We had a wonderful meal here last month! The homemade iced tea is also delicious. The staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended, and we'd love to come back again!

Simple thai food with flyes landing on it. Bill over ecspected. Me and my wife went for dinner. 2 small persons eating. 1 glass of wine and 1 beer. 130€+. For asian food on a simple thai restaurant. I have been thinking a lot about this place after and wish that I never went. Bad Experience. 👎

A nice weekend Haarlem. We ended up at this restaurant, because we like Asian food. It was fantastic, and very friendly staff. Had a super nice evening.

Very good price-quality ratio. The staff is very friendly, helpful and above all hospitable. We had the papaya salad as a starter and a mix of starters. Both were delicious. Then we ordered a whole fish with green curry. That was really delicious! And for dessert you can't do anything else than have the mango sticky rice. What a treat to eat at Green Papaya.

A Thai restaurant with very tasty food, especially Khao Soi, which is rarely offered in Switzerland. What I particularly like is the taste – authentically Thai and not European-adapted. The taste exceeded my expectations and reminded me of Thailand as I know it. Despite the crowds on a Friday evening, the food came quickly. The service was friendly and accommodating. The prices are not too expensive and the portions are still large. I can highly recommend this restaurant and would love to come back!

The food is very much overpriced

The food is delicious! I've wanted this every day since we got here. The staff is also super friendly and there is a quiet, cozy atmosphere with not too loud music. Tasty freshly made drinks too. The only point for improvement is that dishes often did not arrive at the same time.

I can highly recommend this place. Good service, warm, welcoming environment. Friendly crew working here. Lot's of space between the tables. On a Saturday night, our food was ready pretty quickly, but we were never rushed. Not a super fancy place, but just what I like. It was empty when we arrived at 18:00, but that's early for dinner here. It was full when we left at 20:30. One word of advice, don't bump your head on the stairs if you use the restroom upstairs. You are going to bump your head, but remember I told you so.

Laab kai is definitely my favorite here (highly recommended if you dare to try Thai spicy 🌶️). I have never been to Thailand myself, but I understand that this is an original Thai dish. I love it! The staff are super friendly - I always feel very welcome. Also the reason why I eat here at least once every two weeks - either takeaway or eat on site. For me the tastiest Thai restaurant in Haarlem. PS: Sticky mango rice for dessert? Definitely do it. 🥭

Food is good, unfortunately it cannot be kept warm on a plate.

We have been coming there regularly and with satisfaction for quite some time, but there is a point. Namely, there are one or two peppers next to the dishes on the menu that indicate the degree of spiciness of the dish. But my experience is always variable. It may be that one pepper looks like no peppers at all and two, like last night, looks like five peppers. Really disproportionately hot! And I can really eat quite spicy food! I didn't make myself known yesterday either, but it cannot be the case that one time two peppers are in good proportion, the other time not spicy at all and another time so hot that you get the feeling that you have been tricked. . I don't think that's professional. It must be constant and clear to the customer.

Was okay. Wish the Thai milk tree was a bit sweeter. The mango sticky rice is quite good.

Was really very tasty and also a successful contrast to the apparently upscale gastronomy in the city center. Very nice staff. Gladly again! Vegan and vegetarian options.

Bei der Bestellung wurde uns gesagt, dass Hühnchen aus wäre. Mitten in der "Primetime". Wir haben dann Ente und Rind bestellt. Die Ente war leider die schlechteste Ente, die ich wohl jemals gegessen habe. War eher ein Entenhack. Das Rind mit Curry war leider ziemlich zäh und geschmacklich auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich aber es kommt ja in erster Linie auf das Essen an und das war leider gar nicht gut.

Kan beter , aardige mensen, kan beter , het eten heerlijk, de sfeer is beetje anders wat ik verwacht, het lijkt een family rustrant.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Frühlingsrollen waren optisch sehr ansprechend und schmeckten sehr frisch. Auch der Hauptgang (Ente, Hähnchen, Gemüse und Reis) war sehr lecker. Das Gemüse war frisch und knackig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

A must visit when in Haarlem. Been here a few times and never disappoints. All the dishes are just so good!

Fantastisch lekker gegeten! Al 3 jaar niet in Thailand geweest, één hap van zo'n heerlijk gerecht maakt dat weer helemaal goed. Vriendelijke mensen als gastvrouw en in de bediening. Snel de rest van de gerechten maar eens gaan proeven! Absoluut een aanrader dit!

Excellent food for a very reasonable price, not too spicy. The restaurant was quite full (we got the last available table) and noisy, making conversation a minor challenge. Still, all in all a very pleasant experience. The chocolate lava cake with icecream for dessert was magical!

Lekker authentiek thais eten. Beiden soup vooraf: de juiste pittigheid en op smaak. Hoofgerechten op kip- en rundvleesbasis, met gebakken noedels en met rijst. Partner zeer te spreken over de noedels. Juiste porties. Kleine keuze aan toetjes. Goede service. Zaak is binnen gewoon netjes, langwerpig van opzet.

Heerlijk eten en fantastisch eerlijke mensen. Mijn dochter had geld gekregen voor haar verjaardag en dat geld kon ze niet meer vinden toen ze thuis kwam. De buurman had het op straat gevonden en vroeg bij de Green Papaya of zij geld misten. Ook echt GOUD zo'n buurman. Enfin geld is terecht en reken maar dat mijn dochter dankbaar is. Nogmaals grote dank voor jullie hulp♥️

Goede plek, nog wel in de opstartfase. De (huis)wijn kan zeker beter.
