Staff could be a bit friendlier.

They do get the fast out of fast food. I can probably prepare it myself faster. Very unfortunate.

For a KFC the standard and quality of food was abysmal. 2 different music systems playing one of which was the chefs music ...never again.

As one should be able to expect... Their standards are being upheld here.

Bland & cold food. Waiting 15 minutes for cold food. If you don't have staff to ensure quality. THEN DO NOT OPEN.❗️

Ehhm, I think I know for sure that this is not worth the 4.75, this is an S cup instead of the M that I bought, is there anything I can do about this before I stop coming and spread this message?

Dirty factory food for a lot of money and a lot of fat. It's unbelievable how much waste there is from a meal. Junk food.

We eat here quite often, it is a relatively quiet location with friendly staff, however it is very dirty in the evening, the floor is sticky and nothing is cleared away or cleaned. The last time we were there we ordered a number of combi zinger menus but all the burgers were missing the tomato and had a smaller piece of chicken than normal. I then went to the counter and was only then told that a number of ingredients were out of stock in the kitchen, in my opinion this is something that you should inform the customer in advance if you are going to sell something that is not as stated/paid for.

It was so cold, and what a hassle to return the sustainable cups, so we kept them. Just give money back at the cash register instead of having to scan them somewhere and then return to the cash register with your receipt, or however it works... Really a big negative

There were 5 other people but it still took 45 minutes to have the order ready. Fortunately it was fresh so something may have gone wrong in the kitchen

People from abroad pay a deposit for the cups and do not get the money back

Chicken was okay, fries were cold. And the temperature was ridiculously cold inside. Not anymore for the time being...

Small KFC, ordering posts are very close together. Excellent help, 2025 I'm back, they work so slowly here, I've been looking at the order screen for 10 minutes, there are 18 orders on it and none are going off, I'm the last one.

Hello . I'm in Goes tonight and thought I'd have dinner here, but after reading the reviews from others, I'm looking for something else.

A long wait for partly cold food and a bucket that was only half full. If this continues, I won't be going there much anymore.

Most of the employees here are very friendly, sometimes there is someone who doesn't really feel like it or doesn't know what he is doing. The most remarkable thing is that unfortunately the food here is less tasty (less crispy and less warm) compared to Middelburg.

The food was very tasty and Angelique helped me a lot. The restaurant was very clean and it was clear how and where to order!

What a bad thing, not all friendly staff, had to wait almost half an hour even though it had already been ordered online. And this is not the first time, but every time there is something unfortunate

Excellent service and you get what you expect. The chicken is always cooked exactly right. Of course you cannot expect this type of eatery to be really cozy, but there are nice 'boots' furnished. We regularly go there when we drive from Antwerp to Vlissingen... Or come back home.

Bit of a small zinger burger... shame about that little piece of chicken on it. Furthermore, I think the staff...the manager, seems very arrogant to me. Looks over you when you need help with that ordering machine and sends someone who is already busy and he has nothing to do with his arms crossed.....but okay. I don't like that system of the deposit cups either....

Service very friendly and competent. Offer was very poor, according to the statement it was due to defective devices. I would rate cleanliness with a maximum of 2 stars out of 5. The tables were sticky and very unappetizing. We have not and will not go there again.

Quick service, the fries and the bucket are hot. The staff is very friendly.

Always good food and it's always right. If we go during the week it is also super fast. Now it was Friday evening and a bit busier. If you had a sign with a number, they shouted in English that you had to come pick up your order at the counter. Trash cans were overflowing and people left their trays on the table. There was also no cleaning. Probably all a staffing problem. The toilet door also slams shut every time, which was a real irritation. We will continue to come here, this is heaven opposite the KFC in Roosendaal.

The atmosphere was lacking but the food was good

The food is dirty and dry, fireworks are flying around our ears, we were inside and thought it was a robbery, but luckily it was fireworks (a very unsafe atmosphere), we tried to hand in the deposit cups, it didn't work, then the staff got angry with us. so we don't go

Burgers and wraps are tasty. It's a pity that the QR code for a small cup does not work and that your order number is loudly shouted by the store.

Salad was good. Burger was very good. Bucket of chicken pieces: Parnade was soft and very full of fat. There was a puddle of grease at the bottom of the bucket. Unfortunately the taste wasn't good either. I haven't been to KFC in a while. But I remembered it much better.

We ate surprisingly tasty chicken again. Toilet had a dirty, sticky floor and the tap didn't work. The employee responded very well when reporting this. Otherwise just a fast food restaurant.

Finally delicious food at KFC again. It was really special because they save on spices in Germany. It was like it used to be here. It also seemed cheaper to me. Since my Dutch is almost nil, we were served very friendly English.

