Fantastic! Lovely terrace in the sun. Fast and friendly service. Good coffee and latte macchiato from Beukenhorst. Here, the espresso is poured through the milk foam at your table! Strong and fresh. The lunches (served at other tables) also look delicious. We'll do that next time.

The dishes taste very good but the portions are too small

On a quiet Sunday (weather was bad) we were provided with a delicious lunch and good cappuccino/latte by a friendly young lady.

A cozy place to hang out, but unfortunately the service is very slow. I had to wait 20 minutes for a cappuccino, which I only got after asking again. It's a shame, since there wasn't much to do.

We had a great evening on June 14, 2025. The service was great, lots of attention for our company, no rush. Delicious dishes, great quantities. The special taste of the mustard ice cream and the tomato with burrata was very much appreciated. Recommended!

We had a reservation and, although there were other free tables, we were seated with five people at two round tables pushed together, right by the entrance door. It was very uncomfortable. I can't understand the great reviews at all. The food is very bland, but the prices are very high. One other person and I ordered burgers. For €23.50, we got a bland burger + fries for €5.50 and a small salad for €6.00. I think €35 for a dish like that is pretty steep. The meat was completely raw and we only ate it because we were hungry; it wasn't tasty. My husband ordered a tournedos (a small steak) with the usual side dish (€46.50). The meat was also raw and rubbery. The fries were tasty. The other dishes weren't any better. What also bothered me were the bottled water. When I order mineral water, I want a freshly opened bottle. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Bottom line...it was our first time at this restaurant, and we'll keep it that way.

Last Friday we went to Blend61 for Seafood Night – and what a great night it was! We had a super delicious meal: original and surprising dishes that really impressed. Everything perfectly seasoned and beautifully served. The service was great and the wines delicious. A really nice atmosphere and a night to remember.

This is the place to go if you want to dine out in a more luxurious way. Beautiful building, atmospheric interior, delicious food and great service. #recommended

The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was truly wonderful. A truly wonderful restaurant. The quality of the food is simply fantastic. I highly recommend it.

The furnishings are modern, but still quite cozy and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is relatively expensive and it is visually lovingly designed. The service staff is attentive. However, I was disappointed with the mediocre taste of the food and the small portion size. The price/performance ratio is therefore not right in my opinion. So I probably won't come back and won't recommend it to others.

Actually a very nice atmosphere. We didn't eat, but we ordered an Aperol Spritz. Unfortunately that was a failure. There was nothing bubbling in the glass and the color was at best similar to orange water. And that's how it tasted. Nevertheless, upon request it was confirmed that Prosecco would of course be included. We also got a shot of Aperol. But that didn't make it any better. Too bad!

Pleasantly surprised by quality and service. I like cards; limited choice but improves quality. Good portions. The warm vegetables as a side could have had a bit more flavor. The Primotivo was a bit disappointing, while we always think the wines at Blend are top notch. We will come back and will certainly do so if you (occasionally or for example during the weekend) also offer a choice during lunch for the dishes that are now only available in the evening. Maybe not really Achterhoek, but Lev does it too so it should be possible.

Enjoyed lunch on the sunny and cozy terrace. Friendly service and delicious food. It looked nice inside too. Only small tip, a little more light in the toilet.

Delicious extensive Easter brunch: bread with cold cuts, salmon and egg salad, asparagus cream soup, veal patty and bread pudding with herb ice cream and apple compote. Afterwards a glass of bubbles, water, wine and coffee. A full-fledged Easter brunch. Recommended!

We were surprised with a surprise menu. What wonderful flavors and delicious food. The lady at the counter knew a lot about the matching wine arrangement. In short, we had a wonderful evening. Definitely worth repeating!

Great local in the city center. Small, exquisite menu, good quality food. For the burger, the bun was too dry for us and the meat was a little too “done”. The buratta tasted very good. Olives were very tasty. Price performance fits overall.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner. It turned out to be a very good decision. Fresh and innovative cuisine, as well as good value for money. We would eat here again anytime. The service is also good and attentive.

Very nice restaurant, very atmospheric. Beautiful colours, very modern. Both gentlemen serving were friendly and enthusiastic. We had a four-course blend menu, which was delicious and certainly sufficient. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Delicious food from the chef's 4-course surprise menu. We had also included the sandwich with salt + olive oil and herb butter as a course in advance, so we were very surprised that after a steak tartare, both a fish and a meat dish followed, plus a dessert! Every dish was equally delicious and presented with care. Blend61 is highly recommended!

We found it quite a difficult card to choose from. This is because they are often intermediate dishes and how big are they? What we ate was great. It was very cold in the conservatory. Couldn't sit anywhere else because of a walking dinner or something.

What a nice place! Nice ambiance, everything in the kitchen is correct. Attentive, pleasant service, nice wine list. Price-quality absolutely fine. We'll be back. Small point of attention. As wine lovers, we see that the menu has been put together with attention and love. Also try to convey this to the young ministry. Convey a little more experience about the wines at the table. That gives the 9.5 just that half a point to the 10😘

Were there for lunch today. The burger was very tasty and sufficient. The service was very friendly, it took a while to clear everything up but it didn't bother us in the great restaurant. The toilets were completely dark. You could hardly see anything in that light.

We ended up here as part of a walking package in collaboration with the Oldskoolhotel. The menu was already fixed for us, so we were surprised. It was tasty, the service was friendly and adequate and the atmosphere was warm. Recommended.

Dinner at Blend 61 was part of the walking package 'from Hotel to Hotel in the Achterhoek'. My brother and I had a delicious meal at Blend61, we received a 4 course dinner. The dinner offered was varied, tasty and a true creation to see on the plate, the service was personal and thoughtful and you can choose a table both inside and outside. In short, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Had dinner here. Fine dining. That's why the food was rather simple. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. I can't judge the ambience inside because we sat outside. The gastronomy has specialized in wines, so it is not really interesting for the normal eater.
