Today I was very disappointed with the fries; they were not fried properly and were soggy. It is a shame, this used to be a very high-quality restaurant with friendly staff.

Still excellent fries, snacks, and burgers! I don't know where those other reviews come from, but we have never had any problems with so-called soggy fries here.

The fries are not fresh and do not taste good. The frikandel speciaal did not open several times and looks more like a supermarket frikandel.

The new owner is the owner of Mona Lisa, two doors down. If he manages to retain a good team of staff, everything will surely be fine.

New owner. In the beginning things went reasonably well, but the man who ran everything left due to a difference of opinion. The current owner has driven away all the good staff and seems to be running it with family now. Meatball in gravy with a weird taste and delivered ice cold. Recently, cold croquettes too, and fries that were overcooked three times. Hopefully, the owner goes bankrupt soon or finds a motivated buyer. Simply worthless, and they won't be seeing me again. It's a shame you have to give a star anyway.

Always tasty fries, snacks, and ice cream

I've been coming here for 13 years! I've never experienced any of the owners being unfriendly or being difficult if something wasn't quite to my liking. The man who took over a few years ago is also always at Mona Lisa. The man works incredibly hard and is always cheerful and friendly. The fries and snacks are tasty and well-fried, and when they aren't, they always make it up to you. It's often the tone that makes the music ;)

Unfortunately, the chip shop is bizarrely bad right now. Reasons: tastes like fries that have been sitting around for 3 days and are getting lukewarm to cold. Frikandels are exactly the same story. Waited 25 minutes for 2 fries and a frikandel special with only one person in front of me.

I won't go there anymore, the food wasn't good, the fries baskets were black, the fries weren't clean and the grease was bad.

I was a regular here throughout high school. I often got fries and burgers during breaks, and it never disappointed. The burgers were honestly just as good as those at many restaurants, and the fries were always delicious: fresh, well-fried, and full of flavor. It's a place I have many memories of, and the quality has always remained consistent. I'll definitely be back.

I am currently pregnant and was given a raw croquette, the owner was grumpy and didn't want to do anything with it, thinking it was a bit of a dead end.

Cold food, grumpy people, dead end

The food was cold. The croquette was still frozen inside. We had to wait a long time for it, and it felt like I was taking a salty bite with my fries. A hamburger with cheese was nowhere to be found. The owner was rude.

Way too much salt on the fries, people are not looking for a solution

Got food yesterday at 8:40 PM. The fries were so salty, they were inedible that we had to throw them away for 8 people. The cheese croquette was cold and still partially frozen, and the frikandellen speciaal (special frikadellen) was almost cold. It was expensive if you had to throw everything away. I called the restaurant at 8:55 PM to share my experience, but they didn't answer, even though they don't close until 9:00 PM. I had to go to McDonald's to get something to eat. I called today, and the service was poor and they were very unfriendly. On the phone, I heard the owner tell the woman I spoke to, "Just go ahead!" Well, the service was great, but it was expensive yesterday, which wasn't necessary. I expected more from this place; we didn't feel like royalty.

Had dinner here again after a long time. I liked it very much! Good hamburger with plenty of toppings (you don't often get that anywhere) and tasty fries. Also great service :)

Very clean chip shop with nice staff

Had ice cream with the kids. Very unfriendly staff, they can't smile. Especially that fat blonde with the unappetizingly drawn eyebrows should not work in the catering industry. The inside is also very dated and not clean.

Sauce on the fries looks like water, milkshakes taste and smell like it is already 3 month old milk, grumpy guy at the bar and it seemed like I was at a funeral.

Fries that are too lightly fried that still taste like raw potatoes and have not been drained long enough, making them very greasy.

Vandaag de friettent bezocht, maar geen bestekje, geen servet, he le maal niks. Wel lekker gegeten. Dus 3 sterren.

Vriendelijke mensen. Kwaliteit producten goed.
