When we're in Venlo and feel a little hungry, we eat here, and we've been doing that for 10 years now 🙂

Unbelievable in 2025... home-cut, home-baked fresh fries. Delicious, delicious fries. Whenever I'm in Venlo, this is my go-to place for a delicious meal. Highly recommended!!!!

Simply delicious!!! The fries are exactly what you'd expect – crispy and top-notch in terms of flavor. It may be fast food, but they still take their time preparing the fries. We've never been disappointed here and will definitely be back!

A typical Dutch chip shop, but with homemade fries, and that makes a huge difference in taste! Unfortunately, the prices are also "Venlo" standard and accordingly high, but that's unfortunately normal in Venlo! Service was excellent for a chip shop.

Great fresh fries made from fresh potatoes. Good fries. Snacks are standard but well prepared and presented. Very friendly service. Since the fries are freshly prepared and not pre-fried, it takes a while, but it's worth it!

We were visiting venlo on the 12th of April and made a mistake paying a visit here. Fries were average. I don't know why the young lady at the counter keeps working there because clearly she was unhappy and rude. And keep that in mind if you order a burger they deep fry the hamburger meat. I mean.. like why? Why someone decides to do such a thing? If that is your way doing it then maybe it would be better if you state that clearly before people order those sh...s

We haven't eaten fries this good in a long time. We were able to see how they were made from fresh potatoes. The satay sauce was also delicious.

I went here yesterday with a large group of people. The owner was so friendly and handled the crowd alone(aprox. 25 people) in an appropriate time. And last but not least the Fries were made out of fresh potatoes and tasted yummy. Dankjewel for the good service😊 Recommended!

The fries were very tasty and the service was very friendly and quick. I was visiting Venlo and left something in the restaurant. When I called there, the staff immediately offered to help and sent my things home. I thought that was really nice :)

This is a perfect place if you really like potatoes! 🍟🍟🍟 the place is self-service and you can take a seat outside or inside. Everything was great, both the food and the place in Dutch style. I recommend it 😍

One Wednesday we were craving some fries and headed here. The fries are okay, but the fat is older. In any case, the relatively small portion was heavy on our stomachs. The goulash croquette was weak, mustard was available upon request. Overall, rather overpriced, taste okay to moderate.

I walked in at closing time on Saturday and enjoyed delicious crispy fries and snacks such as vegetarian chili cheese nuggets with my daughter. Perfect!!

On the way from Germany to Belgium French fries stop. Was OK.

All in all good. But the fries had too little salt. When you get there, ask for a little more salt. Price was okay. Fries were also nice and warm and fresh.

The fries were simply delicious and you could taste that they were made from fresh potatoes. Unfortunately, something like this rarely happens here in Germany. I can only recommend it

Unfortunately nothing special, ordinary fries with too little mayo and poor service. After I ordered, I sat down on the bench that was available. Unfortunately I had to jump up immediately because it was completely soaked with an unknown liquid. They only gave me two pieces of towel paper to dry. At least one of the two women dried the bench afterwards. Unfortunately, no gesture or words of apology. Instead, guests who came in after me also received their orders before me. If I hadn't already paid the not very cheap advance payment of 4.50 euros for a portion of ordinary fries, I would have left. It's a shame when you have employees who run a shop without passion. Especially in this enormous competitive battle for fries.

Went there for the first time today. But definitely not for the last time. Super tasty, really fresh and the prices are absolutely right too. We were there shortly before closing time (4 people) and the owner offered us to stay open longer so that we could still eat on site in peace. Note: The fries are not salted, but there is salt available for you to season yourself. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

The fries are really delicious. You can really see that they are homemade and you can also see in the store that the potatoes are freshly cut. The fries were nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The fries were crispy, but overly salty. The cheese sauce was ok, but very little. The Frikandel was very spicy. Fries with cheese sauce and a normal Frikandel cost €7.15.

A very friendly man who, like almost all Asian people, is customer friendly and makes very tasty fries!!!! One of the best chip shops in Venlo. Only despite the renovation it is too small when it is too busy.

Best Pommes in hole Venlo, the cheese sauce is legendary. We love his frites and the guy ist best man everytime friendly. Never go to a other place greetings from German guy

Unjustified 4 stars. The fries taste totally bland and unseasoned.

I really liked the place - the fries/frikandel speciaak rock, although my wife's fries weren't salted enough. If you like more salt, you have to mention this, I thought it was well seasoned.

You make small fries for money, but they taste good

Never seen such a bad place, I have never seen worse than this, you really shouldn't go there, you are treated badly by the owner, you are shouted at by the man because you ask for another croquette bah bah to puke! ! I will never go here again, there are better places in Venlo and the surrounding area.
