What a terrible experience! We ordered food at 4:45 PM and after over an hour, we called to ask where it was. They said it was on its way. After 45 minutes, we called again. The staff was absolutely unfriendly on the phone. We actually wanted to cancel the order because some people had to leave, but we couldn't cancel because we'd lose our money. And when we finally got our food after two hours, it was cold. I'll never order from here again.

Always good. Delivery can take longer during busy periods. Otherwise, I'm a satisfied customer.

Ordered at 1:00 PM for pickup at 5:30 PM. Arrived at the store at 5:30 PM, and it was almost ready. Then the older woman looks at me with an order, I get up to take it, and she yells at me that it's not for me and tells me to "sit down." Extremely rude staff. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but the fact is, these people work incredibly hard. They've been doing it for years. They take orders directly at the counter, by phone, and through home delivery. It's especially busy on weekends. Yesterday we were there again to order directly. We had to wait a bit longer than usual, but that wasn't a problem. Yes, the woman behind the counter can sometimes come across as stubborn and angry, but she works incredibly hard to get everything done, even though she was swamped with orders like yesterday. She simply doesn't have time for all the hassle from everyone. You're not alone on this planet. Wait for your food, or cook it yourself.

I ordered a meal at 6:00 PM today, and two hours later I received my online payment. What a customer-focused place! What I recommend to everyone is ordering by phone and paying at home. If they're late, you have the option to accept or decline, so you don't lose your money. Nobody wants to pay for that and wait until it's convenient for them to get your food, because they don't pay that much attention to time.

Incredibly bad experience. Ordered through Thuiszorgd and still received the food an hour after the requested delivery time. I called and was treated extremely poorly. The meat was so tough I seriously considered taking off my shoes to check if they hadn't accidentally thrown my sole in the wok. The rice? It had been cooked so long you could easily have used it as wallpaper paste. And the rest of the food… well, let's just say my trash can had the best dinner of its life that night. The staff topped it all off. Customer service? Never heard of it. A smile? Impossible. It seemed more like we'd ruined their night off by coming in. If you asked them anything, you got a look as if you'd asked them to wash your car. In short: The Golden Dragon is the perfect place if you like chewy rubber, mushy rice, and a generous helping of antisociality. For anyone who does value chewable food and staff who don't treat you like a nuisance: please pass by and treat yourself to something better.

I always order our meals here. Prawn crackers on the house. I order with the app and pick them up myself at the agreed-upon time. I never have to wait!

Wat een slechte en zeer onbeschofte service. We hadden om 16:30 uur gebeld met het verzoek tot bezorging om 18:15 uur. Om 18:30 uur gebeld waar het eten bleef er werd op een zeer onbeschofte manier verteld dat het eten bereid werd en het nog 20 minuten zou duren. Om 19:05 was was er nog geen eten en wederom gebeld waar het eten bleef. De vrouw vertelde dat we maar moesten wachten en niet zo moeilijk moesten doen hierop het eten gecanceld puur vanwege de wijze waarop gecommuniceerd werd. Hierop vertelde ze dat ons adres geblokkeerd werd voor bezorging. Dus Nooit bestellen hier!.

Twenty people. Party atmosphere. We decided to make it easy on ourselves and order a fortune's worth of Chinese food from this, and I use the term loosely, "catering establishment." That was the first and immediately last mistake of the evening. Let's start at the beginning: picking up. The bags felt suspiciously light for an order that was supposed to feed a small army. Once home, the full extent of the disaster really became apparent. Unpacking the containers was like opening a series of culinary coffins. A sickly, sour smell of old grease and disappointment rose. The "Dishes": Babi Pangang: Looked like a collection of dried out shoe soles drowned in a fluorescent red, chemically tasting sauce. The "meat" was tough, dry and had the texture of cardboard that had been left out in the rain overnight. The taste was sweet, but in a way that makes your teeth cringe and your stomach turn. Foe Yong Hai: More like Foe Yong NO. Instead of a fluffy omelette, we got a gray, sunken, spongy mass floating in a watery, brown goo. There were three stray peas in it. Three. For twenty people. Satay: How can you ruin satay? WELL, THIS IS HOW. The skewers were loaded with pale, boiled-looking chicken (?) that tasted like nothing. The "satay sauce" was an insult to every peanut on the planet; a watery goo that looked more like brown paint water with a faint aftertaste of peanut butter. Nasi and Bami: One big, sticky, tasteless mass. No vegetables in sight, except for a few strands of leek that looked like they had been in the bin since the previous dynasty. It was pure filling, designed to ravage your stomach, not nourish it. Kroepoek: The kroepoek was tough and tasted like old frying fat. As if they last changed the oil in 1988. The Service: As if the food wasn't bad enough, THREE dishes were missing from the order. THREE! There you are, with twenty hungry and increasingly grumpy guests, looking at a buffet of sorrow that is not even complete. Moreover, the portions were so ridiculously small that they looked like children's portions for the price of an adult gold digger. The Aftermath: The atmosphere was completely ruined. The birthday mother-in-law was almost in tears. We had to save the evening by throwing frozen pizzas in the oven. The "icing" on the cake was the collective stomach ache and the polonaise to the toilet that lasted half the night. This was not a meal, this was an attack on good taste, the joy of the party and public health. Save yourself the misery, money, and humiliation of serving this crap. Give this place a wide berth. You'd rather eat a dry sandwich or lick the grease off the cobblestones. It's more nutritious and at least you'll keep your dignity. NEVER. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered food to be delivered, an hour later than requested. Called and the person on the phone was very unfriendly, no apologies for it being later.

