Enjoyed a delicious meal with the family. The spareribs were delicious. A nice gift for the little ones and a play corner.

The food was delicious, nothing to complain about. Lots of beer options, and they had a fun beer concept where you could choose your own beer and add a glass. Personally, I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, again. Lots of drink options, even for those who don't want to drink alcohol. There was also a play area for the children. Bringing your dog is no problem at all; it was even allowed.

So, to all my Belgian and French friends, I recommend this place just a stone's throw from the sea, an unusual place, an unusual restaurant. The restaurant owner is exceptional and his pizzas are top-notch. It was a pleasure to have been there. I recommend it. I can't stand the cocktails anymore. I'll spend my evening there because it's so good. If you want to have a nice time, come here.

The ambiance was very nice, and the service was also good. Unfortunately, the food was nothing special. We had a funghi pizza and the XXL schnitzel with satay sauce, a fried egg, and fries. The pizza was tasty, but it seemed a bit like it came from a frozen food section. The schnitzel was worse in taste and consistency than the cheapest freezer item at a discount store. There were also two pieces of eggshell in the fried egg. Pretty outrageous, especially for a price of almost €25. Only the fries were actually very tasty.

Delicious food (sparer ribs and a children's menu), but the dessert (child's soft serve ice cream and chocolate) was a huge disappointment! The food was all fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, not all the kitchens were open, but the charm of a street food market came across very well. The prices were reasonable, too. We'll be back again and try other things.

Absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is fantastic, it smells delicious, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. There's a large children's play area, as well as play areas for older children and adults. The server spoke German well enough, was extremely polite, and the drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, there was no menu in German or English, but we haven't encountered one at any other restaurant before. We tried everything from XXL schnitzel to hamburgers, spare ribs, pizza, and even the children's menu. Only the hamburger's bun was rather standard, otherwise everything was absolutely top-notch. The prices are completely normal for a resort like this (€190 for 4 adults, 4 children). There was a sauce on the schnitzel that tasted absolutely amazing. The outdoor area is beautifully decorated, including a table with a swing. It's also very pleasant inside with light music. We would definitely come back.

A striking summer terrace, and a very attractive and spacious interior—you wouldn't expect it. There are no prices listed on the menu, which feels a bit awkward. Orders are placed on a credit card, which you then have to pay at the bar. Perhaps sophisticated, but unfamiliar. They don't offer regular beer orders (Heineken, etc.). Judging by other reviews, I'm not the first to have this problem, but judging by the owner's comment below, it seems to be me. Ugh...

Watched Formula 1 on the big screen with my son. We had a delicious bitterballen (bitterballen) with it and a glass of excellent white wine, and my son had a Zeeland apple juice. Great atmosphere.

After six days of vacation in Kamperland, we definitely had the best meal here...superb food...amazing. The ambiance is also beautiful, with attention to detail.

I called to order pickup, but was told you couldn't order unless you came by. Okay, so I got in the car, and after a 10-minute drive, I was told it would take over an hour before I could order, even though there were only five tables. I should have mentioned that on the phone.

Definitely not recommended. Very bad food (zero stars) and reacts angrily to negative reviews.

We ordered pizza for takeaway. Of the four pizzas, only one was cooked well... two were much too light, and one was burnt. When we tried to complain, we were immediately told "No money back." They offered, in a bad mood, to make two new pizzas, but we declined. The pizza, which was okay, tasted okay, but wasn't great either. The price is also significantly too high.

The pizzas tasted absolutely terrible. One had a burnt crust, and two others weren't cooked through. We returned them. We were offered two new pizzas, but declined. We didn't get a refund. Any frozen pizza tasted better, but it was very expensive.

A lovely restaurant with plenty of space for parents and children. The fries, ambiance, and service were all good. The portion sizes were a bit large for the price, and the fried schnitzel was a dish that would never find a buyer in the freezer in Germany. Definitely a nice place for an evening drink and snack!

We thought we'd grab a bite to eat and a drink at this restaurant with a group of six people. We weren't welcomed, and the waiter seemed angry. So we only got a drink, paying more than the online prices on the website. You have to scan a QR code for that, as prices are only shown online, not on the menu on the table. Then we started reading the reviews, and they matched exactly what was written in the one-star reviews. They even admitted to being sloppy, and we didn't get a refund when we pointed out that we'd overpaid. We were definitely not satisfied and won't be returning.

