Expensive fries, limp and lukewarm. It didn't look busy at all, yet it took an incredibly long time for the fries to be ready. In the meantime, you see staff standing still and staring into space. Returning deposit cups took 10 minutes because no one seemed to have the task of cash register/customer handling. Had to ask repeatedly if someone could finally come and help. Tables full of waste, although that is more due to the customers who don't take the time to throw away their rubbish. But the tables aren't cleaned either.

Expectations were already low after all the bad reviews but it was even worse than expected. Limp fries and tasteless satay in a very small portion for the money. Although, a larger portion would not have been necessary.

Food came out quickly, Fries kind of leathery tasteless and not great. Burger was a decent size for the 9 euros I costs but barely warm. Probably been cooked a long time waiting to go out. Also kids had nuggets apparently chicken but who knows what these were made of.

If you go to get an ice cream 10 minutes before closing time, nothing is sold because the kitchen is already closed. As if the kitchen should be open just for an ice cream. I think this is very bad service

If you want to eat something that tastes like nothing, you've come to the right place. Even a frikadel was not tasty, very good. I would recommend, even if it is quite a far drive, go to one of the villages in the area.

Non-communicating staff. Asked about ice cream and size (saw people walking with it; does this (description followed) come from you? Wouldn't know. Not helpful or forthcoming. Had dinner the night before: not helpful either. Price-quality ratio not the best.

We thought we'd quickly grab some fries, but it was anything but quick. We had to wait at least 40 minutes for our food. There were only two kitchen staff. There was at least a line of 15 people ahead of us who were also still waiting for their orders. The food was very expensive and cold when we got it. Not recommended.

Fries are awful. Staff is unfriendly, calls out the number and throws your order on the counter without saying anything. We had to ask for mayonnaise that we had ordered but was not included, there were visibly more people who came back because something was forgotten. As far as this chip shop is concerned, it is really scandalous that Center Parcs accepts this. In addition, the food is scandalously expensive, but that is the case throughout the park.

I just walked into the frites affairs to get some fries, no one was in front of me at the cash register and yet I had to wait 5 minutes before I was helped, staff was busy taking bottles of water from the fridge and drinking them, but customers just had to wait. Other customers' orders were called out incorrectly, as a result no one got the correct orders and then almost everything was cold if it was correct, this is just deeply sad. An open kitchen is not wise with staff scratching their hair and then just grabbing food, it was just dirty, the staff could also be dressed a bit better because even in the open kitchen they were almost in their underwear, one had a shirt that was too small, so his upper body was always visible and a belt in his pants would not have been out of place either. After I finally ordered I did not get a receipt (number), then a number was called out, it was my order, I indicated that I did not have a receipt and whether it was my order, staff responded disinterestedly "yes, take it with you" The fries were fine, but the experience and atmosphere become less interesting this way, this is just sad. I hope this improves for others

We've never been forced to throw food away, but at Frites Affair, we had no choice. The loaded fries were a disaster: half-raw and lukewarm, the sauce cold and from a tube, and the meat sitting on top was ice-cold. We've never experienced such an inedible dish. Absolutely outrageous for the high prices – we'll never eat here again!

What a terrible store. Don't eat here. Firstly, way too expensive. €40 for two people! We waited for half an hour. A lady in front of us had been back twice because they had forgotten things and done things wrong. And with us too, we forgot all the sauce and all the drinks. And then to top it all off, what you are eating is really garbage. It's really disgusting and sickening. We threw away half because we couldn't eat it. It's amazing how you can ruin a frikandel, chicken nuggets and fries like that... Worthless

The fries are bad, the people who work there make you wait until you decide to leave. Not to mention the prices. Take an example from the staff at Nonna's, who ensure a successful restaurant.

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The food wasn't fresh, the fries were bad and we had to wait forever because there was only one cash register open. Everything happened very slowly and there was a lot of room for improvement. Helaas was on the restaurant in an enormous teleurstelling. Just terrible. Waited half an hour and for what exactly? Cold fries, cold hamburger and cold frikandel and no decent coke... in the end we got our money back... but I think it's better that they do something about it, because I'm clearly not the only one.

Terrible, no other word for it. You have to enter the order yourself on a screen, which doesn't work either way. I did get some explanation when I asked, but that was it, too much mayonnaise and I couldn't leave it out. Because of the high prices I only had a bowl of fries with cheese sauce. You get a bowl of fries, tasteless, with some katchouen slices of meat and crazy cheese sauce, sprayed straight from a tube on top, that was clearly visible. It tasted so awful that I threw the topping away. Not to mention the prices. €4.15, for example, for a 30cl soft drink cup that comes from a syrup machine... Never to come back and not to recommend to anyone! The grabflation is really noticeable in Center Parcs. It's a shame you can't give a 0-star review.

