No longer the best fries, no longer the best snacks. No longer friendly staff. You can order through the app, but then the fries are no longer ready at the desired time. :(

Part of the order was forgotten, what was delivered was inedible. Fries fried too hard as well as the snacks, spring roll wilted because of the sauce they poured over it. In the meantime also got half a bucket of mayonnaise over the fries... I called them and told them to come and get everything and that I wanted my money back. Before the takeover a great place to order, but now really bad and bad.

No idea what kind of change is going on there. We used to be very satisfied, but after today we will never come back. It was just not edible and then the fries are expensive.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. Deliveries from too high an amount, often something is forgotten and in the past you had a tasty Bicky Burger but now it is crying with the cap on. Too bad, hopefully it will get better in the future otherwise there are enough alternatives in the area.

Ordered fries and sandwiches. Sandwiches were tasty but the fries were inedible. Far too brown and black on the inside, it makes you sick.

Always been satisfied. Recently I have noticed that the halal snacks are very dry & hard on the outside. Mekkafood has super good snacks, but with you it becomes dry and hard. I think this is baked too long. Already passed on twice. People are always asked how to solve the problem, so that's nice. I just won't order halal snacks here anymore. Occasionally something is also forgotten to be delivered with the order. It is followed up, but then the rest is cold. Today's delivery was also lukewarm, I think there were several deliveries at the same time. Shame. Outside of that, I normally like the fries, and the goulash is also delicious (I didn't like it once, but whatever). We of course hope that something will be done about this, otherwise we will not order from here often anymore.

About an hour ago I placed an online order at Snackpoint Fortuna. I noticed that the minimum amount is €29.50 including €4.50 delivery costs. In our case for 2 people. Insane!!! But if the price-quality ratio is good, it doesn't matter to me. This was not the case The food came quite quickly here. (20 minutes) I immediately noticed that the order was not complete. Unfortunately.... The delivery person did this The portion of satay costs € 2.00, which is outrageous!!! What they give fits in a tablespoon. Fries were not warm. The Tyrolean special (€4.50) was without onions as I requested, but the sauce that was on it fit into a teaspoon. This was the last time I ordered something there. Best wishes for 2025

Ordered small fries, satay sauce with mayonnaise and frikandel. Paid €8.10. I also indicated that I find this ridiculously expensive. When I got home the fries turned out to be really bad quality. The satay sauce had a (diarrhea-like) pale color and certainly did not taste like satay sauce. So this was really the first and last time I came here. I also told them I would give a bad review.

I immediately threw away the gypsy sauce fries after tasting it. The sauce was no longer good and was very sour. The fries with sour meat were more like sauce than meat. No, never again.

Food is to expensive. Owner is a grumpy old woman and a short fused "Militairy" guy. -The only thing good about this place is the delivery service.- Everything else is worthless. Even other places are 2/3 times cheaper then this place. I'm happy that the owners quitted the place as according to Facebook.

Friday September 8, 2023 I came to get fries from you, my experience was not that good. 1 fries were not really warm, just like the snacks You no longer had the option to order 2 wild half roosters 3 and it was very pricey

Regularly get half a rooster from Suster, this weekend again hardly any sauce, this is not the first time this has happened, how difficult can it be

Ordered with €4.85 fries with mayonnaise and satay sauce, we get a small bowl of fries with mayonnaise thrown on top... Downright ridiculous, normally you get fries in a bag with the sauces separately. We picked up the phone and called, after which we got a very unfriendly girl on the line who said that she wanted to accommodate us, but 'of course for a fee'... That's not accommodating, is it? After this I decided to hang up, after which she hung up with a very annoying tone. Who pays 5 euros for a mini bowl of *weak* fries? Far too expensive a chip shop for far too low quality, the service is also very disappointing.

Not just any fries, but especially the Flemish fries are delicious here. This in combination with their own grilled half roosters makes the perhaps less healthy food a treat from time to time. Super nice staff who take great pleasure and dedication to ensure that you can eat delicious fries

Ordered spare ribs for the first time, but it seemed as if they still needed to be fried. Just put them in the oven myself. Really very disappointing.

Already been there 3 times in a period of 2 months for pick up. The food is always good. The case seems very cold. I think it's a shame that there isn't a large board with everything on it, including the prices.

Been very satisfied for a long time. Ordered spareribs last week and this week, as usual. Twice now I could hardly get through the meat and it was completely fried. Ordered spareribs today. The delivery lady arrived on time, but the Al in front of the door tore open, causing some of the food to fall on the floor. She soon came up with new food and apologized. Once again on our behalf, no problem! You did a great job! We are very satisfied and the food was delicious.

Yesterday we ordered food with colleagues because our favorite restaurant was closed. The fries were cold, the snacks were lukewarm, the kapsalon was incredibly cold, and inedible. Taking the order was already a big problem, so never again.

I was there yesterday, I have to tell you, it's scandalous what they dare to sell there. The goulasch meat was even drier than the laundry I had hanging outside. Yesterday, just like the shashlik, it was also as dry as cork. The chicken wings were just a bit black and old. . .I gotta tell you, keep up the good work selling junk.
