Paid 10 euros for the most pathetic and disgusting doner sandwich ever and the guy was grumpy

Took about 30min before the starter came. 5min after that the drink that was ordered before the food came.... and the hamburger I would have cooked better with a blindfold..... and those elegant dips that looked like they came from McDonalds, let's not even talk about .....

I ate the beefburger last Saturday. The burger was way too raw, but I was chatting pleasantly and didn't pay attention to it. A few hours later, I felt nauseous and threw up during the night. The next morning, I did it again and had zero energy throughout the day. I tried calling them on a number listed on the Villa ArenA website, but the phone is not being answered. Very poor service, because you would actually say that the 22.50 for the beefburger should be refunded. I was sick all Sunday.

Horrible! They quote a price of six euros, then they charge you a different price! It's robbery right in front of you! The guy steals without you even noticing.

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Waited for more than 2.5 hours for my food, only for it to arrive cold, soggy, and a solid block of mush. Completely inedible. Judging by other reviews, this is a reoccurring experience for others as well, clearly they don’t care about quality or customers. I would definitely not recommend to order from here.
