Closed again. It might be wise to mention online that you're on vacation. This is the second time we've been to a closed door, even though the internet says it's open. It's a bummer.

We got fries today. The fries themselves were fine, not particularly good but not bad either. What is absolutely unacceptable: I found a dead spider and a hair in my fries. For me that is reason enough to never come back here again.

I initially had to wait 40 minutes for my food, even though there were two people ahead of me. The staff seemed very friendly with the other customers and didn't do anything to prepare the food. When it was finally ready, the fries didn't look good, the minced meat was past its sell-by date, and the meatball didn't taste right either.

Fries were delivered that weren't cooked through. My wife was sick all night and ate everything this morning... almost 20 euros for 3 snacks and 2 small fries, but that's beside the point. First and last time. If you can't even fry fries, stop doing it.

It used to be a great local chip shop where you could get delicious fries quickly. These days, as a "local," you have to wait half an hour because Thuisbezorgd orders get priority. The quality has also declined. Sometimes not everything is cooked through. Considering the wait time, I might as well drive to a larger, faster chip shop where the food is actually cooked.

Unfortunately, since the change of owners, the quality has drastically declined. Fries are not properly fried, and they cut back on frikandellen. If it were up to us, we would rather drive around the block.