Had to wait 45 minutes for the fries while there were only 10 people in front of us. Then there were also errors in the order, I have never experienced such poor organization. Definitely not worth the overly high price! Our local chip shop can easily serve 10 orders in about 5 minutes.

Not worthy of center parcs. Lasts an awfully long time. Staff is doing nothing. The food and surroundings look nice but it really takes too long.

The shortening/oil really ran out of the burger while eating. Never seen such a greasy hamburger.

If you like yesterday's fried fries, which today have been heated up in the microwave, but in the 1st microwave that was built where you have to wait 40 minutes for 1 fries with mayonnaise and you pay Randstad prices, then this is the place for you! If not, get some bread rolls and a jar of peanut butter at the supermarket. You spend the same amount of money but you get better quality. In any case, they live up to their name: you are being cheated right in front of you!

Ridiculous waiting times, bad communication. Act like doing this the first time ever. I’m not even complaining about the prices or the quality (although I could). Recommendation: avoid it at all cost.

Not recommended! We ordered at 6:45pm for 2 adults and 4 children and are still waiting for our food at 7:50pm!

The snack bar Frites Affairs heats up your fries or frikandel with a microwave or something. That seems to me to be the only way to get different temperatures per snack. Frikandel was partly lukewarm and the fries were also lukewarm in the middle of the container. Only the prices are red hot. The taste resembled the microwave fries that you used to buy at the AH, but a bit dirtier and greasy. The quality you get for your money is downright bad. I don't understand how this tent can still get 2.3 stars.

The food could really be better. Afterwards I went to the village to get fries. It wasn't tasty and if you already pay the top price you can expect something from that. A lady had been waiting for a while while an employee was literally standing in front of her. She was professionally ignored because you have to order from the computer. Helped the lady. It's a real shame because everyone in the entire park does their best to entertain the guests. My tip is to get something in the village, which is a 6-minute drive away.

Atmosphere you sit at the end of the pool and tables are very close together, Calling your order number works fine, although it is often in English, so the screen showing your order number is unnecessary and the menu could also be set to this. So there may be some changes to the quality and atmosphere.

How difficult is it to fry fries? They serve really poorly cooked fries here, undercooked and limp. And the price...to die for! We just threw the fries away, it's never happened to me that that was necessary.

Bland food, the burger I ordered was completely tasteless, dripping in sauce and lukewarm. The order was also incorrect. Same goes for the fries, absolutely tasteless. This is shameful for the price they are selling at. The kitchen is unhygienic, I cannot describe what I've seen happen in there. The boxes they store sauce in were disgusting, they don't bother cleaning them and put a "new" one in that's equally disgusting on the outside, smeared in old sauce.(I don't even want to know what the inside looks like) . To top it off we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. How this place is still running is beyond me.

Received: hamburger menu without the bacon but with cheese & the double hamburger as requested. Following 👇 We had to wait about 17 minutes for our order, but expected worse after reading the reviews. We soon realized that it wasn't even worth the 17 minute wait. Both the fries and the burgers themselves actually tasted of nothing. It's not exactly served hot either. You could also notice that in the cheese. Just lay on top of your burger, not even slightly melted. We expected a bit more for the price (approximately 28 euros). Moreover, the staff is very reluctant to do so. Once again we encountered a lack of friendliness/customer service. It's quite surprising that all this is possible. Next time we will look for a Burger King or McDonald's nearby. Again, this is a shame.

A portion of disappointment is what you get here. Tough lukewarm tasteless fries, a burger swimming in sauce and a half-forgotten order. "Treat yourself" certainly not here. Unless you really want to take an evening walk back to pick up the other half of your order...

Never had such cold burgers and fries before. Really never!

Over-priced food with sub-par quality. We were served half-ready unsalted fries with nuggets that looked gray from the inside. It was the opposite of tasty food. Also, electronic ordering was complicated, and we were ignored for a while by the service. If possible, avoid this place and cook your own meal in your cabin. It will be a 1000 times more rewarding.

The service was kind, for some reason the monitor order didn't work, so a lady who was helpful in everything took the order nicely. We are very satisfied with the food. You get what the place promises.

And for that price...... shameful, never had such disgusting food before.

These are big scandals. Someone really needs to send the food inspectorate into this. This is the first time in my life that I have simply thrown food into the trash. Centerpacs, be ashamed and do something about this. If this is still served during our next visit, the competent authorities will be informed. This is simply a shame and you cannot continue to get away with this. And for that price! Read the other reviews and think for a moment.

