I was here. What surprised me was that you can't sit inside and that it's messy. On one side of the store are boxes. On the other side, furniture is piled on top of each other. Friendly service: everyone has a job, from the order taker to the packer to the fryer. It's a cozy place where Thuisbezorgd kept beeping with orders. The phone also didn't ring often enough with orders. There was even an incorrect order, which the owner (she has the personality of Marlies van Van Toor) was very customer-friendly and fixed at her own expense. I opted for fries with Belgian mayonnaise and American fries sauce. The Belgian mayonnaise was deliciously tangy and creamy. The American fries sauce was tasty. The fries were a bit less good. It says they use fries with the skins on. Only the tips of the fries have a grayish skin, but otherwise, nothing. The fries weren't crispy, but rather soft. They have a variety of snacks. The milkshakes and ice cream options are a bit limited. Only three flavors of milkshakes. I chose vanilla, and it tasted weak. It tasted like watery syrup. That was a shame. I didn't really enjoy it. Partly because of the food, but also because I had to sit outside in the cold and wait like a dog for my food. I would have preferred to take it with me. It's a place you can try once, but nothing more.

The food was perfect, delicious peanut sauce with the fries, and the milkshake was like a real milkshake. You can really taste the flavor and it's not like other milkshakes. Friendly service. The price is a bit higher than the competition, but the quality is also much better!

Great homemade fries, I think the best ones I had since coming to the Nwtherlands. Try satay, it is really good. Also their cheese ceoquet was amazing. The chef gave us some poke bowl to try and it is a geat dish you shoud consider having. The Staff is amazing and helpful.

Absolutely amazing! A must try. The samurai sauce and joppie sauce mixed together are so good as a sweet and spicy.

We have placed a large order for our open day at school. Everything was delivered fresh, hot and on time. The fries and snacks were very popular with the students. The poke bowls for the staff were also well received. The staff thought carefully about how everything could be arranged. All in all a great snack bar with delicious food!

Nasty fries, only 2cm pieces, cut so thin that you blow the skin off, eaten in so many places, you guys are the worst.

Nice fry joint! I like that they actually state the portions in grams and even have different sauce sizes that they also have on display (including a 500ml sauce tray which was mindblowing to me, something they sell quite often as the lovely owner told me). The texture of the fries were exactly between soft and crispy and the flavour was good. Would definitely recommend!

Fries are great. Shrimp croquette (that you can even get it at a snack bar) excellent! No standard sauces. Lemon mayo, Flemish mayo. Fine. Nice enthusiastic staff too.

I’m kicking myself for visiting the area for so many years and never stopping by. Fantastic food. The fries are made fresh and you can tell the difference. The poke bowl is to die for and the owner is so lovely. I can’t wait to return.

Finally, after many years of searching in Amsterdam, I found a decent snack bar. Nice, friendly staff in a small shop with nice music. Too bad there was no sito stick, but definitely worth repeating.

So happy to have found a local place for crazy good fries and burgers! I went on a Friday evening to pick up some crispy chicken burgers for takeout after reading some great reviews, and was absolutely blown away! The chicken is fresh, well seasoned, and cooked to crunchy perfection. The bun was pillowy and soft, and paired well with crispy, fresh lettuce, and the sauce had the perfect amount of heat. The portion of medium fries was extremely generous and fresh. Definitely worth a visit (or several!).

Best french fries ever! They had an excellent flavour and were incredibly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely try them if you're in the neighbourhood!

By far, the best fries in Amsterdam. Collection or delivery only (in summer you can sit outside). We always like to drive there from the Oostelijk Havengebied, even though we encounter at least 6 snack bars along the way. Staff is very nice.

Heerlijke friet. Dat is het belangrijkst maar voor sfeer of gezelligheid hoef je hier niet naar toe . Is alleen afhalen en heel veel bezorgen. Jammer, dat er andere eigenaren en dus beleid is, was vroeger een gemoedelijke zaak, met tijd en een praatje voor de klanten.

