Frituur de Veste in Wijk 01 Goes

The menu is huge and there's a really wide selection. They have lots of different burgers, fries, and other items. The prices are really good too, and the food was delicious. A great bonus: dogs are allowed inside! 🐶🍔🍟 Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice and cozy, and good food. The frikadel speciaal was delicious.

I order fries here every now and then. They are always delivered quickly. I've also been to the location; the staff is very friendly.

Great fries and snacks, sito was good, friendly guys

Very friendly staff # Best fries special # Nice atmosphere # Clean toilets # Reasonable prices # Thank you 👍

I genuinely thought I had ordered delivery, apparently I didn't do it right. Telephone contact was unpleasant and in the end I didn't pay for any food, in short, worthless service.

Tasty fries. Personally, I find snack bars lack atmosphere. So that’s not meant personally. Service fast, good, and neat. The 'Frites oorlog' does come with onions, though, and that was missing, see photo.

Had a delicious meal, then smoked a quick cigarette outside with Bram, and he ended up with a date... will come here more often, nice atmosphere and cozy.

Super tasty fries and great snacks! The peanut sauce is truly delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love coming here.

A very friendly woman, presumably the owner. The place looks very neat and tidy! We received quick and friendly service! Despite it being busy, she really connected with us. The food was perfect! It was also delicious and neatly packaged! Definitely recommended!!

I asked what sizes and prices they had for family bags of fries. "We only have one size and it's €5.50." Okay, I took that one. There was an order ready for someone before me. "One small family bag of fries!" Okay. Well, I finally got my bag of fries (they walked ahead of me to hand it over while the rest was being called, so they knew damn well what they were doing). It was way too little, and later at home, when I looked on the website, they simply listed three sizes, and I got the smallest one, which turned out to be for only two people. Why are you lying to me about only selling one size? Because you had a lot of orders or something and it wasn't possible to fry a lot? I can't think of any other reason. Pretty strange and antisocial. And then, after responding to my review, they lied again that it wasn't true and claimed I was the one lying. Very cowardly and underhanded. I posted the review again to stand up for myself because it is simply the truth and you know that yourself. Why on earth would I make up something so specific?

Unfortunately, after a few good experiences, this is now a major wake-up call regarding De Veste's approach! The takeaway fries tasted like plastic; they were truly inedible, so bad that we spat them out. We immediately called the chip shop, which indicated that there had been a gas leak but that they would ‘fry the smell out.’ Apparently, they hadn't succeeded yet, but we responded understandingly. The snack was good. Upon returning to the chip shop, our complaint was completely dismissed; the taste was ‘almost gone by now’! It is scandalous that you still wish to sell this to customers; change your fries and oil after a gas leak. With great difficulty, we managed to get our money back—for just the fries—so we could quickly go elsewhere and keep going there. We will not be returning because there was absolutely no understanding. Profit-seeking, and now we have lost loyal customers!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff (owners). We ordered food for a large group (13 people). The lady in charge was very helpful and went the extra mile for us. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5 out of 5 for its service and friendliness! Best regards, the Spoor family 😉

The food is fantastic. My husband won't eat anywhere else except from this place. The bike stew is truly fantastic. The food is ready quickly, and everything is perfect. This is a top-notch place for everything.

Delicious food, friendly staff and super fast delivery

Very friendly staff and delicious fries. I recommend trying their homemade spring rolls.

Ate here at Order, very nice woman behind the counter, the food was also delicious, this is really recommended if you are looking for a good tasty chip shop

A very sweet woman behind the counter. Fries, chicken satay, chicken nuggets, and the special frikandel (fried meatballs) are all excellent! We order one bag of fries because it's cheaper. The satay sauce has a lime flavor, which is nice and refreshing. A solid 10!

It can't be that hard to remember an order, right? ;) Half of my order just wasn't there. Outrageous

Great chip shop and super friendly people. Definitely worth coming back!

We always have home delivery... It's always great, hot, fresh and friendly delivery staff A big 10 from us

Great place but, the fries were good but I didn't like the taste of the bitterballen.

Ordered. They were supposed to come at 1745. Still waiting at 1900. Called 3 times... worthless response "it's busy" Advice; never go there...

Fries and snacks were tasty. We were 8 people and ate our fries indoors. Everything was tasty. When we left we bought milkshakes. The milkshakes were way too thin for a milkshake for our taste.

Delicious fresh fries. Despite the crowds, we were served and eaten very quickly.

Finally found homemade fries that also taste delicious. The service was also super friendly and accommodating, many thanks not even to the nice young woman :-). An absolutely recommended spot.

The perfect handmade fries we were looking for. Thank you so much.

Frituur De Veste is definitely my favorite place for a delicious snack in the area! From the moment you step in, you are greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The smell of freshly baked fries and snacks is irresistible and makes my mouth water. The fries at Frituur De Veste are always perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. The snacks are of high quality and always freshly prepared. My personal favorite is the croquette; every bite is a delight! What really makes it special is the hygiene and cleanliness of the fryer. Everything always looks spotless, which gives me peace of mind about the quality and care with which the food is prepared. The location of Frituur De Veste is also ideal, and the terrace is perfect for enjoying your delicacies on a sunny day. I can highly recommend Frituur De Veste to anyone looking for a tasty snack and friendly service. Thank you to the team at Frituur De Veste for the great experiences time and time again! I will definitely come back again soon.

Last time we ordered here, a shame but everything was very dry again, the fries were just made of plastic, no, not for us anymore

Delivered very quickly, very friendly delivery person (he called my dogs who welcomed him loudly and barking, all darlings - really great). Food quality is really good. I will definitely order again!

Delicious fries, delivered very quickly

I recently had a fantastic experience at Frituur De Veste. The food was truly delicious! The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. In addition, the snacks were of excellent quality and well prepared. The service was fast and friendly, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Frituur De Veste to anyone looking for a delicious snacking experience!

Small shop but with ohoooo Very good prices Good portion And above all, it was clean and the service was friendly

The fries sometimes vary, but by far the best in Goes. Delivery is often very fast (10 minutes after ordering).

Fantastic food. And delivery is great. When it's busy, they call to say it will take a little longer

Friendly owners. Delivery is also great. Ate stew for the first time and it was fantastic.

If they forget something during delivery, they always come up with a solution

Very bad service. A lot of things go wrong with delivery. Opening hours do not match what is on Google at all.

Super tasty fresh fries with the friendliest service. Orders are always on time. A huge asset for Goes

The best chip shop in Goes. Nice owners and staff. Food delivered super quickly and still warm. Very friendly people. Hold it

Sehr freundlich und sehr lecker!

Super lief personeel. Aanrader!

Geweldige en snelle service, en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.

Heel vriendelijk welkom geheten. Bestelling netjes opgenomen. Pindasaus zelf gemaakt (iets pittig).

Heerlijke friet! Goede porties en lekker warm. Erg vriendelijke bezorger

Superlekkere zelfgesneden frites, eigen gemaakt stoofvlees, perfect! Aanrader!

Goede friet en snacks. Vriendelijke bediening en snel. Ik kom nog eens vaker.

Sehr leckere Pommes. Gute Portionsgrößen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Gezellige zaak.
