Halfway through the first round, the snack delivery stopped. It took at least half an hour. Then it started again. Never experienced this before, even though we go there often.

Haven't been there in years, so I thought I'd give it a try. The food was mediocre and took quite a while. The host could also be a bit more cheerful.

I ate at Fuji Fuji today. The waitress was very nice. But the short employee who also worked the cash register was a real disgrace. He wouldn't accept my Social Deals voucher because I booked through the website instead of the app. He was also very cold to me and my family. He needs to take a customer service course.

We were in Fuji Fuji on 02nd December for team event and it was really good experience for us. Food arrived reasonably quick and taste was also very nice. Staff was friendly and nice. Price is also reasonable for 'all you can eat'. Note that drinks are not included.

Didn't get everything in several rounds. The fries were freshly made, though. Otherwise, a great evening.

Bad experience. We were also treated unfriendly by a slightly older Chinese woman. She also made us wait a long time for a table. We will definitely NOT be returning.

On Saturday, November 29th, the restaurant was chaotic. It was too crowded, and the food was often lukewarm or cold. We repeatedly didn't receive what we ordered. Our iPads were broken, so handing in food with a receipt was a failure. When we paid, we were also charged an error, an extra 20 euros, obviously to our detriment. This was caused by a very rude Chinese woman. So be careful if you eat here! NEVER AGAIN!

The price-quality ratio is good. Don't expect culinary masterpieces, but excellent food at an affordable price. Service is very fast and friendly.

The food was delicious. What was noticeable was that the ramen lacked flavor, which might be my fault, as I cook with a lot of herbs. The carpaccio hadn't had any sinew removed. The spicy shrimp were unpeeled. Everything else was excellent.

Very cold inside, ordering a tablet wasn't easy, and picking up the tablet was a bit slow. Staff did find a solution, and after half an hour, they gave me a new tablet. Desserts were limited. Drinks with the social deal were served separately.

We love eating here! The food is always delicious and high-quality. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and spacious. We prefer it here to places like Sumo. Unfortunately, there's limited parking, and there's no bicycle parking right next to the restaurant.

10th time this year 2023 at least and never disappointing, seems that they improve every time. Keep up the good work! Later edit, today again, after we were not here for some time, we just find the best sushi in town still intact, on top of all they now have a lovely cocktail the P*star ! Several appetizers we ordered didn't arrive, even though we repeated our orders. Your whitefish was the best. The spareribs would have tasted better with a sauce. Not everyone on the team had a friendly demeanor or was customer-friendly. It's a shame. A smile costs nothing.

The food was delicious, with soothing background music, so conversations were easy to hear even though there were a lot of us. The only downside was that the tables were a bit small and quickly filled with plates, but that didn't spoil the fun.

We had a delicious lunch, that must be said. It's a rather uninviting restaurant. The lunch offer is currently very affordable; I've eaten here for this price before, but this time I noticed that many "regular" items cost an extra fee. So I understand that they charge for sashimi, but this time they also charged extra for tempura shrimp, and even a piece of fried salmon. Such a shame!

I didn't arrive due to traffic congestion around Rotterdam, but I spoke with a staff member and was told I could do it again on Sunday afternoon. Excellent service.

I come here regularly, and this time I celebrated my birthday with a large group. Everything was perfectly organized. The food was delicious again, and the service was excellent and the people were friendly.

It's going downhill pretty quickly. They don't have much variety left. A lot of what I wanted to order wasn't available or in stock. When it gets busy, you sometimes get your order two rounds later. They're also not cheaper than their better competitors. I'll be driving a bit further from now on.

I was not satisfied; rounds were not delivered, and the food is the worst all-you-can-eat restaurant I've ever been to. The meat was cold and cooked so long that it was completely dried out and incredibly tough. The sauce on the chicken was absolutely disgusting and had a very unpleasant aftertaste. We won't be coming here again.

