Grand Café 3&20 in Amstel III/Bullewijk

I had already written a review about this business under Vermaat Leisure. Now I doubt whether that is also the operator. So here again. Ate here yesterday prior to an event in Ziggo Dome. Chicken burger with fries for €22.50 and Schnitzel with Stroganoff sauce for €22.50. Both disappointing in terms of quality. Frozen products are a dime a dozen. With some sauce still to chew away. For 22.50 you can really expect more. Next time I'll have a croquette at Febo. Will be better in taste. Service was okay.

We were all shocked by the result. The amusement of reading the creative 1-star reviews had somewhat of a soothing effect on this particularly negative experience.

We had dinner before a concert, but the heating turned out not to work. This also means our food will be cold in no time. Price/quality not in proportion. €22 for a burger with some fries. Next time somewhere else for us.

Even though it was very busy for a concert, the food was ready quickly. They have a special events menu with a limited selection. Schnitzel, 3 types of hamburger, satay.

Read others comments before you go into this restaurant!!! This is the worst experience ever, not only the disgusting taste burger, also saw the waitress just use the hands playing with her belly then use those hands yo get the chips put on the plate, and also one of them opened few burger to check with the dirty hands, i immediately stopped eating, paid and left.

Unfortunately we saw the bad reviews too late, the food is a complete disaster. 22 € For a burger that tastes like a bad frikandel. If the shop wasn't at the stadium we definitely wouldn't stop here!

Slechter dan een snackbar. Kipsaté smaakte nergens naar, moest het hebben van de saus maar vroeg me af wat ik zat te eten. Beefburger zag er heel onsmakelijk uit en was dat dan ook. Fantasieloze sla. Friet was het enige wat oké was. Bediening was nog niet zo slecht, maar toen ik zei dat we minder dan de helft op hadden gegeten kwam er een lauwe reactie. Advies, eet niet hier

Terrible company. Food came before the drinks and was cold. Staff rude and drinks never received. It's scandalous that companies like this exist. Staff is angry if you say something about it. This company doesn't deserve one star

What poor quality! Waste of your money. After waiting for 45 minutes, I received a cup of coffee with soap in it. Drinks were what we ordered, not to mention the food. Everything was cold and was mega cheap quality. After several customers complained about the cold food, you were shown the door with a sneer. Mega antisocial. Save your money and go to the febo 100m away. You'll be better off there!

Takes a very long time, food arrives cold and they have very few staff. It's better to go to the Febbo or a snack bar than this place. After complaining to the staff, I received a response saying yes, you are the umpteenth person to complain so I can't do anything with it. Extremely bad.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I’m compelled to warn anyone who values their taste buds and hard-earned cash. Picture this: You pay an obscene amount of money for a “gourmet” burger, only to have something that closely resembles wet dog food arrive at your table. Probably because someone scooped it out of a can labeled “Fido’s Favorite.” Do yourself a favor: Skip this place unless you’re looking to burn money and ruin your appetite in one go.

What a disgrace. The beef burger resembled a round frikadel in structure. I thought I could get a good piece of minced meat burger for 22 euros. Then I'm not even talking about the course of events. Upstairs there are about 5 employees chilling on their phones and downstairs we are waiting for a new glass of water because the first water was warm and the glass was dirty. Well, I go in somewhere once without checking the reviews. And this is really not all, too much to mention. So dear people, eat a delicious sandwich at home or walk to the appie.

The most disgusting food I’ve ever consumed as well as terrible service. The chicken is not chicken here. We complained to the manager and he comped all 3 of our meals. Food at the venue was 10x better and cheaper.

Horrible quality. The 8th wonder of the world that this tent can remain open. Tends to be a scam, what's on your plate has missed the food exit quite a bit. Price is ridiculous. Anyone with more than 1 star is either lying or related to the owner. It's not possible otherwise.

Once in a while I go in somewhere without checking the Google reviews. It depends a bit on your attitude. There are 2 options: I ate a pretty tasty leather boot or I ate a worthless piece of food that passed for a schnitzel. It is better to get something to eat in the Ziggo Dome or Arena. For 50+ euros for two people, I would have preferred to shat beforehand.

For a quick meal before your concert in the Ziggo Dome. If you don't feel like Febo, it may be an option. But it is not well organized, you come in and are given a seat, but they do not immediately give you a menu. They should better arrange orders via a QR app, then you have also received the payment, because you wait a long time for that. The food itself, clumsy little rectangular plates, barely fits some fries. Price ratio is on the wrong side, quantity does not match. Presumably something falls off the plate sometimes. Food comes from above, not very convenient. The wine glass was also dirty, the drink only came the second time when we had almost finished the food. That will depend on the crowds at that time. So patience is a virtue, but you will enter the Ziggo Dome on time, if you are there just before 6, enter the Ziggo Dome at a quarter to 7. Thanks to the event menu, the food is on the table quickly after you have ordered.

DO NOT DO IT! Not even worthy of 1 star, -10 stars is better! Never had such a bad meal for €24.50!!! Assembly line work for concertgoers, something easy to eat, that's why it still exists because it really doesn't deserve to exist!

