Very good food, dogs were very welcome. The staff service was excellent, and they were very considerate of allergies. The price was good for the price.

The food is delicious every time. In summer, it's a busy place with ice cream lovers and a terrace.

The staff could be a bit more customer-focused, in my opinion. I've been there often, and it feels like I'm going through a standard process. A small example: I was asked if I wanted to take my plate (she couldn't reach me). I did. It was a fairly warm plate...she hadn't mentioned that.

We dropped in here without a reservation with 19 people. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to set up a table for all 19. We were impressed by the hospitality and the delicious ice cream!

De Biester in Holten What a wonderfully warm welcome! It was super cozy and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent, thanks in part to the waitresses who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Simply fantastic!

Today we had a wonderful meal with our family. We had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, meatball sandwich, and a delicious homemade tuna salad. And the staff were incredibly child-friendly. Highly recommended.

s’middags om 14.30 uur tafel gereserveerd voor 18.00 uur. Voorgerecht werd na aankonst redelijk snel geserveerd. Na 1 uur en 20 minuten nog steeds geen hoofdgerecht geserveerd ,kregen geen kans om te vragen waar ons eten bleef. Uiteindelijk toch nog een serveerster kunnen spreken met de mededeling dat het nog 10 minuten ging duren. Ondertussen zagen wij dat er meerdere klanten vertrokken vanwege de lange wachttijden. We zijn uiteindelijk ook maar opgestapt ons gezellig avondje uit eten was inmiddels wel verpest. Komen hier nooit meer terug.

Just a decent meal. Friendly staff, and what we really loved was that you could also enjoy a delicious ice cream from the on-site ice cream parlor.

Normally you can eat well here, but today they clearly couldn't handle the crowds. Several guests had to wait almost an hour for their food, and some simply walked out. That's just not right. People won't come back, even though they have delicious ice cream. It's a shame.

You can enjoy a delicious (gluten-free) meal at Brasserie De Biester for a reasonable price. The brasserie has an extensive menu with a variety of dishes and prices. I started with the tomato soup. It was tasty, but could have been a bit thicker. For the main course, I had the ribeye, which was wonderfully prepared and served with several side dishes. We finished the meal with ice cream. The food was good, but despite the empty restaurant, we had to wait a very long time.

We waited over two hours for our food. Customers who arrived an hour after us got their food even before us. The staff said, "Only 10 more minutes," which was said 30 minutes ago.

Personeel was vriendelijk. Het restaurant zat vol en door een aantal grotere groepen was het erg gehorig. Voorgerecht werd snel gebracht: helaas, de carpaccio was waterig en smakeloos en nog niet helemaal ontdooid. Daarna duurde het bijna een uur voor het hoofdgerecht kwam. Wij kozen voor de spies onwies: vlees was mals, maar helaas op een koud bord geserveerd dus snel koud. Jammer! Bijgerechten prima, maar al met al te duur voor wat je krijgt.

After a delicious lunch we decided to go back for dinner as well. And had ice cream twice. Cozy and friendly staff. They are sharp, so the glass is empty... if you want anything else. Definitely recommended.

I'm not really into eating ice cream. I stop here every now and then in the summer. Grandmother's batter (ice cream flavor) gets a 10 from me. The location is neat and tidy, the terrace is great and you can sit comfortably. The inside is neat, but it's not to my taste, but I think the snack of the day is a great meal...

As always, the food is delicious, the satay in a bowl is just as easy and the service is excellent, close to the station

Had lunch here after a funeral. A separate room was set aside for this purpose. Food was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. On the track at the station. Plenty of space to park.

Ridiculously, I wanted to have a bite to eat on my own. When I came in, I was told that I could either sit at a 5-person table or else I could sit at a 4-person table. I don't think that's how you treat customers and they make them happy at the other ones. restaurants have room even when they are full!

Best ice cream sundae ever! Very tasty ice cream, an incredible amount of whipped cream and quite a few pieces of fudge. I enjoyed it immensely. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon, few people, so cozy and quiet. Highly recommended, and also close to the station.

I expected more from the mixed grill. A few pieces on your plate. Served with fries and 2 types of vegetables. 4 were entitled to that and why doesn't everyone get what they are entitled to? You pay for it, you get fries and vegetables for at most 2. And my son had another comment. It doesn't seem like anything that waiting staff wear a body warmer and workers' trousers.

The meal was fine, but some of the same dishes are on the menu twice, one of which is €10 cheaper than the other, so we asked about the difference in price and we took 1x the more expensive one and 1x the cheaper one and we hardly saw any difference between 2 schnitzels, the difference wash 1 container of Brussels sprouts

We kwamen voor de lunch maar werden genegeerd. Nog wel aan de bediening gevraagd of we konden eten. Geïrriteerd werd gezegd dat ze er aan kwam. Uiteindelijk zijn we maar weggegaan. Echt niet gastvrij en zeer onvriendelijk.

Great place to have something to eat and drink and very tasty ice cream

Het lekkerste ijsvan de omgeving, heerlijke smaken, uit eigen keuken. Waaronder oma’s cakebeslag, die is super!! Lemon merengue is ook heerlijk, en zo nog vele anderen, aanrader als je in de buurt van Holten bent.

A great ice cream shop with good, large scoops for a normal price. I just didn't like the cone cake that much Legend: 1) Terrible! I don't recommend it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with that, but nothing special, nice for once. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! De lunch smaakte heerlijk maar het personeel is niet erg alert en niet erg vriendelijk. De kaart vergeten te brengen kan gebeuren, maar dan is het wel leuk als je na het brengen vlot de bestelling komt opnemen. Zeker als je bij de tafel naast ons komt, wel richting onze tafel kijkt maar niet echt naar ons kijkt terwijl wij je subtiel proberen te wenken. Verder: Vragen of we een nieuw drankje willen, maar niet het lege glas meenemen. En als je dan de bestelling komt brengen, een onvriendelijk gezicht. Net een beetje jammer.

Het ijs is echt heel lekker en er is ook ontzettend veel keuze. En echt hele lekkere en originele smaken!! Het softijs is ook flink groot als je een grote neemt.

Vanwege strak medicatie schema komen de eetmomenten vrij nauw. Ondanks Koningsdag en extra drukte wilde de keuken van De Biester mij volledig terwille zijn en niet alleen hun voornemen slaagde maar ook de uitvoering. Dankjulliewel. Toelichting gezondheidsproblematiek Vanwege een strak medicatie schema (iedere tweeënhalfuur) heb ik relatief beperkte tijd om te eten. Na het eten moet er minimaal een uur gewacht worden voordat ik opnieuw medicatie neem want anders gaan de werkzame stoffen met het eten richting het darmkanaal in plaats van dat het opgenomen wordt en op de juiste plek komt. Medicatietijden en eetmomenten komen dus heel precies.

Klein bolletje ijs voor €1,75 !!! Als je aangeeft dat deze wel heeeel klein is voor €1,75 geeft een relatief jonge knul aan dat dit komt omdat het ijs koud is !!!!! Kwam hier al jaren, maar sla deze voortaan over. Jammer

Short coffee stop on the terrace with a view of the motorcycles during the route on the way north. Due to lack of time, I was unable to have lunch, next time. Inside, we were visited by enthusiastic ladies behind a very nice ice cream counter and wonderfully clean sanitary facilities. Atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed!