We sat upstairs, with no atmosphere, a forgotten section that was very cold. The food was cold and took a very long time to arrive. It was my first time, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

What a terrible place! Upon arrival, I waited 10 minutes before being helped, then they asked me if I wanted to wait a bit longer because they needed a table! Fine, I wasn't seated until 7:20 PM, even though my reservation was for 7:00 PM. I then ordered the first round of food and didn't receive it all, and what arrived took 35 minutes. I ordered the second round, and nothing arrived. After waiting 40 minutes, I got up and went to the counter to pay for my food and drinks. The employee behind the counter told me I had to pay €66, even though they only had 4 pieces of sushi and some shrimp! I said, "Fix it," but he said, "€48!" I paid €20 and nothing! What a terrible, unprofessional establishment. Once and never again!

After being treated rudely in the restaurant next door, we walked out (also an all-you-can-eat restaurant called "Always World Restaurant") and went in. It was much more pleasant upon arrival. We were greeted kindly, and luckily for us, they still had a table available. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. We're from Belgium (Hasselt) and have often eaten sushi there, but today we all got to try new things we'd never had before. If I had to mention one negative point, and it's a bit of a search, it was that they clean the tables with a spray can, and if you sit next to or behind them, you smell and, unfortunately, feel the full load of cleaning product. Luckily, we were already finished eating by then. ...I would definitely come back for the rest. A truly good restaurant.

Generally, the sushi I get delivered is great. Sometimes, especially on busier days, the quality is lower than on other days. Also, the sushi isn't delivered chilled, so sometimes it's lukewarm.

During our last visit, the menu was unfortunately very limited, and several favorite dishes, such as the Sieuw Mai and the Yasai Tempura, were no longer available. Of the dishes we were able to order, the beef and chicken skewers from the Tepan were very salty. We also felt there was far too much rice on the sushi, which detracted from the flavor. It's a shame that the experience was so disappointing this time, especially since we usually appreciate the restaurant.

The food is good, but some of the staff, especially the older lady, can be quite rude and irritated. We paid €100 for two people and were treated like that, never going back. There were plenty of other options.

I had dinner last Wednesday and it wasn't as good as I'm used to. And I think 150 euros is a lot of money for a mediocre sushi night.

Lunch at Fuji Fuji Sushi & Grill was fine, and our waitresses were friendly. Unfortunately, an older woman came in at the end and was very pushy: she kept insisting we still had to pay even though we had already, and then she rushed us to leave. That was a real shame about the experience.

They said ALL the cocktails were sold out? How strange. That's not right. First, she said they were almost all sold out, and then I asked which ones were still available. And then I got the answer, "No, they're all sold out." Maybe it's because they thought I was too young? But then you just ask for ID, right? Really weird.

With every round we were missing something, also with other tables next to us we didn't get the last rounds at all

A truly delicious restaurant. Every time is a treat, and you practically have to roll home. I recommend it to everyone. Everything is equally delicious. If it's your birthday, you pay half price. A great deal!

I went with my girlfriend on a weekday during the holidays. We had a reservation. The food tasted great and was generally delivered fairly promptly. Halfway through, we did notice the service slowing down. We ordered something, and after two rounds, it still hadn't arrived. After we pointed it out to the waitress, it still took quite a while. If the food had been delivered a bit faster, we would have had a better experience, as we wanted to try as many different dishes as possible. It's a family-friendly restaurant, so be mindful of children who can be noisy.

A really nice place, with a warm and friendly welcome. We had a social deal. All the food, especially the sushi, is truly delicious. I especially like salmon with cheese, or crispy ones—in short, the selection is truly enormous; you can choose from over 140 dishes. The iPad system works well and is convenient, in my opinion. The place is very spacious, and you could easily eat there with your whole family, at least if you make a reservation. You have two hours to eat whatever you're watching. Be careful not to overorder; you pay €1 extra for every piece of sushi left over, and €2 for each leftover hot dish. I didn't have anything left over, but I think this is a very sensible policy. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and there's a nice atmosphere.

