Some staff members could really look a bit happier.

The sushi itself was very tasty, so that certainly wasn't the issue. Unfortunately, a lot went wrong with the delivery of the orders. Especially with the sushi, we regularly simply didn't receive a significant portion of what we had ordered. At one point, I started keeping track, and in one round, nearly 50% of the ordered sushi was missing. Over the entire evening, I estimate that on average, about 30% was not delivered. We pointed this out to a staff member halfway through, but unfortunately, things didn't improve afterward. Eventually, I just kept ordering the maximum number of dishes, more or less expecting that some wouldn't arrive anyway. That doesn't seem to be the intention of an all-you-can-eat concept. To be clear: this was mainly an issue with the sushi; I think it wasn't much worse with the hot dishes. It's a shame, because what *did* arrive was tasty. But due to the quantity of dishes that weren't delivered, it ultimately felt a bit like a waste of money. That is why I wouldn't be eating here again anytime soon.

Fuji Fuji has clearly gone downhill. The lettuce was brown, the prawns had an ammonia-like taste, the staff didn't look up or around, empty plates were left on the table, and the music was so loud that it sounded more like a sports canteen than a restaurant. Disappointing experience.

Had a delicious all-you-can-eat meal, fresh dishes, tasty sushi, salmon cooked better, yakitori lukewarm, pay attention to the quality.

They are dirty scammers. They participate in the TooGoodToGo concept, and instead of packaging leftover sushi, they make waste sushi filled with Tempura crumbs specifically to quickly earn some extra money from these people—often on a tight budget or those thinking they can score a tasty, cheap midnight snack—when the place closes!!! The Tenkasu Maki does exist, but it is NOT on the menu... If you make them special, you don't prevent waste, do you!? If you have to run your business like that, you can assume they will cut corners otherwise as well and do everything for profit, which will not benefit quality or customer service!!

Most average sushi I had in a long time...not bad, but there are so much better options in Rotterdam. The place is very big, so maybe handy if you go in a big group, otherwise it lacks any kind of charm. Besides when we entered it smelled a lot like fish, although I guess we got used to it during the dinner...

From sushi to the fried salmon, beef tataki, and duck breast fillet, unfortunately, it was inedible. We had to wait a long time for our drinks, and the hostess and host handling the bill were rude to customers and very unfriendly. The lady even chased after a disabled woman whom she thought hadn't paid, while her daughter wanted to pay. We hadn't been for a while; it used to be okay, but now we're 100 euros down and going home hungry. You won't see us back here again.

Halfway through a round, the delivery of the appetizers stopped. It took fifteen minutes. Sometimes people would then order the same thing again. After that, the delivery resumed. 2 drinks only arrived after 50 minutes, but otherwise it went well. Last time there was a small interruption in the sushi delivery, but that was resolved.

For the price you pay here, 80% of all other AYCE restaurants include sashimi, (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) drinks, and unlimited ice cream dessert. It's a shame; you pay enough money but get little in return. On top of that, it's not exactly a special menu.

We really enjoy eating here, everything is delicious, but it could use a refresh, perhaps some new sushi, then more people would come to eat. Music could also be used.

I tried this restaurant because of the current discount on all-you-can-eat lunch. To be honest, I would never pay the “normal” price for that service and quality. The sushi rice was very dry in any sushi we ordered, and the tuna had no taste at all. Moreover, the lady who served us seemed miserable and unpleasant. I would not recommend that place at all.

Been there a few times recently. Good and tasty food. The first time went flawlessly, but on the second time we had to wait up to 35 minutes for the next course. Hopefully this was an isolated incident! As a point for improvement, I would suggest taking a look at your ordering tablets; the screen is unresponsive, which sometimes results in double or unwanted orders being placed.

A decent restaurant for the basic sushi lover; quite a lot of choice, but the quality of the food is lacking. The meat is very tough; you can tell it's more about quantity than quality. That makes it a shame, because the staff there is top-notch, although the last time it was like a sauna inside as the air conditioning wasn't working. Otherwise, all in all, a nice place for an evening out 🍣

I visited Fujifuji again after a long time, and it feels even tastier than before. The sushi rice was served at just the right temperature rather than cold, giving it a great texture, and the fish was fresh. In particular, the miso soup was rich and clean, exceeding my expectations. The staff were friendly, and the food came out quickly, making for a satisfying meal. It is a place I would like to visit again without hesitation.

