Definitely worth recommending. 4 stars for the atmosphere and that is due to the choice of music. Make an attractive playlist and then the 5th star is well deserved.

Very nice restaurant, very atmospheric. Beautiful colours, very modern. Both gentlemen serving were friendly and enthusiastic. We had a four-course blend menu, which was delicious and certainly sufficient. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Delicious food from the chef's 4-course surprise menu. We had also included the sandwich with salt + olive oil and herb butter as a course in advance, so we were very surprised that after a steak tartare, both a fish and a meat dish followed, plus a dessert! Every dish was equally delicious and presented with care. Blend61 is highly recommended!

We found it quite a difficult card to choose from. This is because they are often intermediate dishes and how big are they? What we ate was great. It was very cold in the conservatory. Couldn't sit anywhere else because of a walking dinner or something.

What a nice place! Nice ambiance, everything in the kitchen is correct. Attentive, pleasant service, nice wine list. Price-quality absolutely fine. We'll be back. Small point of attention. As wine lovers, we see that the menu has been put together with attention and love. Also try to convey this to the young ministry. Convey a little more experience about the wines at the table. That gives the 9.5 just that half a point to the 10😘

Were there for lunch today. The burger was very tasty and sufficient. The service was very friendly, it took a while to clear everything up but it didn't bother us in the great restaurant. The toilets were completely dark. You could hardly see anything in that light.

Dinner at Blend 61 was part of the walking package 'from Hotel to Hotel in the Achterhoek'. My brother and I had a delicious meal at Blend61, we received a 4 course dinner. The dinner offered was varied, tasty and a true creation to see on the plate, the service was personal and thoughtful and you can choose a table both inside and outside. In short, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

The seafood evening was great. Seafood is not included in the choices below. In any case, we enjoyed the dishes and wines and the explanation about them. We would like to come back again (from the west of the country) for a special food event.

Had dinner here. Fine dining. That's why the food was rather simple. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. I can't judge the ambience inside because we sat outside. The gastronomy has specialized in wines, so it is not really interesting for the normal eater.

Cozy and nicely decorated restaurant. Nice round table, ditto sofa with loose cushions. We were kindly received and, much later, escorted out by the nice owner who helped with the coats. The music in the conservatory where we sat was just an annoying background noise. All four of us also felt quite chilly, but yes, expensive gas, so let's move on. The waiter was very correct in service but had little knowledge about port and wines. Improvement point.. We opted for the 4 course Game Menu which looked and tasted great in terms of presentation. But hey, we are in the Achterhoek, right? The portions, especially the second dish, were very economical. I certainly don't expect full plates, but this was poor. Spice it up with a sandwich/toast with the starter, an appetizer from the house, some game stock, or something similar, that makes it more of a total experience. Or just slightly larger portions.

The time between courses was quite long. The food was tasty, but some dishes were really too poor in relation to the price. Good thing we ordered fries and vegetables and it was just enough. The vegetarian dishes were delicious. Maybe consider also serving non-alcoholic wines.

Our party consisted of 2 people. On Saturday evening it was busy and there was a great atmosphere. We both ordered the 3-course menu, which consisted of a beautiful and surprising taste experience. The service is smooth, pleasant and the wine selection is undoubtedly good. One point of attention could perhaps be the coffee. We experienced this as a bit weak and the forgotten receipt was delivered later. In summary, it was a beautiful experience in a cozy environment.

Ich war mit meinem Mann dort um etwas zu trinken. Das Ambiente sehr schön 😃, alles farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. Es befindet sich dort eine offene Küche,Nischen wo man bißchen für sich sein kann. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vorher vielleicht reservieren, da es dort voll ist.

Fijne avond gehad met heerlijk eten

We kwamen binnen, en we vonden het meteen fijn en gezellig om er te zijn..we vroegen ons af..waar ligt dat nu aan..nou de sfeer, de aankleding, de opstelling vd verschillende tafels , de gastheer die zijn best deed om ons te entertainen /ons welkom en thuis te laten voelen..we hadden een mooi en speciaal begin vd avond om te proosten met een lekkere rosé cava. Het 4 gangen verrassingsmenu(waarvoor we hadden gekozen) was heerlijk en er werd een mooie ruime tijd aangehouden met het opdienen/serveren vh volgende gerecht. Het wijn arrangement paste er perfect bij, heerlijk. Blend 61 is zeker een aanrader en komt als 1 vd favorieten op ons lijstje van goede en fijne restaurants. 1 klein puntje wat betreft de toiletten: deze mogen nog iets meer aan sluiten op de prachtige ambiance vh restaurant, een beetje bijwerken met een verfje, maar is zeker wel schoon,misschien nog een lekker geurtje, een kleinigheidje maar, zie het als positief opbouwend goed bedoeld feedback puntje.. maar..daar was het dineren bij jullie zeker niet minder om. We kijken terug op een zeer geslaagde en fijne avond. Dankjulliewel

We hebben drie keer in vrije korte tijd bij jullie gegeten, en beide keren hebben we enorm genoten! Het eten is heerlijk en zorgvuldig bereid en geserveerd en de grootte van de gerechten is uitstekend. De ambiance is heel prettig, de bediening is vriendelijk en naar speciale verzoeken wordt goed geluisterd. We komen zeker weer terug. Waar ik wel benieuwd naar ben: wordt de kaart nog wel eens gewijzigd? Hoe vaak per jaar eventueel? Of worden er misschien nog gerechten toegevoegd aan de kaart?

Mooi restaurant in centrum van Winterswijk. Wij bestelden brood bij het aperitief en vervolgens een 3 gangen menu (voor/tussen/hoofd). Smaak van de gangen was lekker maar ongelooflijk weinig. Elke gang was alleen een stukje vlees of vis zonder groente (de halve mini wortel niet meegerekend). Wel eens gehoord van de schijf van vijf? De foto toont het hoofdgerecht. Voor 40,- belachelijk weinig eten…. Onze conclusie was “ongeschikt voor ons”, je moet vooraf of achteraf ergens anders je maag vullen.

Het was meer dan lekker elke hap was een feest hier gaan we vaker naar toe

Verrassend lekker gegeten. Wel aan de prijs, maar het was het waard.
