Since the pandemic, many customers have been having their food delivered. I prefer to pick up because I live nearby. What is nice, though, is that you are served immediately. The staff is very friendly, and I am a real fan of fresh fries. Well, then you’ve come to the right place. I also think the Bourgondiër croquettes are top-notch. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of snacks and, I believe, complete meals as well.

The fries were really bad. They had no taste and weren't cooked through either. Food prices here have gone up by 10% this year. It has become quite expensive.

I rarely complain.. But staff members really need to learn how to greet customers/guests and be friendly. The fries are inconsistent. Such a shame.. I've been coming to Pottenbakkerstraat for 40 years.. The staff are busier with sunglasses and phones.. Really unacceptable..

The potatoes were downright tasteless; a little salt would make it a lot better. The combination of chicken and potatoes is just like eating trash because you are hungry. For €20 for two people, this low quality is unacceptable. I won't be coming back. 🤮🫩🫠 On the other hand, I think the croquettes and everything that goes with them are good; I like them, but I'm not sure what to think of the oil 😌🤷🏻‍♀️

Do they fry here these days in Castrol motor oil, like those pandis or something?! Everything's super greasy, man. Yuck, yuck.

We often ordered fries and snacks here. My husband always calls ahead to tell us what time he wants to pick it up. Unfortunately, it usually goes wrong. They simply forget the whole order, and then you have to wait ages for it to finally be ready. Mistakes can happen, but they happen so often here. And what I find truly awful is that you never get an apology. It doesn't feel like they value you as a customer. This is why we'll never go back.

I ordered small fries, but the portions were truly tiny. The fries special were served with ketchup instead of curry, a definite no-go—especially with a frikandel speciaal, which is inedible. What a difference if you're used to real Flemish fries.

Regularly ordered and delicious fries. They often forget something from the order so room for improvement. It's not fun when someone is already eating fries while the other has nothing and is waiting for his food again!

Had food delivered, agreed at 7:00 PM, food cold 20 minutes late. Having the food delivered again is still not good in terms of temperature, but warmer than the first time.

Quality has really deteriorated.

We made a special call and agreed on a time. At the employee's request, it was even possible to arrive 10 minutes earlier than we requested, which was great with the children. When we got there we still had to wait 25 minutes longer than the time they indicated. Once home, it turned out that the snacks were cold (and we didn't have to drive home for another 3 minutes), the fries were soggy and the stew was tasty, but that could still be our own taste, so I don't want to leave that open. The frikandels were half fried, tough and cold, the croquettes were also cold. As if they had already baked the snacks and had forgotten to fry the fries, because the fries were warm. All in all, I have little desire to ever get food here again, and I will advise everyone against getting anything here. Too bad, since they used to be really good. Shame...

Fries like in so many other places. Nothing special (but large portion) Frikadel without taste. Croquette missing the meat In short, affordable Snacks Indoor tables don't look nice. Not attractive to sit on.

Niet gereserveerd. Niet online besteld. Vriendelijk net gekleed personeel achter de bar. Bestelling werd vriendelijk opgenomen. Groot assortiment. Op terras geduldig gewacht waar personeel bestelling bracht. Heerlijk gegeten. Opvallend vonden wij de patat krokant en lekker warm.

Because the regular chip shop in Oosterhout was closed due to holidays, we only tried it once, but we really won't do this again. Everything was really rubbish. Bitterballen were saturated with fat, really dripping off. The fries were limp and really gleaming with grease. The only tasty thing was the nasi ball (they are famous for it), although nowadays it is half a size. The end result was an entire family with intestinal complaints the next day. Price is also significantly higher than where we normally go.

Still the best fries in Oosterhout.

What a well-oiled machine. Mainly young people who don't talk much but ensure that everything runs smoothly. I enjoyed watching how they work during the short 15 minutes I had to wait during peak traffic on a Sunday at 6 p.m. Better known as the favorite fries day of most Dutch people. They are already known for their delicious fries and fresh preparation of the Nasibal and their stew. Anyway. If you want classic fries and a snack, Lossez is the place to be. Enjoy your meal!

Delicious chip shop Not Chinese fortunately Quality

After not being here for several years, Lossez is currently my choice to get fries. In addition to delicious fries, they are one of the few cafeterias that also have delicious Kroepias! Unfortunately, you rarely encounter this snack anymore, at least among the major rivers. I would have given a five star rating if online ordering were possible. By telephone it is possible and with the option to pay at the door with PIN.

Unfortunately the tables were not clean despite it not being busy at the time. Friendly staff. In any case, the sandwiches were tasty.

I walked into the chip shop unknowingly 20 minutes after closing time, but was helped anyway! Customer friendliness a 10 and the fries tasted good too!

It is noticeable that there are many new staff working there. Not much of the order was good when we got home and the portions of fries are getting smaller and smaller. I hope this was a one-off, otherwise I'll have to look for another chip shop.

Fries were soggy when I got home (3 minutes). Fricandel special had tomato ketchup instead of curry as requested..

Good fries and frikandels. But terribly expensive. For comparison with bird singing in Halsteren, I pay 10 euros for the same 6 euros here. The fries there are just as tasty. With a medium you get double the portion of fries, which is a large one here. No napkins. Shame….

The fries king of Oosterhout... doesn't make me laugh. Selling shaslick sauce as 'special' is a shame. Satay sauce: looked like peanut butter with water.

Today I visited my beloved Oosterhout again, and always got some fries at the end of the Julianalaan. What a disappointment, I find a run-down shop that the Commodities Act relishes when they visit. Then ordered a stew of fries, the stew was a wet sludge which is absolutely not worth the name stew, and then the fries, small pieces and in total poor quality for a king of fries, and also a bear bite with very large pieces of onion, and without the accompanying peanut sauce. So I'll never come here again

Too few fries for too much money. Also too little sauce. And a frikandel special is with curry not with ketchup.??????

Definitely not to speak about the mega burger, expected a lot but got a dry burger on an old hard bun with a nasty nasty sauce
