My most favorite bakery. The breads are phenomenal. Me and my husband love this place so much.We regularly take the spelt sourdough and it’s now a staple at our home. The desserts are so delicious and made with such love and care. I especially enjoyed the pistachio raspberry tart.And the delightful brioche which is baked sometimes, is one of the best I have ever had. This is truly a gem of a place we have discovered in Amersfoort !

Update 01-11-2023. Unfortunately, the best baker in Amersfoort has stopped working for health reasons and has had to close the bakery. Thank you for all the delicious food we enjoyed. We also want to thank the store team. Old post. Real bread is still baked here. You can smell it, you can taste it. Every product from our own bakery is genuine and delicious. You will receive professional yet friendly service. It can be very busy at times, but the product is more than worth the wait.

The sandwiches are delicious here, and on a nice day, it's really nice to sit outside. Today I popped in for a quick coffee just before it started raining. I wanted to sit inside, but that turned out not to be the case; the chairs inside were for the staff, even though they were empty at the time. There wasn't really an explanation as to why, and the way it was communicated didn't feel very friendly or welcoming. It's a shame, because you end up leaving with a bad feeling. Perhaps a brief explanation would make a big difference to the customer experience.

What a DREAM of a company 💚 Just finished my last email full of good news with Wouter with a smile from ear to ear. The entire, maximally sympathetic concept (after all, love goes through the letterbox/stomach!), the super personal attention and effort, on top or those absurdly good vegan baked goods (I should know, because I also sent myself a box once 🤭)… This is really a very special bunch. I have been ordering from these fantastic people for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend both (the range of) goodies and the entire Sweet Deliver service enough. BIG fan. I look forward to lots more of this goodness!

Beautiful shop, friendly staff, and quality bread. A bit pricey, but worth it. Delicious for Sunday breakfast or Easter.
