Delicious fries and the pistachio milkshake is highly recommended! A bit disappointed when I got home. Specially ordered fries with onions, but there were no onions. Also a nice meal :))

Do not order a frikandel special here (see battlefield in the image). Even if you specifically ask for a slice of the pie, the sauce is still poured into the container. Very unfortunate, missed opportunity to satisfy the enthusiast. Instead, the frikandel is specially downright vernageld. The fries were also very greasy and limp. In addition, you will be served fries sauce instead of tasty mayonnaise. I'm not at a children's party, am I??? What an amateurish travesty. 1 star.

Super nice chip shop with cozy and friendly staff. There is a wide choice of all your favorite snacks, and there are also very tasty ice creams. A lot cheaper than McDonald's and very tasty.

Fries were tasty, hamburger special was not really special, but nicely seasoned. All tables were dirty and had to clean it ourselves. The rest looked clean.

Being from Belgium, I have a hard time finding great French fries in the Netherlands. But the fries of Nova are really good. They’re definitely fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Most snacks are tasty too, as are the milkshakes. Didn’t really like the chicken, it’s a little bit dry, but at least the nuggets clearly are made of chicken. It’s clear the staff works hard, but sometimes things are missing in our order and the wait times are long. Usually all is well, though.

Fries are tasty and I like coming here with the kids. Only those people can smile more often because they earn money thanks to us. So a smile would get you more!

Good fries and snacks The gentleman clearly does not enjoy his work and cleaning it once would be nice. It's a shame that such a good thing is so neglected What I mean is that the tables and floor were dirty even though it was quiet and there are two people there. When it's busy I understand, but now it really wasn't necessary.

The fries and snacks are fine. However, selling an oval slice of mechanically separated meat on a bun as a hamburger sandwich for more than 5 euros is going too far for me.

I literally go shopping in nova for the fries

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Their website has different prices than when you get there. They now charge €11.50 for a family bag for 4 people, previously the price for 5 people was €8.50. Furthermore, we received few fries and they were too salty (they did not ask for little salt either). Last time I was here I felt very misled.

Our first experience at Friethuys Nova started negatively. I ordered a BBQ grill burger and when I got home it turned out that our burgers were missing the cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles and red onion, even though this was stated in the description of the burger. We contacted Friethuys Nova by telephone and were told that this is the boss's "special recipe" and she did not want to acknowledge this error. So it's five euros for a sandwich with a burger, lettuce, a tomato and BBQ sauce. The good news is that our expectations are now clear and next time we will simply go one door further to New York Pizza.

Everything was cold, special frikandels were not special (paid for) and the kipcorn was completely missing (also paid for). Bad!

grumpy girls, Waiting 15 minutes with the snacks for the fries, while people who came in later walked out earlier. fries consisted mainly of hard stuff. threw away almost all the snacks because they were cold. After my wife said something about it, the fries were thrown onto the counter with a thud. 1st and last time.

Very sad that he is leaving the Nova shopping center

The first thing you notice when you enter this branch is the neat and hygenic appearance. It is clear that a lot of attention is paid to this point. The snacks are also of high quality. The staff is clearly always having a good time. They are friendly. service-oriented and radiate job satisfaction.