I arrived at this place with a group of six. We sat down, and a grumpy guy immediately came to serve us. We asked for a carafe of tap water (mandatory in the Netherlands), which they refused to serve. We then asked for a carafe of mineral water, and one person was given a perfectly normal bottle of water. Disgraceful! When we went to pay, a secret tax was added. We paid much more than we'd read on the menu. Some kind of involuntary tip. We didn't even bother eating because we found the service so incredibly bad. I'd rather drink the Veerse Meer than EVER come back here again. Ridiculous.

We arrived at the tent, and it looked nice and had a good atmosphere, but once we were seated, someone came to help us, and it didn't exactly create a pleasant atmosphere. They weren't very clear about what they had and didn't have, and they were very direct. It wasn't a very pleasant atmosphere, and when we finally paid, the prices weren't right.

With a group of six, we were happy to have a drink and, if needed, a tasty snack. After navigating a confusing menu, we found the price list via a QR code and chose a drink. Given the weather, I ordered a carafe of water with our drinks. When our order was delivered, a 0.25 cl bottle of water was placed in front of me, a bit meager for six people, in my opinion. Since the prices weren't listed on the paper menu, we quickly added up our bill before paying. Upon paying, it turned out that the price of the iced coffee didn't match the price displayed at the cash register; this was almost amateurish. After paying, I left Kamperland with screeching tires. Never again.

Highly recommended! Kamperland has many lovely restaurants, but the Foodstube is my favorite. The atmosphere is fantastic. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food is outstanding. 🫶😋

We ate here today because we saw pictures of the spare ribs in the Google review. When the spare ribs arrived, they looked completely different and tasted like they'd been reheated. Pretty disappointing.

Had a great meal at the food stube with 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. It was very nice that our little dog was allowed in and that we were allowed to sit in the back. Here the children could play nicely, and we could sit comfortably on the beer benches. We had the Philly steak twice and a pizza twice for the children. We also had nice drinks that we had chosen ourselves from the large assortment of specialty beers. Easy to choose and pay yourself by means of the cap or can with colored label. Really recommended if you want to eat easily and tasty with the children. They can then play nicely while you enjoy your own chosen beer.

Despite the sign indicating it's open, the restaurant is closed. The employee, presumably the owner, responded, "If you can, you can." What a shame.

The food was delicious. I had spare ribs cooked in a stew. Wonderfully tender meat that fell off the bone. It came with a delicious BBQ sauce. They also have 150 different beers here, and 7 on tap. Highly recommended.

A true Burgundian spot, a cafe after my own heart! Highly recommended! Delicious specialty beers, choose your own from the refrigerators (see photo). Inside, there's a play area for the kids. The terrace is decorated in various contemporary ways, a true beer cafe, but also with a fine wine and cocktail menu. There's a swing bar, and the lunch menu is excellent. Dishes to share and delicious to order for yourself. It's also an ideal place for parties and celebrations. We'll definitely be back!

We stopped here for a drink and had to wait a bit at first. What you can't see from the outside is that the indoor area is quite large (and, like the outside, really nicely done) and was quite busy, which slowed down the very friendly server (responsible for both inside and outside due to the off-season) from serving us more quickly. After the initial service inside and at our table (thanks again for the beer recommendation!), the service was very prompt and perfect. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back!

The restaurant has improved a lot compared to the last visit. It was super delicious, no matter what we ordered. The waitresses and waiters were all very nice and warm and we had a really friendly relationship after 1-2 days. It was also very positive that my dog ​​was treated so well, he was brought treats, a potty with water and he was petted and felt like a king :-) We'll definitely be back🥰

A very cozy and well-designed restaurant with plenty of dining options. It also has a lovely "shopping area" where you can choose your own beer and a matching glass (see photo). There's also a large play area for children, so they can have a great time too. The service was friendly and shared a fun fact about each beer they chose. The only (minor) downside was that the children's menu was served well before the adult meals. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

We went on a Thursday evening during our vacation, and it wasn't crowded. The service was quick, very friendly, and helped us make a good choice when ordering our appetizer. We ended up choosing the nachos, which are definitely recommended. For our main course, we had the spare ribs—finger-licking good! A small suggestion: bring a lemon towel to wipe your hands afterward (instead of a paper napkin). We didn't order dessert, as the portions were quite generous. So, definitely recommended for value for money 👌 The wide selection of beers also made my husband happy 😄 We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!
