We bought meatloaf there before the holidays, and at home we discovered that there are shapes inside the meat! When they were open, I walked by to say that there were shapes in the meatloaf, but he didn't even listen to me. "It doesn't matter, he's meat too anyway," he gave that stupid reaction! That's the end of it, never going there again!

I recently bought meatloaf there, and when I got home, I discovered there were worms in the meatloaf. After that, I went to the bakery to have a conversation, but they didn't listen at all.

Gorka is a household name in Amersfoort when it comes to kebab. The baklava and breads are also delicious. Indispensable for the neighborhood!

I think the guy behind the counter underwent mitosis or something. First there was a bearded man. Turns out it was twins. And then a third bearded man showed up. The guy unlocked the shadow clone jutsu. There are three more clones in the basement ready to shorten the week. I've heard a new brother is imported from the Middle East every three months. Otherwise, it's a good place with excellent service.

Their Lawas breads is the best in Amersfoort. It is identical to Iranian Barbari if not better. I also like their kapsalon.

The counter staff member is very unfriendly and disrespectful to women. Furthermore, the food is primarily geared towards students. Absolutely poor hygiene. The staff member walks in and immediately starts taking and taking orders without proper hand hygiene. Hence, 1 star.

I don't like frozen pizzas unfortunately Gorkas bread and pizzas used to be very tasty I went there especially but not anymore they are not that fresh

Last week I had dinner here and ordered a haircut. The food was delicious and you really get a well-filled container, more than enough! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I will definitely come back here more often!

The 5 euros you spent on that sandwich were well spent! Update+: found a restaurant near Almere Centraal that came close, but still the best restaurant I have eaten at

Being both a bakery and a döner place, there's plenty of variety for what to get. They offer products ranging from tosti's, lahmacun and dürüm to freshly baked pide and other types of bread, for a fair price, considering the quality. If you ever end up in the mood for a quick, but unforgettable Turkish food experience, Gorka is absolutely the place to go!

Excellent Turkish bakery just outside the city centre. Staff is always nice and friendly and the food is always good and plenty. I especially recommend the Turkish wrap with chicken. Sauces are good and I suspect they are homemade because the spiciness sometimes varies. One of the best Turkish snack places in this area.
