The fries were just okay. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but luckily I gave them a try and they were delicious. We went back afterward for a soft serve ice cream with disco dip. What a delicious king-size wafer cone! 👌

We had a family-owned fries and snacks. It was nice and hot, super tasty, and a lot for 3 little kids.

It's a snack bar at Center Parcs. What do you expect? We were training a new guest, and it went really well!

Beware, they're quite fond of promoting vegan food without you even realizing it. Hamburgers are no longer available, though they used to be.

I quickly saw that this was from Albron. They excel in offering mediocrity at high prices at locations with a monopoly position. 5 euros for a diluted coke from the tap? Oh okay. Then I understand the name. Joe grabs the euros from your wallet. A lot of 16 euros for 1 fries, mayo and 2 cokes 🤑 Fries weren't too bad for us. Not cheap either, but apart from the somewhat bland taste, it was well cooked. Center Parcs would be better off taking this under its own management. Excellent source of income. Even if the price/quality changes slightly in the customer's favor. A tip anyway: just eat outside the park. There is plenty of fun within a 10-minute drive.

3 different things with our order that were wrong.

Slush puppy not available all day because no maintenance had been done on the machine, also excellent fries but all cheap sauces. Not recommended for the price.

Fries not cooked through, very nasty chicken nuggets.

Very bad service, half cooked fries. There was a note on the wall with opening hours, open until 8pm. We were in the order line at 6:45 PM. After 5 minutes a girl comes and tells us in English that the line would close in front of us. The sign with the opening hours was removed. As an alternative, it was suggested to get food outside the pool (!?). We stayed in line and when it was our turn (7.15 pm) we were told that everything was gone and nothing more could be baked. We then (and the 20 people behind us who knew nothing, because the line was not closed and there was no further communication) asked to speak to the manager. He was called and would come. After another wait, no manager came, but they were told that they could still bake what was in stock (fries, hamburgers, chicken corns and cheese soufles). So ordered that. After that it took a very long time and orders came after us (and they still got frikadellen). We ended up waiting more than an hour for extremely expensive (6.30 euros for 1 large fries with) half-baked fries. Too bad about the swimming time. Next time bring sandwiches.

It can't be hard to make fries, but here it is. Waited a long time for the food. It was very quiet even. Then the best fries baker wants to give me fries that have been in a warming tray for over 10 minutes. Asked politely for fresh fries. But the rest of our order was already cold. Chicken nuggets were not tasty, the hamburger doesn't deserve a star either. And what it was all about...the fries. They were nothing to write home about. So avoid.

don't speak Dutch, English is bad, untrained, unmotivated and over priced! can't make 2 chocolate milk because 1 you don't understand and 2 they don't know how the machine works with three people....

We were day guests at Aquamundo and waited over an hour for our food. The staff was extremely unfriendly, overwhelmed by the rush and when asked why it was taking so long, the reply was curt as to whether they wanted to do it themselves. In addition, the burger is extremely small for the price and was carelessly thrown together. The fries were old and sticky and didn't taste like anything. Price for lunch for 2 adults and 2 children: 72 euros. Technical problems can happen in any kitchen, but as a guest I expect the staff to provide information and not avoid evasiveness or rudeness towards the customers. My tip: take enough food with you. This saves time, money and nerves.

Only service in English and fries substandard. 1 word chaos!

Sorry, but the staff is not qualified to handle food and customers properly, or there is simply a shortage of staff. We literally had to wait 35 minutes for 2 x fries, a portion of nuggets, a hamburger and a panini. Please do something about this.

I ordered two hamburger meals, and it was really terrible. First of all, it was certainly expensive compared to what we got. And the hamburgers are not hamburgers at all. You can say that in the army I ate better food. It is not appropriate to give such food to the people staying there.

Wow, Grabbers Joe in Kempervennen sounds like the place where culinary nightmares come to life. You wait so long that you almost think they still have to plant the potatoes, only to be treated to fries that are so limp that they seem to carry their own sadness. And how difficult is it to get a simple frikandel on a plate? Apparently an impossible task for this incompetent staff who don't even understand the difference between 'frikandel special' and a random mess of curry and a few stray onions. It seems like no one there has any concept of customer service or basic cooking skills. Ultimately, walking away is probably the best thing you can do before this sad excuse for a place to eat ruins your evening even further. Maybe they should close the place down and make it a place where they can do less harm.

Simple chip shop in the Kempervennen swimming pool. I was helped quite quickly and we had our order not too long later. Prices are on the high side, and it's a shame that they force this with their Pin-only policy. Cash is not allowed. Shame.

Atmosphere is good, it also looks great. But unfortunately that's where it ends, the order was very slow and I ordered a kids box with chicken nuggets for my son. I was not told that these are vegetarian chicken nuggets, we only found out while eating because the “nuggets” are not eaten. When I ask about them I am told that they are not tasty, I have tasted them myself but they are dry and tasteless, and the fries were not even remotely crispy. The burgers were nice.

The food isn't as bad as the reviews describe apart from the nuggets. Pay attention to the cards (which are available at the front when ordering). There weren't just nuggets or fries but also other things, definitely not bad.

Don't even bother. Basic, bland food. Just bring your own snacks and drinks.

Nice catering in the swimming pool, but make sure it has the capacity to serve your guests. Had to wait another half hour after ordering until it was ready. Nothing special just fries with mayo. Advice for guests: bring your own lunch!
