BEWARE!!!! Worst service ever, and they're liars. They can't coordinate dishes. As a result, the pasta arrives warm and the pizza cold. When you call, they promise to immediately put a new pizza in the oven and send it out. Then, 25 minutes later, the delivery driver arrives empty-handed, first picking up your cold pizza. Then, another 45 minutes later, they arrive with a supposedly new pizza. It was the same pizza, but now completely burnt around the edges and inedible.

One star is still too much; I could have thrown it away. It was dried out, the dough was dried out, the ground meat was unseasoned, there were no vegetables, no cheese, this shouldn't be called pizza!

Today I ordered a kapsalon that literally only had lettuce on it. No tomato, no cucumber, etc., even though that's the standard. I called about it, politely and calmly, but instead of resolving the issue or offering any compensation, I was simply told to "put it in the comments next time." Let me be clear: there will be no next time. When a business makes a mistake, it should be resolved immediately. That's basic customer service, and they clearly don't get it here. Because of this reaction, I decided to leave a bad review here so others know what to expect. Too bad, but this was definitely the last time for me.

Waited an hour and a half for a freezing cold kapsalon... never again! Ordering here is a waste of time... they use yesterday's doner and reheat it, yuck!

In one word, it's a disaster. I don't recommend it. I had chicken on a plate with fries. I think I had chicken yesterday because it was like tree petals. It was my first and last time. I don't recommend it to anyone. And of course, 18 euros for something that couldn't even be called chicken.

Quite a disgusting appearance at the entrance, there are always rude guys who work there as delivery people and are at the door themselves. I have often seen them swearing at and harassing people passing by. Bah will never order anything from here again 0 star for them!

Never had such a fresh kapsalon chicken doner before, they have delicious fresh iceberg lettuce and delicious sauces on top, top quality, perfect price and hygiene compensation, they also sell ayran and they are open until late! Been ordering here for a while, it was always okay, but the last time there were about 8 or 9 kind of dead fruit flies or something in my hair salon, I called and asked if I could exchange it or get my money back, then they got angry and said that I had put dead bugs in the food myself?!? Then they started threatening, because I ordered, they have my address, and said they will destroy my windows and so on. I never expected it to come to this, I will NEVER order from here again and will probably have to file a report.

1 star is too much for this grill room I ordered a shawarma dish, it is inedible!! There are vegetables in my shawarma without asking?? Why! That is not normal and certainly not if it is delivered unsolicited, it is scandalous and I will never order from them again

Always delicious food and super fast

Had a wonderful hair salon. Staff was a bit short but polite. Parking free and ample space. Case was clean and tidy.

My parents often order a shawarma sandwich here. This time I had to pick it up myself because it was busy and that didn't matter, it was already on its way anyway. The worst pizza of all time. I had already heard that their shawarma and kapsalon were not good, but I wanted to give them another chance with the pizzas. I should never have done that. People have already lied about the time of delivery, with the excuse that the store would be busy. But to end up with a pizza that you couldn't even finish for a bet was the worst of all. Unfortunately a very bad experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Bestel regelmatig bij bol bol. Levering is altijd snel en als er iets niet bij zit wordt dat altijd nadien nog gebracht. Wat ik wel jammer vind is dat ik vaak een opmerking bij de bestelling zit zoals saus apart. 2 uit 5 keer wordt dat gedaan maar laatste tijd lijkt het alsof het niet gelezen wordt waardoor ik veel saus op m’n kapsalon krijg en het daardoor half op eet omdat de friet in de knoflook saus zwemt. Jammer… want de keren dat het niet zo is is het altijd lekker eten.

Had een pizza shoarma besteld. De shoarma was echt lekker. Pizza stukjes waren van goede kwaliteit. Lekker snel bezorgd en mijn drinken was nog lekker koud. Top service

Ik haal al een aantal jaren kapsalon bij BolBol. Het was altijd perfect. Maar het laatste jaar lijkt de patat oud of teveel doorgebakken. Oranje van kleur en soms zelfs bruin. Dit is helaas niet één keer, maar meerdere keren gebeurd. Jammer.

Geen slechte ervaringen met deze zaak! Altijd lekker eten en top personeel ❤!

Je kan hier lekker even ontspannen en heerlijke klaarmaaltijden bestellen . Ook is het erg gezellig binnen en zijn de medewerkers heel aardig. Daarom is grillroom voor mij een aanrader .