The service was friendly, but very poor. Despite many empty tables, I had to wait for a table upon arrival. If we had empty plates, they weren't cleared until we asked. The soups were tasteless! The "homemade lemonade" is €5.50 for syrup with sparkling water! Some small dishes were okay, but the rest was disappointing. After we finished eating and wanted to pay, the staff cleared the table before helping us with the bill. We were the very last people... Absolutely not recommended. :(

They serve excellent sushi, but eating in the restaurant itself is recommended. We've had food delivered several times, and unfortunately, it's always disappointing. Last night, we gave it one last try. The order (including a free roll we received because the delivery had gone wrong last time) arrived 40 minutes late, even though we'd ordered well in advance. The hot dishes were freezing cold. It's a shame, but we'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

In a word: absolutely fantastic... Highly recommended. The staff is super friendly and explains everything in detail. They're also very helpful. The food is truly delicious. We tried quite a few different dishes, and they were all delicious. The sushi was super fresh and just how it should be. Highly recommended, and keep up the good work.

At first, a rather grumpy woman snapped at us and told us to wait a bit after our tablet wasn't working. Shortly after, a friendly young woman showed up to help us... a stark contrast between the various staff members. During the first round, three orders weren't delivered... after waiting almost half an hour, we started the second round. The food itself was absolutely delicious!

It was nice, but the service was kinda low even though it was not that busy, so all you can eat, but u have to wait kinda long time for servers to bring your food, we tried lots of things, they were nice, maybe not the best but still good

The food was delicious, 4 stars because it wasn't over the top. We will definitely be back. A gluten-free menu is also available, and gluten-free soy sauce is also available. It was worth it.

Great restaurant! The food was excellent, with lots of small appetizers—though a bit greasy. We placed our orders via a tablet, but it took a long time for the food to arrive. We spoke to a staff member, who told us to re-order. A little later, we unfortunately received duplicates of everything. It's a shame you have to pay for drinks, but otherwise, it was a great outing!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing. • The sushi wasn't crispy at all and didn't taste fresh. • The tomato soup tasted more like ketchup than real soup. • Both the fries and the spring roll were not tasty. • The oil they used for frying seemed old, which you could also smell. The food generally felt old and not fresh. The service was positive: the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also spacious and clean. Unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the food. For this price, we expected much more in terms of quality and freshness.

We were there with 3 people for lunch. The food is good, the price itself too, but it is a shame that you have to pay extra for so many dishes. Before you know it, you spend more on your lunch than on your dinner.

Really delicious food here and also the service is very friendly. You can compare the concept with that of Sumo or Shabu Shabu, only I find the quality of the dishes much better.

I have been to fuji fuji so many times and I like to keep coming here. Sushi is super tasty, lots of variety and service is always great.

Really ridiculous. We were supposed to arrive for lunch at 2:30, but there was a traffic jam so it took us an hour instead of 20 minutes. I called and they were still able to arrive. We went to pay and suddenly had to pay for dinner. Saved 30 euros. We don't do that anymore. We did get a 10 percent discount but I thought it was for lunch. Very unfortunate and not customer friendly. By the way, we were there at 3:00. Dinner doesn't start until 4:00.

We had a reservation from 19:30 to 21:30. At 21:10 the lady came for the first time to clear the table, where we indicated that we were not finished eating, we were even still waiting for hot food. After 5 minutes the lady came back at that moment a number of us were still eating. Again indicated to the lady that we were still eating. Only this time she just went to clear the table and said the dishes had to be done, so we even ate the last food with our hands because the chopsticks had already been taken. We felt very uncomfortable, could not finish the meal in a pleasant way and this while it was not even time yet.

This was the first time we came here but not the last for sure. The stuff was very friendly and great service, and the food was delicius. Everyhing was so fresh and very good taste. For sushi lovers is a Must Go place😊

Apparently communicating allergens when making a reservation is no longer good enough, it was a nice trip to the hospital!