It is tasty, but very pricey, because for 4 people and drinks included, you definitely end up approaching 60 euros per person.

We enjoy eating here. The menu is extensive and varied, ensuring there is always plenty of choice for both adults and children. The dishes are presented neatly and the quality is good. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. The only minor point for improvement, in my opinion, is that the beer menu could be slightly more extensive. However, that is mainly a personal preference and does not detract from the overall experience. All in all, a fine restaurant we are happy to return to. Definitely worth 5 stars!

The food is fine. It's a shame there was no staff to make cocktails. In general, the restaurant lacks atmosphere. Things on the floor, like chopsticks, are not cleaned up. The restaurant is no longer like it used to be.

We hadn't been here for a very long time. We used to come here regularly. Never had any complaints before. This time, however, it was something different; everything was grubby. The sofa was sticky, the card was sticky, and the toilets were dirty. In the men's toilet, the urine level in the bowl was very high. The food itself wasn't bad, but everything surrounding it could use a thorough refresh.

Very cold inside, rounds were skipped and when you mentioned it; "Yes, this is all you can eat" was the waiter's comment. Also, the steak was very tough, everything tasted a bit the same, skipped the salmon because it really wasn't fresh... all together it cost 435 Euros, but it really wasn't worth it. I could go on like this, but that would be a waste of time.

Despite having doubts after reading reviews online, I eventually went to give it a try anyway. I do regret it. It is very pricey for the quality. First of all, I was served a drink with mold on the bottle label. When I looked at the date, it said 01-2025. It is now 05-2026. The food arrived very quickly, which is fine. However, the quality was very poor. It lacked flavor. Much of the meat was tough and impossible to chew through. The menu was very sticky, and the tables, benches, chairs, bowls, and plates were also very grubby. In any case, we are never going back.

The food was great again, good/wide selection, and a plus is that they also have a wide selection for those who need to eat gluten-free.

Lured to come and eat via Social Deal. Several dishes were unavailable because they were out of stock. When paying, I indicated that you no longer accept Social Deal and just made me pay the full price. My advice was to request a refund from Social Deal. Don't be lured in, it's not worth the money. It's just not quite right. I was better off having sushi for a small extra charge.

Overall, the food is good. Things like spare ribs and pork belly were unfortunately really dry and burnt. Otherwise, the food is fine. Out of nostalgia, we celebrated our daughter's birthday there yesterday. We used to go there often after they had just opened at the old Smart sales point. Upon arrival at 7:00 PM, there was a load of beer crates in the hall. Two tables were occupied. There was hardly any noise or music. A TV was hanging on the wall with the cables pulled out. The dining area was very sparsely decorated. It reminded me a bit of the silence after a big party. We arrived with six people and the table was set for four. We arranged chairs and cutlery ourselves after five minutes. The food is fine, but nothing special. Sometimes cooked a little undercooked or overcooked. The beer was too low on carbonation. We asked them to check the tap and increase the carbonation a bit, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it. At 7:30 PM, they started mopping and cleaning up. The staff were sluggish and didn't give the impression that they were enthusiastic. The crates had been delivered before our arrival but hadn't been cleared away by the time we left.

The food was fine, but unfortunately the beer wasn't cold.

There are some tasty items, but nothing very special. Dishes are sometimes served to the wrong table. Toilet facilities are shared with other owners. Freezing cold and very shabby.

We only got food in the second round while the rest had already finished two rounds, and a lot of extra dishes you have to pay extra for.

As always, the food was delicious. And it's great that they often have great deals. We enjoy coming here regularly, almost monthly. The staff already knows us. Until next time.

Yesterday, we visited FijuFiju again after a long time. My friend and I are both pregnant. Unfortunately, several vegetarian options / pregnancy options were ‘out of stock’. Very disappointing. Especially since the reservation indicated that we are both pregnant. That leaves very little choice regarding sushi. No compensation was offered. The staff didn't say much about it when we pointed this out. The first drink didn't arrive until we had already finished the first round. A pity. The toilets were not clean; both sinks overflowed with water. We would not go back after this experience.