We got fries, loaded fries, some snacks and burgers. Unfortunately, a mayo chip was missing, which can happen. Someone walked back to report it, meanwhile the rest of us went off to eat. Disappointment came over me, fries were limp and even raw. Quite strange if you include the word fries in the name of the business. Then I can assume that you can make fries. Hamburger, cold, too bad. Not super special either, by the way. Croquette was also on the lukewarm side. The taste of the Beef stew and chicken satay was quite nice. The person who went to get the forgotten fries eventually came back and came back with not 1 but 2 fries. Whether it is a mistake or compensation we will leave open the question, fortunately these fries were a lot warmer. The 2nd star is really purely because it came with extra fries.

The Frikandel Special wasn't anything special. The fries looked very nice but that was all. Together with a medium fries and mayo, the fun costs €5.10. A 0.4 liter iced tea costs €4.75. The three of us had a snack for €30. I can't recommend it.

Met de familie ff ijsjes gehaald. Ijsjes zelf waren lekker compact. Smelten niet direct in je hand. Het personeel mag daarentegen wel iets vriendelijker zijn tegenover zijn/haar gasten. Ik kan begrijpen als je onder stress staat door te weinig personeel maar reageer dat niet af op de gasten. Sfeer viel onder dezelfde categorie.

Pommes leider komplett ohne Salz und nur mit Sauce genießbar. Burger leider auch nichts besonderes. Preis-/Leistung passt auch hier nicht. Groß beworben wird ein Gewinnspiel beim Kaufs eines Menüs, das Glücksrad steht aber hinter dem Tresen und funktioniert scheinbar nur auf Nachfrage.

Slow service and confusing menu items. Sauce is sold as per box but then you are supposed to serve yourself with unlimited refills, and this is not pointed out in the order process so you end up ordering more than needed. The unlimited sauce station was empty and the person serving us rolled her eyes at us when we asked for the multiple sauces we had bought and she had to get them from the back. The fries were bland but saved by the meat stew.

Contrairement à la plupart des autres avis, les burgers n’étaient pas mauvais. Le steak bien cuit mais pas non plus carbonisé. Les frites et le burger étaient chauds et il y avait du choix dans les sauces.

Personeel is echt een drama voornamelijk arrogant en niet erg slim.. het is blijkbaar heel moeilijk om een bestelling compleet uit de keuken te krijgen.

Eten is erg prijzig, dat maakt niet uit als het lekker is, maar dat was het zeker niet. Hamburger broodje was nog bevroren, en de friet was al meerdere malen opgebakken. Wij hebben het laten staan!

Pommes und Nuggets waren ganz okay. Preislich würde ich sagen ist es auch auch ganz in Ordnung.

War ganz okay. Aber haben schon bessere Pommes gegessen. Und die Preise sind natürlich wie alles im Center Parcs, sehr hoch.

Duur en helaas slecht. Hebben goede patat maar wordt slap geserveerd, weinig smaak. Kroket was lauw en viel bijna uit elkaar bij het vastpakken. Ik raad het niet aan...dan maar iets zoeken buiten het park.

Verassende menukaart, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Ruim een uur gewacht. Vervolgens lauwe friet gekregen en een hotdog die in de verste verte niet op een hotdog leek. Wat het was weet ik nog steeds niet. De toppings waren daarentegen wél lekker. De kipnuggets waren de flauwste die ik ooit heb gegeten. Duur was het ook.

Lekkere friet, was prima te doen.

Es gibt eine Auswahl verschiedener Saucen, die man selber zapfen kann. Getränke (Soft Drinks) ebenfalls zum selber zapfen. Die Portion der Pommes war recht groß, die Pommes waren gut gesalzen, knusprig und lecker. Der Burger war okay, es war leider nur das Fleisch gebraten und somit heiß, alles andere, auch die Buns, war kalt. Geschmack war okay. Preis-Leistung ist für die Lage okay!

Friet smaakte prima, ook goede hoeveelheid! Helaas waren de kroketten veel te vroeg uit het vet gehaald. Slappe korst en lauw van binnen. Vermoedelijk tegelijk met de kaassoufflé erin en eruit gehaald.. jammer! Personeel was erg vriendelijk en het bestellen ging gemakkelijk via de bestel zuilen! Omdat we het thuis opgegeten hadden konden we het probleem helaas niet direct terugkoppelen.

I ate half a hamburger, really didn't taste good nor fresh. I would even eat a two day old cold Burger King Whooper instead of this one. They even have messed up the chicken nuggets (you only have to fry them?!?!), maybe the frying oil is old. You have to clean your own tables,... Not much is good here, really disappointing.