Het eten was overheerlijk maar............. de wc's daarin tegen; Vies, stinkt echt behoorlijk naar ongedierte en menselijk braaksel. De wc's worden ook gedeeld met Altijd, het restaurant ernaast. En de mensen die daar komen braken al hun vreten uit zodat die bolle apen meer kunnen vreten. Echt zo en ook zo goor.

The dishes could be a bit more flavorful. More seasoned. For the ramen soup with fried ebi, and miesoep with fried ebi, you had to pay 1 euro extra per dish. This is not indicated on the website with the lunch menu. There were also 3 dishes out of stock. The tablet did not work that well either. I kept picking up a dish when I ran my finger along it, even though I didn't want it. The nigiri and salad were tasty. Too bad there was no crispy shrimp sushi. This lunch was therefore a one-off. It is a lunch, but I still miss the fried salmon, steaks and more dishes with shrimp. You now had no sushi with crispy shrimp, no shrimp skewers, no shrimp from the plate, no fried shrimp. One of these could have been on the menu without having to pay extra. The shrimp in sweet and sour sauce were bland (didn't taste any pepper, salt or herbs)

Went last week. Food was delicious, lots of choice, also diverse. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, this is not the case with other well-known sushi restaurants with the same concept. We will come back here more often, our new permanent spot.

De sushi was heerlijk. Niets op aan te merken. De drankjes waren ook goed. Sfeer was ook goed. De bijgerechten vielen erg tegen. Niet gemarineerd of smaakloos. IJs ging ook wel. Ondanks dat er bij bij de voordeur deur stond goed sluiten bleef de deur vaak open staan , ging moeilijk dicht. Waardoor er echt ontzettend veel tocht was.

I gained the most serious discrimination in my life at this restaurant, on the day of my birthday. It’s the very obvious and malicious treatment from the girl waitress (in heavy eyeshadow, bleached ponytail). I arrived at the restaurant on April 13rd around 14:20, it’s still in the lunch hour, I follow your rules. At that time there’s not many people in the restaurants, and this girl waitress saw me immediately. Yes we look at each other and she’s not serving others at that time. Usually there will be the kind staff leading guest to the seat and giving people the order ipad, BUT instead of doing that, she just ignored me totally. I feel a little bit awkward standing at the entrance, but then I just walked to a random desk. I sit there, seeing her still not coming to me, also not busy with other customers, just keeping me ignored and it’s finally another kind lady waitress noticed me and gave me the ipad to order. Then, when I asked for “can I have a little bit more of the sweet sour sauce for the fried pork cutlet?” I don’t think it’s any illegal request in this restaurant, but she looks very impatient, telling me NO and she needs to eat her lunch first. Ok I understand, I wait, wait and wait, but even though after 20mins she finished the lunch, she still didn’t get me the sauce. But normally the kind staffs here would give me the sauce immediately, I don’t know what caused the young waitress’s huge dislike on me, a guest. And finally, it’s still the kind lady waitress gave me the sauce, very quick as there’s only 4 tables people.. Thirdly, and also the most severe thing happened what I want to ask for more ice. YES I have ordered a soft drink, and as I finish the first small cup, I just want more ice cubes. I don’t know if asking for ice cubes is a criminal in this restaurant, or if me bothering her for any little thing would piss her off, she immediately refused me, telling me she cannot give me ice. This is really discrimination, firstly I ordered a drink; secondly you also give ice to other guests if they want; thirdly when I try again the other waiter gave me ice. Being ignored at the entrance on purpose, refusing to give sauce, refusing to give ice. This is the fourth time I eat in FujiFuji, and it’s the first time I was being so discriminated, and it’s my birthday today! I don’t know why I would take all this bad experience that shouldn’t have happened! I actually liked the food here a lot, and every time I came here to eat, I also respect all staff here a lot, smiling and say thank you every time. I was a faithful customer, but now I’m just an innocent taker of your malicious behavior. I feel very bad today because of all these subtle negative and unfair treatment. I’m writing this review with disappointment and sadness.