What a rotten food, it was just pathetic chicken with skin. Bland, tasteless, worthless. Several things we ordered were wrong and some things were not even received. Really, I'll never come here again. And besides, all the tables were dirty, the staff couldn't speak proper Dutch or English and the staff didn't really care.

The deposit system for the cups is lousy. Without an app you won't get your money back.

Food is tasty but there are few people in the queue, 5 orders in front of us, we have to wait 40 minutes for our food. 3 customers' orders were incomplete, which caused even more delays. It was chaos in the kitchen.

No children's chairs, food in the bucket is cold and only one sauce is included in a bucket for 2 people. Two additional sauces charged at €1.70.

It's a shame that the people behind the counter do not speak Dutch, but neither do they speak English.

Drive in took more than 30 minutes. Fast food is no longer fast food

Has become extremely inconsistent. Often ordering chicken peices and they substitute randomly, providing only legs oin the buckets. Become a bit annoying to eat here. Changed my mind, absolutely shocking.

KFC impresses with crispy, spicy chicken and delicious side dishes. The service is fast and friendly, the prices are a little higher but fair for the portion sizes. Perfect for a quick, hearty snack, even if the food is quite greasy. Recommended if you like delicious chicken.

We always go to the MC, because of advertisements on TV, anyway Try KFC. Fries lukewarm, burger not special, chick strips very greasy. All tables dirty, trash cans overflowing. Staff wore their own shirts and shuffled indifferently behind the counter. It's a shame, no leadership and no structure. Once but never again.

Today and 2 weeks ago we had dinner with our family. The youngest, who is 1 year old, is still in a high chair. 2 weeks ago the high chair was broken and today we received the answer: "we don't have one". Staff walks around with a sullen face and does not make a customer-friendly impression. Too bad, because the food is tasty.

The enforced deposit system is completely useless in practice. Why don't you just return coins or at least a voucher for your next order.

What a filthy hut. All tables gross and not enough staff to get it done. The lady who worked there really did her best and was also very nice and helpful. But if you pay almost as much for a little food in a fast food restaurant as in an a la carte restaurant, you can at least expect clean tables and chairs. Apart from the lady who helped us, a very disappointing visit.

The best KFC I know. Unfortunately, KFC is becoming increasingly poorer + more expensive, an unfortunate combination. I want the family bucket, the coleslaw and the butter with the corn back.

A large container of chicken, pretty good. Well seasoned. You can tap your own drinks. Iced tea is delicious, the rest is watery.

Good Vegan option 👌, but the team and manager of this restaurant refused to open umbrellas from the scorching sun, justifying this by saying that that’s it!!! umbrellas are broken. Very annoying. 👎

Forget several pieces of food that were paid for

Food could be better but not super bad. What I find really disgusting are the rats/mice that are crawling in the parking lot and near the containers and crawling under the KFC building. I was just standing at the drive waiting for my order to be taken and saw several walking around that pole. Really dirty.

What is a shame about the deposit cups. Most people don't know that (including me) so it's nice extra for the business. Luckily my daughter was there and had a 5.00 euro deposit.

What a terrible KFC this was. Tasteless, really bland. Then you can be a fast food chain, but that does not mean that no attention needs to be paid to the food. The children were happy with it, but I won't come here anymore.

Been twice now. First time through drive thru, we were ignored for so long at the counter that we went to the mac Now picked up inside, so few staff that it takes a very long time and the bucket meal is too little and greasy for 4 people. Very disappointing

I had already written a review 3 months ago, but apparently you are only allowed to do that once, so I am adjusting my review. June 21, I ordered a chicken salon. At home I started eating (it was already cold) and I thought it had a bad smell, but I couldn't identify it yet. I took 3 bites and the smell got stronger and I immediately threw up what I had in my mouth. It turned out to be rotten fries that were black and thick with mold. Really gross. I got my finger in it. my throat and puked everything out. This KFC will really give you food poisoning today or tomorrow. Now for me it is really the last time I have been to Goes. I have filed a complaint via the website because I want my money back. I am not going to pay for rotten food. I'm curious what they will do with my complaint and how long it will take before I receive a message

Great KFC. The food was brought to the table including a deposit cup, which you can return later for 1 euro. The floor was very greasy and the toilets were dirty. Otherwise fine. Staff not particularly friendly, were mainly busy with each other, busy talking.

Got inside and stood at the front of the line. Took a very long time before we were helped. People with cars were given priority. We had to be patient because there were more people who wanted to be helped. Yes that's right. But they wait the longest and are at the front. Was too cool. Air conditioners were too loud for me. Not a nice atmosphere. You won't see me there again