Tijdens een event is er een beperkt menu. Een satestokje met wat kroepoek en 8 harde en koude frietjes en je bent 25 euro verder. Een blik in de keuken en je hebt ook geen honger meer. Wat een rotzooi. Het personeel heeft geen idee wat te doen. Dan kun je maar beter bij het Ziggodome een broodje gaan halen.

Food was way too expensive and quality is terrible.

Slechtste restaurant ooit. De Febo is nog beter dan dit. Schnitzel zo taai als schoenzool en hamburger is een of andere geperste troep. Echt nooit meer!!!

We thought we would have a nice and nice meal for an Ajax match. The food is really dramatic, I thought I would order a tasty beef burger, see the photo, this is what the burger looked like. We are honestly not whiners, but this was so dramatically bad that we want to save other people

Terrible. The food will be there in less than 5 minutes. I thought there wasn't much that could go wrong with fries... but they manage to make even the fries disgusting. Cheese on the burger is gross. Seems to come from a jar. In addition, the latte machiato tasted of nothing (hot water with a slightly bad coffee taste) and the mint from the mint tea was brownish. Never again! McDonald's even has 100x better quality.

This place should not be called a restaurant, but on 9-3-24 I had something to eat here, at least, it was really unpalatable....tasteless hamburgers and schnitzels that are more like the sole of a shoe than something to eat. Really very bad, the salad on your plate as a garnish is half brown and too disgusting, and that for € 20 per person. Never go in because this combination of food versus what you pay is just a scam..

Underground! Pure rip-off of Ziggo Dome or Arena visitors. The food was disgusting and incredibly overpriced! Ambiance of a train station hall. NEVER again - but apparently that's the concept! People come before their booked event and certainly not a second time!

Raw and cold burger served. 25mins wait for beer.

Just walk past this one. Trust me. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks that did not come. When the food arrived, the burger was ice cold. Ended up returning it and not eating anything in the end.

Food never came and only one of each item on the menu was available we waited over an hour for food and left the restaurant without eating. I Noticed people receiving food that they had not ordered and people sending back food that was undercooked.

We moesten de aandacht trekken van de ober om besteld te worden. Drank en eten werd geserveerd door obers die geen Nederlands konden praten. Op de kippenburger lag er volgens de kaart cheddar, in realiteit werd dit geserveerd zonder cheddar. Het eten was bovendien koud.

Never had to wait so long for a drink, only to be served red wine from a plastic cup. After an hour we finally got our food...

Had dinner before our concert. They were using a 'event menu'. Had very low expectations when we saw it. Because there was no drinks menu just the event menu which has 5 dishes, thats it. No entrees, no desserts or anything. You can pick between a normal burger, chicken burger, veggie burger, schnitzel and chicken sate. All come with a little salad, Fries and a tiny bit of mayo. All dishes are 20 euro's or above. So very expensive. The food was actually pretty good (i reccommend the veggie burger, i am not veggie just looked good 🤣) and came quickly, service was fine. I kinda reccomend. They obviously make dinners go faster because of the event, but it is way too expesive for what you get, and very little choice.

Have a bite to eat before the concert in the Ziggo ... Judging by the price, you expect a 5-star restaurant ... the first 1-star cafeteria you eat (and that is very likely in terms of price-quality ratio) even better). As far as I'm concerned, it will remain at '23'... never again in 2024.

We were happy that we could go for something to eat, but afterwards we were very disappointed. Cold food, had satay but it was really not tasty. We paid € 24 for it. What a downer and had to pay a lot of money for all of us. With the family Also bad burgers. They looked like Frisbees. Very unfortunate and such a waste of our money. Not yet worthy of 1 star.

Nooit meer. Zoveel wat hier vanavond fout is gegaan. 1. Je moest aan de kant voor personeel wat erdoor wilde?? 2. Drinken opnemen duurde lang en het brengen ervan nog langer (vieze cola en cola zero want kwam uit zo’n siroop aparaat zoals bij IKEA) 3. Ik vroeg waar het eten bleef…ik vroeg nog een keer.. en pas de 3e persoon wist ons te vertellen dat er 30 min geleden helemaal niks was besteld.. Toen was het er inneens in 5 min, ik had om extra ketchup gevraagd..de serveerster zei:” gaan we regelen” dit restaurant heedt geen ketchup….was ze even vergeten? Leuk dat we drankjes aangeboden kregen ter tegemoetkoming maar dan moest ik WEER op opnieuw vragen waar die drankjes bleven. Uiteindelijk zijn alle drankjes gelukkig van de rekening gehaald, NADAT ik ze er op wees dat we gratis drankjes zouden krijgen want dat was weer niet goed doorgekomen. Een en al drama. Personeel liep met slonzig haar en schoenen die op crocs leken, echt alles behalve profecioneel. Hadden beter naar de mac kunnen gaan. Oja kers op de taart: wij rekenden af en de bediening liep meteen weg, geen doei NIKS. Asociaal, slecht horeca personeel. Echt geen aanrader, ik heb ze veel kansen gegeven maar niet eens excuses aanbieden en doei zeggen HOUDOE, nooit meer 🥰👍

Eten is lauw, ik had de schnitzel, niet echt lekker, mijn man de beefburger, ook niet heel smakelijk. Als je hebt besteld heb je het eten binnen 5 minuten op tafel staan. Ligt waarschijnlijk allemaal klaar onder “warm” houd lampen, of au bain Marie Drinken komt later dan het eten. Zeker geen aanrader. Wel erg druk en gezellig, waarschijnlijk allemaal mensen zoals wij, die naar de ziggo dome gaan en geen idee hebben hoe het eten hier is. Maar het goede nieuws is, dat we er niet ziek van zijn geworden.

