A package including a movie. Perfect timing with the cinema. The food was excellent and more than enough. Friendly staff.

Update August 2025: Still a great place for a drink at the bar with a snack or a delicious dinner! The staff remains friendly and attentive! Good job! The food here is truly good. Choose something you don't usually order everywhere, for example, and be surprised. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I like the atmosphere. The acoustics are good, as is the lighting, and it's not too hot or cold inside. They have tasty beers on tap and comfortable seating. Even when it's busy, it's not that noticeable, and you don't have to speak much louder, for example. Reservations are highly recommended. We love coming here and that's why we come regularly.

We had a lovely meal on the terrace. The satay was delicious again, and the service was excellent. We had indicated that we needed to leave before a certain time, and this was well taken into account. The train station and bus station are practically next to the cinema, and parking is inexpensive in Beverwijk. There's a large parking lot in front of the restaurant/cinema, where you can pay to park until 7:00 PM (and where the first hour is currently free), and a little further behind the cinema there's also plenty of free parking. A great location for a bite to eat, perhaps combined with a visit to the cinema.

We just ordered and picked up our food. The rolls are hard and chewy, and the pickle salad isn't good. The satay was colorless and tasteless, not good, and the satay was strange. It's a shame they took it over; it was just bad. Four customers down, I won't go back.

Called on Monday December 30 (by 2 independent guests) and asked if they were open on December 31 for takeaway. Both times the answer was affirmative. So on the 31st it was simply closed. Speaking of service. Being closed is a good right, but speaking to customers honestly is also worth something. This was really the last time for us.

Good morning, Had dinner with a friend last night. Both spareribs. In the past always delicious and a large comb on an elongated plate, now several small ribs on a round plate (difficult to cut) and almost no meat on them? Too bad, not used to you at all, normally the food is always delicious. Service excellent, atmosphere also good. In the end we had a pleasant evening, but I am used to better food.

What a shame that things are getting so bad here. Since the new staff, the heart has gone out and there is no more professionalism. The price-quality is poor as are the service and food. See the photo of the vegetables with the diamond hare. The asparagus looks like chives. The plate was full of meat juice and the meat was tough. Just an apology, no compensation. I wonder how long this will last here. It is becoming increasingly quiet in this restaurant. And unfortunately not the first time it was bad.

Ate the famous satay here. They are sturdy units, good tender pork tenderloin on a stick, grilled and served with peanut sauce, prawn crackers and adjar. Is it satay? No! Is it tasty? Sure! Also very nice staff.

Today I ordered 2 skewers of satay with wedges, bread, sauce and butter. The peanut sauce separates into a container with a raised base and is half filled, while the satay normally swims in the sauce and therefore stays warmer. Such a pity

Enjoy a delicious meal on site or get tasty takeaway menus or a drink before the movie in the cinema. Everything is possible. Nice cozy place to dine for a nice price.

Still a shame. We wanted to order and pick up a delicious satay. If you call after 7:45 PM, there will be no answer. After 10 minutes I called back. It is answered, but it says that the kitchen has just closed for takeaway. Please state on your website until when this is possible.

Even though we were there 2 hours before the start of the film, it took a while before the food was served, so we were not able to eat our main course in peace.

We hebben voorafgaand aan de film hier heerlijk gegeten. De bediening is snel en vriendelijk. Aanrader voor een avondje bioscoop.

Bediening was rommelig door gebrek aan leidinggevende. Vooraf aan de bar gezellig aan de bar met een leeg gelopen Bitter garnituur. En bij het hoofdgerecht extra friet besteld wat dus niet nodig was omdat er al gebakken aardappelpartjes bij zat. Het eten was verder uitstekend. Geen terugkoppeling van een leidinggevende over onze opmerkingen heel jammer.

Hier, voordat wij naar de bioscoop gingen, gegeten. De maaltijdsalade carpaccio, saté en sparribs waren prima in orde.

Meerdere malen sate gehaald maar blijft lekker. lekker met gebakken aardappelen, brood en kruiden boter. Salade geef ik altijd aan mijn vrouw. Tip: bestel 2 stokken want 3 is echt te veel.

Altijd lekker eten, heerlijk op het terras in de zon. Vriendelijk personeel, Top! 👍🏼komen er graag.

Hier kan je altijd heerlijk eten of borrelen voor of na de film of gewoon - zonder film Alles is altijd vers en het menu heeft ruim keuzes. Saté is altijd een aanrader, maar hier vind ik alles lekker. Leuk voor een date night of met vriendinnen avond.

Gezellige ambiance fijn personeel. Erg jammer dat de saté grote bonken vlees waren,waar niets te bespeuren was van grillheid. frietjes konden we tellen. Dus snel een bij bestelling daarvan bij gedaan. Nee.... Geen saté meer voor ons....

Erg druk, sparribs waren ietsje minder volgende keer saté bestellen. Prima en vriendelijke bediening.

Ten eerste is het er erg schoon wat fijn is. Mooie entourage. En dan het eten heerlijk,zeer vriendelijk personeel.