We have been ordering here regularly for years. The food is fine, but unfortunately the service and the way you are addressed when ordering is extremely bad!

Disappointing experience – not to be repeated After several orders I politely submitted a complaint, but unfortunately this was not responded to professionally at all. The female owner reacted rudely and literally said: “Then you should order somewhere else.” There was no room for conversation; she did not even let me finish and clearly could not handle any form of criticism. The complaints I have: • The food was cold upon arrival. • Oil leaked from the spring rolls, which made everything a sticky affair. • The new packaging made the spring rolls stick, which made them inedible. • After waiting for almost 2 hours I called; it turned out that the food had not even been made yet. • In the end I had to cancel the order. • The customer friendliness is hard to find.

Ordered food to be delivered at 19:30. 20:00 still nothing, so I called... after 14 minutes on hold (my husband had cycled to Golden Dragon in the meantime) the lady answered rudely. I told her I had ordered food and she interrupted me: "at what address?" I indicated that I wanted to tell her and she interrupted me again: "if you don't tell me what address I can't look." I told her my address and she said: "your husband already picked it up." I wanted to say that it should have been delivered half an hour ago, but she had already hung up... we won't be coming here again!

What a rotten place this is, first of all my family and I did not even have the possibility to order here because the previous owner of this house was blocked because of an argument about the food (I can understand this from the previous owner) we were finally able to order. We had hoped that it would be delivered on time (we are not that difficult about 30/45) but after 2.5 hours it was finally delivered, we called the store to ask if the food was already on its way, what a BRUTAL woman this is, and indeed if the word "money back" comes up this is never not possible. Eerst nog 10min in de wacht gestaan om te horen te krijgen dat hij nog naar de keuken moet! Geen bericht, geen excuses of iets van dit bedrijf! Als ze al zo onbetrouwbaar zijn met de bestellingen, vraag ik me af hoe erg het eten wel niet is.

Besteld bij Golden Dragon. Eigenlijk altijd goed. Nu hadden we nummer 33 besteld. Nasi met garnalen. Nou, zonder dollen er zaten 5 kleine garnalen in maar wel mooi 12.50 voor betaald. Ben ik niet gewend van hier.

Eten is altijd goed, echter bij eerdere bestellingen al wat langer dan beloofd gewacht vandaag was echter het toppunt ruim 2,5 uur (dichtbij de 3 uur) na ruim 1,5 uur geprobeerd te bellen maar werd iedere poging gelijk opgehangen, zo jammer want het eten is echt goed.

Eten is tot nu toe altijd heerlijk(ongeveer 4x besteld). Op tijd bezorgd krijgen is niet hun sterkste punt.

Vreselijk onvriendelijk mens! Sorry dat ik het zeg, maar wat een takke mens. Eten is lekker, maar verwacht geen services en bestellen duurt extreem lang, minimaal 3 tot 5 uur

Al jaren een begrip en heerlijk eten en bezorgen in Rotterdam en Capelle onze favoriet

Eten is er heerlijk vooral de loempia's en het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Chinese bami met kip " heerlijk. De varkensvlees met kerriesaus was ook goed van smaak " pindasaus heerlijk , al met al een aanrader !!!!

Uitgebreid menu, perfect verpakt, ook 1 persoons maaltijd mogelijk. Alles bereidt met verse ingrediënten. Echte aanrader.

Ik woon in Krimpen adY en ben rolstoel gebonden. Ik heb nu diverse keren eten besteld (laten bezorgen) bij Golden Dragon en heb absoluut geen klachten. IK vind het eten prima verzorgd. De smaak is uitstekend. Bij mij waren ze altijd op tijd en waren de bezorgers keurig netjes en beleefd.

Deze afhaalchinees is echt heel erg goed. Het eten is vers en de babipangangsaus is subliem. De nasi is goedgevuld en het vlees heerlijk, de groenten en fruit in de gerechten waren vers en knapperig. Echt genoten.