1 ster is te veel, een zeer uitgebreide kaart met 5 gerechten. Na het bestellen kwam de drank redelijk snel maar toen ik na bijna een uur vroeg of het nog lang ging duren voor dat het eten was het antwoord waarschijnlijk wel. Maar gelukkig mochten we als we niet langer wilde wachten wel weg en als tegemoetkoming hoefde we het bestelde en niet gekregen eten dan niet te betalen, daar ze voor de drank een ander systeem gebruiken moesten we dat wel afreken. Ik begrijp dat het moeilijk is om goed personeel te krijgen maar op deze manier kan je beter de deur gesloten houden. Kortom als je wil eten zou ik deze gelegenheid mijden,

We hebben met 4 personen gegeten bij Grand Cafe 3&20 voorafgaand aan een concert in de ZiggoDome Laat ik beginnen dat het diner, voor een evenementenmaaltijd, meer dan prima was. De uitdaging lag meer bij het bestellen van je maaltijd en een ober te vinden De bediening bestond in eerste instantie volgens mij uit 2 man waarvan, ik gok de eigenaar, drukker was met mensen naar binnen te halen dan de mensen die al binnen waren te bedienen. Meerdere tafeltjes om ons heen kwamen weer leeg doordat mensen boos wegliepen. Nu stortregende het buiten en vonden wij alles beter dan buiten rond te lopen, maar in een normale situatie was ik ook weggelopen. Nogmaals het eten was prima, maar de service niet

Hier gegeten voor een concert in ziggo dome. We zaten reeds toen ik zag hoe de tent aangeschreven stond en eerlijk was ik gelijk een beetje bang. We besloten het gewoon te proberen. Ik bestelde cola, die niet te drinken was. Een te zuinig afgesteld frisdrank automaat. Ik gaf deze terug aan de bediening en kreeg gelijk een nieuwe. Eten viel ook niet tegen. Ik had een cheeseburger met patat. Burger ietsje droog maar dat was dan ook het enige! Eten was niet goedkoop maar ligt ook aan de plek denk ik. Toch zeker niet verkeerd.

Lekker simpel menu'tje bij evenementen, snel klaar en een mooi speciaalbiertje. Goed patatje lekker burgertje.

Was matig. Wel duur voor wat je eigenlijk krijgt. Zakje patat en schnitzel voor 20 euro. Pas 1 uur na bestelling eten gekregen.

bediening was niet vriendelijk en we voelden ons niet welkom. eeuw aan de bar gestaan om te betalen maar we werden gewoon genegeerd.

Gister geweest, voor het concert van Dua Lipa! Heerlijk gegeten weer en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon top dus! Prima kaart voor evenementen. En de prijs is ook goed! Wij komen er áltijd, als we naar een concert gaan. Ons vaste plekkie en leuk dat ze Dua Lipa muziek draaide!

Meestal direct een plekje tenzij er in de buurt een concert is. Bestellen doe je online via een QR-code waarna je bestelling snel geserveerd wordt. Je hebt dan al betaald en bent vrij om te gaan. Als enige puntje van aandacht is de beperkte kaart.

Echt voetbal cafe tussen Arena en Ziggo in

I.v.m. evenement lekker druk. Goede snelle bediening en door iventmenu stond het eten snel op tafel. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet echt goed!!

I love their "oer pancake". I'll be back for more.

€20 for a cold burger. With below average fries. Staff was nice, but food not.

I thought they would be prepared for a Saturday night with a concert happening in AFAS live. Staff seems to just not care. They didn't come to our table very often and almost didn't even look at us. Food was kinda expensive for what they presented. I know is a Dutch thing to have croquettes on bread but this was weird to be sold as a "crab burguer". I'd prefer to eat the crab croquetten as a starter and have a hamburguer then.

Prima plek om voor of na de wedstrijd van Ajax wat te drinken.

Super goed geregeld tijdens hectische drukte, werd super geregeld door een vrolijke meneer. Krabburger viel iets tegen.

Redelijk goed eten, drukke concertdagen vermijden ivm beperkte menu

Er was een evenementen kaart wel snel bediend en het eten was gewoon echt wel lekker. De prijs was wel hoog maar goed dan moet je op een andere locatie gaan eten.

Ondanks de drukte door een Event in de Ziggo... snel, attent en goed bediend. Wat een heerlijke Kippedijen Saté (sappig en smaakvol) en Spareribs (niet droog, smaakvol en los op het bot) & ambachtelijke frieten. Verse groenten erbij en het zou helemaal af zijn 👍 Wij komen zeker terug!