The food is excellent made with hight quality products. All people working there are so nice. You should definitely order at this takeaway restaurant. 10/10

Onvriendelijk personeel, berehap met rauwe ui en 30 minuten gewacht op mijn bestelling terwijl er niemand in de zaak was. De friet was wel lekker.

Even snel een vers frietje gehaald, vers gesneden aardappels, ze hebben ook frites van zoete aardappels. Echt een goede zaak bezorgen ook aan huis.

Tijdige bezorging. Maar eten helaas ondermaats. Friet was ok, beetje slap, maar dat heb je al gauw bij bezorgen. kroket was helemaal prima en krokant. Maar chicken nuggets nat van het vet. En vooral de hamburger (chickenburger en hamburger) niet te eten. Heb na 3 happen het opgegeven. Raar pita achtig broodje. Helemaal drijfnat van het vet. Geen enkele krokantheiddaarin. Echt niet lekker. Ben er oprecht misselijk van geworden. Bestel ik niet meer, totdat ze de hamburgers verbeteren.

Patatjes waren perfect gebakken en lekker warm. Smootie was heerlijk en de bezorging was snel.

Zojuist gebeld door de eigenares die de situatie heeft uitgelegd en heeft aangeboden het volledige bedrag te verrekenen bij de volgende bestelling. Ik ben erg blij dat het op manier is opgepakt. Wij komen graag terug. Bestel zeker 1 keer per maand. Vandaag voor het laatst. Bezorger heeft bestelling voor de deur gezet, terwijl de deurbel het doet en we gewoon thuis waren. Een belletje of klop op het raam had ook gewerkt. Nee, moest zelf bellen waar de bestelling bleef. Nu koud eten.

super slechte sevice voor 11€ patat en macnuggets in 2 zakjes gepropt geen saus terwijl 2 x saus besteld (betaald ) is geen after sales ook niet na telefonisch contact produkt is goed service is bad snap ook dat personeel niet echt geïnteresseerd is to bad 😈

Met kop en schouders steekt deze snackbar boven de rest uit. Verreweg het beste patatje uit de omgeving. Heerlijke satesaus voor bij de patat en de poké bowls zijn hier *chefs kiss*.

Voor het eerst bij Friet van Oost besteld. Na bij verschillende zaken in de buurt friet en hamburgers laten bezorgen, waren onze verwachtingen niet hoog... Maar onze verwachtingen zijn overtroffen, wat was het lekker. Friet van Oost heeft er een klant bij. EEN ECHTE AANRADER.

Prima snackbar. Sowieso eindelijk een snackbar die snacks van Holtkamp in het assortiment heeft. Next level kroketten, als je het mij vraagt. De halve kip was top! Zeker voor een snackbar, doet niet onder voor een gemiddelde slager. Kipburger was prima. Patat was echt een afknapper. Droog en oud. Pindasaus was daarentegen erg smakelijk. Nog wat verbeterpuntjes en wellicht kom ik dan nog eens terug!

De 2e keer dat we oude opgebakken friet kregen! Vorige keer gemeld bij de eigenaresse maar die doet er niks mee. Kennelijk interesseert het haar niets. Je geld kan je nog beter weggooien! Nog duur ook. Hier gaan we nooit meer naartoe en zullen het ook nooit aanbevelen. 👎🏽

De lekkerste friet van Amsterdam! Friet van zelfgesneden aardappelen mét schil. Knapperig van buiten en zacht romig van binnen. Keuze uit verschillende sauzen. Ook leuk dat je hier kunt kiezen uit diverse vegetarische snacks. Super aardige en enthousiaste medewerkers.

Wat een smerige taaie en te doorbakken patat. Het overgrote deel was gewoon te doorbakken. Hier was niks krokants aan. Het was enkel droog. Zonde dat ik hier mijn geld aan heb uitgegeven. De kipcorn was wel lekker.