You have to give one star to write a review, otherwise I wouldn't have given one. I'm not a picky eater, but this food was far from good. The sushi wasn't fresh, the meat was chewy and overcooked. Even the sesame seeds were rock hard, and the ice cream had chunks of frozen ice cream in it, probably thawed and refrozen. Cramps and diarrhea flared up in response to the food. When the waitress asked if the food had tasted good and we told her we'd never had such a bad meal, her laconic response was that maybe the chef was having a bad day? When we paid, the man at the cash register also asked if the food had tasted good. When I said no, he said, "That's possible." What service, truly unbelievable, how bad! We'll definitely never return here again. I strongly advise against it!

We made a reservation with a social deal for dinner at 4:00 PM. After 10 minutes, we still hadn't received a tablet, so I went to ask for one. The reception wasn't very friendly. After 5 minutes, he came and said the internet and gas weren't working, so the tablets wouldn't work. After 10 minutes, someone brought a tablet and said the internet was working again but the gas wasn't, so we couldn't order hot food. We ended up ordering sushi and drinks. The child couldn't eat anything because he wanted a hot meal and doesn't like sushi. The staff looked bored and no one kept us informed. We were expected to just eat sushi, but that's not what we're here for, of course. The gas still wasn't working at 4:50 PM. When I asked for a manager, a woman came and said we could order sushi and someone would come over to take care of the gas. I'm not going to wait for that with a small child and an older woman; we'd already been waiting for almost an hour. They didn't offer any suggestions to accommodate us. After I insisted I didn't want sushi all night, she finally said we could get a refund through Social Deal. We paid for the drinks and left. Fortunately, we did get our money back through Social Deal. But after that, we couldn't eat anywhere else because an hour had already been wasted. I think they already knew about the internet and gas situation when we arrived, so it was really bad that they kept us hanging and wasted our time. A guest who was already there didn't hear about the problem until 45 minutes later! Someone asked him if he wanted to order something, and he said he'd already ordered, but nothing arrived. Then he was told the gas wasn't working. That was 45 minutes after we arrived! It's truly shameful that this customer wasn't told anything, even though no one else was there. They simply don't care that you're there. Terrible service. We've been here before, and it was fine then, but this was truly terrible. As I left, I wanted to wish them strength and success in their situation, but no one even looked at us and they simply ignored us. We're definitely not coming back here again.

I had a reservation for 6:00 PM with my two children. We sat down and ordered immediately. People behind and in front of us got their food earlier, even though they sat down after 6:00 PM. They were served before us, which was strange. After requesting our food three times and waiting over an hour for eight pieces of sushi, the woman who brought us to the table brought it herself. Apparently, sushi took longer than other dishes. But still, I have children waiting with me. The sushi was delicious, other dishes were burnt or too crispy, too salty, and not very flavorful. I won't be coming back!

I wouldn't recommend this place. The food was cold, some things were raw, and it took far too long to arrive even though it wasn't busy at all. They also charged too many drinks even though they weren't ordered. If you raise any concerns, the manager reacts aggressively and racistly. Think five times before going here. There are much better sushi restaurants in the area!

I ate at Fuji Fuji today. The waitress was very nice. But the short employee who also worked the cash register was a real disgrace. He wouldn't accept my Social Deals voucher because I booked through the website instead of the app. He was also very cold to me and my family. He needs to take a customer service course.

We were in Fuji Fuji on 02nd December for team event and it was really good experience for us. Food arrived reasonably quick and taste was also very nice. Staff was friendly and nice. Price is also reasonable for 'all you can eat'. Note that drinks are not included.

Didn't get everything in several rounds. The fries were freshly made, though. Otherwise, a great evening.

On Saturday, November 29th, the restaurant was chaotic. It was too crowded, and the food was often lukewarm or cold. We repeatedly didn't receive what we ordered. Our iPads were broken, so handing in food with a receipt was a failure. When we paid, we were also charged an error, an extra 20 euros, obviously to our detriment. This was caused by a very rude Chinese woman. So be careful if you eat here! NEVER AGAIN!

Very cold inside, ordering a tablet wasn't easy, and picking up the tablet was a bit slow. Staff did find a solution, and after half an hour, they gave me a new tablet. Desserts were limited. Drinks with the social deal were served separately.

The food was delicious. What was noticeable was that the ramen lacked flavor, which might be my fault, as I cook with a lot of herbs. The carpaccio hadn't had any sinew removed. The spicy shrimp were unpeeled. Everything else was excellent.

10th time this year 2023 at least and never disappointing, seems that they improve every time. Keep up the good work! Later edit, today again, after we were not here for some time, we just find the best sushi in town still intact, on top of all they now have a lovely cocktail the P*star !
