce had already been mixed with the mayo, so there were no distinct flavors left. I like to be able to control the amount of mayo and satay I use, but here everything was already mixed together, leaving an unappetizing, watery mixture. This was my second bad experience with the satay sauce here. This was the last time I ate there. Definitely not recommended.

There were hairs in my burger and the fries were not salty enough, it was salty with fries, it was very salty, the burger was almost only raw and the people who worked there were quite unfriendly and also for the amount I spent (75€) I will not go there again

I often find the door closed. It's supposed to open at noon, but it rarely does. It's very annoying, as I have to make an extra detour as a courier.

The staff was very absent and walked out and back in every now and then. Fighting with each other and smoking inside, were the things that stood out. I think they don't quite understand that this is a snack bar and not a hangout. 1 star because the ice cream tasted good but the average person with 0 catering experience can still make a nice ice cream.

Tried it again after a long time. What a terrible place this has become. Poor service and always mistakes in the order. You're treated like a liar if you ask about your order. Simply awful staff, rude, and absolutely no customer service. I've never experienced such a bad place. Also, the food is inedible: raw snacks covered in tons of sauce. Simply disgusting.

I ordered a cheese souflesse, veal croquette and frikandel. When I got home I saw that it was a normal cheese soufle and a normal croquette. Very dissatisfied with this

A dirty bunch overcharged me for my sandwich. The windows where the croquettes and such are placed were too filthy to see through. Disinterested staff just chatted in their own language in front of customers. Cobwebs were hanging around the lights. The hamburger was still cold when I ate it.

Raw fries too when I asked for them to be thoroughly fried. Service is bad, you often don't even look at them. Some have very long nails and chew gum in very vulgar and unhygienic ways. Atmosphere is bad, often with young people hanging around who are simply accepted there and are often friends with people who work there. I don't recommend going here

Fries too salty. Service is unfriendly. And behind the counter they only speak Arabic. You almost feel like they are eating your food. I won't go here again

Ate here this afternoon. The place looked dirty... The counter was also not neatly maintained. Counter sticky, cobwebs on the lamps, dirty floor. We ate there and my husband and I both received dirty cutlery. Staff young and no work mentality at all, the maid very grumpy and unfriendly. Food tasted good. It was because we were hungry but otherwise I wouldn't have ordered food there.

Don't go here. There's a Jumbo across the street that's much better! Unbelievably bad!

Fries poorly cooked, partly raw. So don't overeat. On next visit I reported, "oh that's not good" that's it. No excuses, nothing. So now we go back to the snack bar in the village, friendly people and don't curse like the owner of foodmaster. For me it already has a new name Food disaster.

Staff was so incredibly rude, on the phone and ignoring everyone. Looking like a tramp. I can’t believe she was actually hired. And her switch in attitude the second her boss came in. From yelling to smiling and talking politely… Food was decent for what you can expect.

Fries are undercooked, snacks broken or soft, staff don't look at you. I have experienced for some time that the quality is far below standard. It's better to get in the car for 5 minutes to a good snack bar a village further away.

Fries were raw and my hamburger cold and completely broken, a really bad place. When I called that it was not good, the owner was very customer unfriendly. Disinterested staff who clearly don't feel like it. Big difference from before the formula and franchise had changed, they were Family Wilnis for more than 15 years. Now, with the customer unfriendliness, it is no longer worth it to me. As someone else said: they don't look at you and try to ignore you. Eventually you see a grumpy look and that they are reluctant to make your order. Maybe the boss is no longer concerned with the appearance and performance of the youth who work here?

Ordered often, almost every time there was an error with the order. They don't believe it when you call and say they got goulash croquettes instead of veal croquettes. Until I came back to show it, and then I had to wait until the good ones were ready and all the other food was cold in the meantime. Staff is very irritating, messes with each other, little respect towards customers.

Ze doen echt hun best om elke klant zo snel en goed mogelijk te helpen! Team is erg gezellig.

We (Germans) went there for a quick stop and local food (frikandel, krokettjes, Bitterballen). Would definitely go there again

Heerlijk patatje gegeten met aardig en milieu bewust personeel. Viel echt op. Goed bezig.

Goede kwaliteit friet, en als je tien minuten van tevoren belt kan je het direct meenemen!

Goede snackbar laatste tijd kwaliteit heel wisselend wie je hebt zeker kwa hoeveelheden ed. Veel nieuw en slecht ingewerkt bv sundea chocola er thuis achter komen zonder chocola dan kan/ga je ook niet zomaar terug

Deze snackbar is achteruit gegaan, het gefrituurde eten ruikt naar oude olie, en smaakt dus niet zo lekker, jammer!

Aanbiedingen op het lcd scherm worden centraal geregeld, ik wilde 2 gerechten die ik op het bord zag bestellen, hadden ze niet, omdat ze plaatselijk niet op de hoogte zijn wat er op het bord aangeboden word, balen!

Een mail gestuurd ivm een klacht over lange bezorgtijd en koude snacks. Echt niet verwacht maar antwoord op mijn mail gekregen met een excuus en dat de bestelling geheel word vergoed bij inlevering van de mail. Dat vind ik echt super netjes.

Saté schotel gegeten. Flink veel saté, patat, sla, pistoletje, mayo en cola. Lekker.

Prima frietjes, maar de hamburger was zwaar ondermaats. Aangebrande uien, smakeloos vlees, en bovenal veel zand op de slablaadjes.

Je kan hier goed eten. Personeel is vriendelijk. Over het algemeen weinig aan te merken maar toch met geen 5 sterren 4,5 is beter.

Buen lugar para merendar, tomar un café o un helado, tiene mucha variedad de productos de comida rápida al estilo holandés

Ik heb hier vandaag patat gehaald, die mij absoluut niet smaakte. Het was slappe oude lauwe patat. Eerst dacht ik: "zo, dat is snel klaar." Maar dat was omdat het waarschijnlijk geen vers gebakken patat was, maar patat van een kwartier oud. Het smaakte iig geval als oude patat. De frikandellen, kipnuggets en bitterballen waren wel lekker. Daarom die 2 sterren.
