Restaurant & Terras Beau4 in Wijk 03 Kamperland

On vacation at the campervan area, the restaurant shows open on their website and when I arrive there, it is closed 😡 I am really disappointed and angry because I would have loved to eat Zeeland mussels 😡

October 29, 2024, the restaurant is closed although on the internet it says open!.... we came from Belgium.... it's a shame because we were on the Kamperland camping area with the aim of eating mussels from Zeeland...it's really deplorable because one of the employees saw us before leaving with his Volvo and could have informed us?

Nicely located and furnished, food was terrible. Overpriced.

Relaxed location directly on the Veerse Meer. Cold beer and delicious, beautifully presented food, something more than just fries. Special recommendation: steak with pepper sauce! Could be a little bigger, but really good!

Hello, I'm at Verse Meer again with the motorhome. I had a delicious meal at “Beau4” last night. Very tasty mussels from “Neeltje Jans”. Deliciously prepared with delicious fries, dips and salad. I would definitely order again. I'd love to come back. The staff were friendly and attentive. What more could you want? PS It's nice to sit here both inside and outside with a view of the water. They were super tasty again. I received a very friendly welcome. The employees are very nice and attentive. PS I sat outside very nicely yesterday with a nice view of the water. A great inconspicuous restaurant right on the water. Great location! There is a water ski facility and a water play park there. The food was fantastic as was the service. We were served very friendly and courteously. A very, very successful evening, thank you very much for that.

Friends advised us to eat apple pie at Beau4 because it is delicious. Today was the day we ate apple pie. €5.90 pp. What a disappointment, soggy base and the crust was not crispy either, filling tasted watery. This apple pie comes from the freezer.

Come here often and after brunch this weekend I finally decided to post my review. Start with positive aspects: beautiful location, right on the water, friendly employees, beautiful, casual setting. The food is a slightly different case. At first glance the food looks good. Unfortunately, I feel that the kitchen staff has no experience and knowledge. A goat's cheese salad comes with coleslaw...a bizarre combination that cannot be combined by an experienced chef. I had a bowl of lettuce this weekend, which again contained a coleslaw with a vinaigrette on top...how do you come up with that? The fries were fried in old oil, so not tasty. Had a pan of mussels that were just really bad. The kitchen cannot do anything about the mussels themselves, but why was there so much sand in my pan? Were the mussels rinsed well and cooked in plenty of water? I do not think so. They tasted super salty plus the sand says it all for me. My advice would be: work on your quality, wash your products well, rinse the mussels very generously, make combinations that are correct. Take a critical look at your mussel sauces, haven't they been parked somewhere for too long? You should serve sauces before serving the dish, not (hours) before. You need it not only from tourists but also from people who live in the area. Good luck!

Cozy restaurant, dogs are allowed on the terrace, the food is well prepared and tasty. A little more choice on the menu would be nice, as would the ability to park your car closer. hopefully again next year

Great, small and authentic restaurant right on the water. We ordered pretty much everything across the menu and were thrilled to no end. Great service, nice service too. Highly recommended, also because it is far away from other touristy places. Class!

Too beautiful to eat. Stopped here spontaneously due to bad weather. Super nice service! Kibbeling with fries, Kibbeling breaded yourself, fries cut yourself. Burger was absolutely amazing. Meat to the point. Really beautifully presented. The price is absolutely justified. The view of the Versemeer cannot be paid for with money anyway.

Easily accessible. Lots of free parking spaces directly on site. Nicely located on the water. There is a waterski/wakeboard track on site. Very lovingly and stylishly furnished. Staff very nice. Food and drinks top. Price-performance ratio is also very good. Definitely coming back!!

Wat jammer dat we deze plek pas op de laatste avond van onze vakantie hebben ontdekt. Wat een heerlijk terras, onwijs vriendelijke bediening en nog lekkerder eten!! Een aanrader!!!!

Leckere 'Fish &Chips' , sehr freundliche Bedienungen

Die Lage und das Ambiente sind sehr schön. Für Kinder gibt es Spielzeug und Malsachen. Nachdem man uns die Karte gebracht hat, wurden wir nicht mehr beachtet, Gäste, die nach uns kamen zuerst bedient. Wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder dabei, zu unserem Tisch wurde immer wieder hingeschaut, bedient wurden wir auch auf Nachfragen nicht. Nach 20 Minuten sind wir in die Snackbar ein paar meter weiter, wo man sehr freundlich war und wir gut gegessen haben.

Wir waren heute in diesem Restaurant essen. Ein tolles Ambiente, direkt am Meer. Um 19 Uhr war in dem Restaurant kein Tisch mehr frei, Bedienung war alleine,etwas längere Wartezeiten aber immer und jederzeit waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Von dem Stress der um Sie herum herrschte war nichts zu sehen. 5* im nächsten Urlaub wieder ein Besuch Wert.

Leuke plek om wat te drinken aan het water maar we zouden niet terug gaan voor het eten.

Très bonnes portions Salades très bien composées Sandwich frais et également très bien accompagné d'une salade composée. Uniquement un peu d'attente au niveau du service

Super lecker, gut gegessen. Sitzplätze auch direkt am wasser. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Schnitzel und auch du Backfisch ist super lecker. Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich und auch Mobile payments ist möglich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Heerlijk restaurant, bediening is zeer vriendelijk en de eigengemaakte appeltaart is heerlijk.

Wir waren vergangene Woche dort essen. Geschmacklich und anschaulich einfach klasse! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente direkt am Verse Meer sehr schön. Leider waren die Stühle sehr unbequem im Aussenbereich und der gewisse Charm fehlte. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug. Wir würden dort aber auf jeden Fall in unserem nächsten Urlaub noch Mals Essen gehen.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Essen ist toll angerichtet und es hat jedem sehr gut geschmeckt.
