A lovely little shop with a great selection. Prices aren't cheap, but the quality is excellent. It gets quite noisy on market days, but it's still a pleasant place to linger. The trees and greenery are a nice touch.

We waited for over 15 minutes to get a simple drink. Waitresses passed us a million times and then eagerly help other people that sat down next to us even though we were first? Another time my wife wanted to use the toilet and a worker aggressively asked where she sat. Won’t waste our time here again.

We were in a large group and ordered milkshakes. He showed up with chocolate milk. We said no, we wanted milkshakes. The waiter pointed to the receipt and said, "No, look, you ordered chocolate milk." Bruh.

Not recommended. You receive new drinks at a table still covered in dirty dishes from the previous guests. Nothing is cleared away; everything is simply left lying around. It looks disorganized and neglected. Overall, a terrible impression.

The baguette was delicious, as was the cappuccino with oat milk.

We come here several times a year for a delicious lunch while shopping. I think we've eaten here about 30 times and have never had a bad sandwich! The coffees and cappuccinos are also delicious!

We ordered drinks, tiramisu, and apple strudel, which arrived relatively quickly, except for the strudel. It was forgotten when we asked, and they couldn't give it back because the oven had already been turned off and cleaned 1.5 hours before closing time. The tiramisu was average, nothing special, but not too creamy either. Nevertheless, you won't be eating or drinking anything else here.

Unfriendly staff, tables are not cleared

The sandwich wasn't exactly appetizingly presented, and the sauces weren't tasty at all. All for €8!!!

We come here often for cappuccino, it's really good! Last time we also ordered a Hawaiian grilled cheese sandwich, which was also delicious!

Very unfriendly staff. My wife sat at the table for a minute to take the baby out of the carrier and put her in the stroller. The waitress didn't like that at all; she immediately asked us to please go away.

Things have deteriorated a lot there. The coffee doesn't work at all, neither does the ice cream. The service was unfriendly and not thinking about the matter. At the counter there is an unfriendly gentleman who speaks harshly to his customers. Always according to the motto: It's just walk-in customers, you can do it with them. There are better cafes in town and near the market

We always really enjoyed coming, but today was the last time. I ordered an iced cappuccino with oat milk because unfortunately I cannot tolerate lactose. A drink arrived consisting of three scoops of milk ice cream, coffee, oat milk and caramel syrup. When I asked, after several attempts, I was given a normal cappuccino with oat milk, but I was told that they couldn't take the iced cappuccino off the bill because they didn't know that the milk ice cream would be a problem. We tried to explain the situation, but the employee wasn't particularly interested and we had to pay for the iced cappuccino without even taking a sip of it. So we definitely won't be coming back. Too bad.

Good morning, I have been going to this place 2 or 3 times a week for 2 years. Today I had a completely unpleasant experience I sat down and, as always, the attendant arrived 2 minutes later. I asked her to wait because I was waiting for a friend because we were going to have coffee. She said okay and left. Exactly 5 minutes later I was on the phone trying to resolve something with my husband and a man (manager) appeared. Talking loudly and demanding that I place an order immediately because I couldn't sit there without consuming it. I was 5 minutes away from the place. I felt extremely disrespected because I had already told the attendant that I would make the order. I asked for two minutes so I could end the call and he continued talking loudly until he got tired and left. I was angry and embarrassed, I placed an order for a machiatto flavor. I'm sad because I always come to the place but never go back! The company does not have a website where I can file a complaint. My friend arrived and we left, I won't waste my time in this place again.

The food itself was fine. But staff still has a lot to learn in terms of friendliness. A polite "enjoy your meal" is, in my opinion, the least in a catering establishment. Don't put down the food and drinks and walk away without a word...shame!

The service was friendly, they gave us time to choose the food and were not pushy, the food was very tasty, nothing wrong with it and just a very nice atmosphere.

What bad service! Rude at the table, you are not allowed to choose your own taste for an ice cream sundae because they don't have time for that. It doesn't take any more time to add a different flavor!! Don't go here, terrible antisocial staff

Do you want a delicious sandwich with cross contamination!!!! Then you should definitely be here. Everything is grabbed with their bare hands and they go from the raw chicken fillet to cheese, lettuce and bread 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ and any leftover bread is simply put back in the bag. I will never eat a sandwich there again

Wat een chaos daar. Bij elke tafel waar we wilden zitten zaten de kopjes en borden van de vorige gasten. We gingen zelf maar alles weghalen. Ik denk dat ze personeelstekort hadden en had het eigenlijk wel met ze te doen. Een groot terras midden in een overdekte winkelpromenade. Jullie hebben iemand nodig die alleen het terras opruimt en 1 neemt de bestellingen op en serveert.

Katastrophe, mega überfüllt am Samstag, so das man nach ganze 25 min immer noch nicht bedient wurde, obwohl man darauf Aufmerksam gemacht hat. Somit haben wir das Lokal nach 30 min wieder verlassen. Leider. Macht sonst aber einen guten Eindruck, aber halt sehr unaufmerksam und zu wenig Personal.

Lekker om hier even te zitten en wat te eten en drinken, lief personeel, we zijn hier vaker geweest en het valt nooit tegen, we waren heel erg verrast door het spaghetti ijs en de saus die bij de tosti zat.... zo ontzettend lekker

Gezellig en het eten was ook lekker

De chai latte hier is formidabel! Eindelijk geen te zoete poedertroep met heet water zoals in de rest van Enschede, maar een halfzoet gekruid melkmengsel met een theezakje er in. Je kan het dus zo sterk maken als je zelf wil, en het is niet te zoet. Wat een feestje!
