Terrible quality, very high prices, very unpleasant service, asking questions seems to be a problem, you ask in English and you are answered in Flemish, it is catastrophic to be at this level of service. They sell you menus, but in the menu there is nothing and in addition you are forced to pay extra for the drink and the sauces... in the end you think you are taking a menu at 13 but you are asked 20, nothing to do with a menu, that is a scam. All the "meats" are hyper processed, I do not even know how one can make and eat that, or even if it contains meat. It could be dog, you would not know the difference. Not a fruit or even a salad, the mayonnaise is disgusting, sweet... only fat, sugar... close this restaurant, put vending machines with fruits and sandwiches that will be less harmful. Shameful for a centerparc which wants to be rather a fairly qualitative destination. In short, if I could have put a 0 everywhere I would have done it.

What a hassle here... Paninis weren't available until late in the afternoon. I ordered a single hamburger, but the lady still charged me a double. The fries were good, though. Then I wanted to return the deposit cup: "Yes, do you have a debit card with you?" "No, I paid with my phone. The card is in the booth." "I can only return items with a debit card, sir." Gosh, why not give out gift certificates or something?

Lousy service. Employee takes food the wrong way and a colleague just doesn't want to shove it down your throat. A proper discussion was necessary before the employees came to their senses and then the employee felt it necessary to have a big mouth. It is urgent that the employees here learn how to deal with customers.

Since you're not allowed to bring your own food into the bathroom, the restaurant is the only option for meals during a longer stay. The prices are on the lower end, but unfortunately, the quality/taste is also poor. There wasn't a proper menu. It was more of an overview, like soft drinks from €X, snacks from €Y. The hamburgers listed as a set menu were sold out by 1:00 PM. (It definitely wasn't crowded.) Kipcorn was this foamed chicken mush, the Frikandel was a tasteless, sausage-shaped substance. Both very sad! The Kroket was quite acceptable for fast food, as were the vegetarian nuggets. The French fries were the very cheap ones, usually small 2-3 cm things with a few longer, fake fries in between, but they were prepared properly – without salt, but with salt packets. They used reusable cups, which is a great approach. The only problem was that the deposit could no longer be credited to the card used for payment. Using a different credit card from the locker worked – very funny, since cash payments are generally not possible! For me, it fits "my" image of CenterParks. The planning and construction of the facilities is truly top-notch. When it comes to maintenance and ongoing operation, I would describe it as commercially exhausted.

9.25 for a croquette and a frikandel xl, which takes a long time even for such a small order

A snack bar in a subtropical swimming pool describes this place well. Food is ok. On the pricey side. Unfortunately, they do not keep the terrace free for paying restaurant guests and the bathers enthusiastically place towels. So at least half of the tables are idly occupied and the paying restaurant guests have to figure out where to eat their food.

Decent food for while you're swimming, fries were fine and the sauce was quite nice. The chicken nuggets were surprisingly tasty. Overall not bad for the cheap price.

8.95 for 12 chicken nuggets that tasted like dough. Also fries for 4.95. Way too expensive, way too dirty

Long queue, little choice and the dishes don't have much taste

The service was poor, I didn't get exactly what I ordered, the chicken nuggets tasted more like dough than chicken, never coming back there.

Incredibly bad, there is a queue of 1 hour... while it is the holiday period...

At noon at 1 there is only one cash register open and only one service. Almost 30 minutes waiting time. And the line got longer. It doesn't work at all.

Dit is het restaurant in de aquamundo bij de Eemhof. Bij drukte is het wat chaotisch en wat minder efficiënt. Maar, het eten is lekker en de prijzen zijn schappelijk en voldoende keuze. De uitstraling is goed, leuk terras tussen het groen.
