Extremely friendly and warm welcome and atmosphere, and wonderfully creative and talented chef! had a vegetarian reservation and was one of the best experiences in a long time. We look forward to the further development of this recommended restaurant!

In itself quite good in terms of food (although it is not enough food). Service is ok, but not outstanding... cheese was very good though. Actually just too expensive. Afterburner: H&M tableware for this price?

We had a delicious meal. The service was superb and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy. The small number of tables ensured plenty of personal attention. The wines paired perfectly with the dishes. Highly recommended.

Not very flexible, 1 guest does not eat fish, adjustment is not possible. The entire 4 course menu must be paid for.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is lovely, the restaurant is super cosy and nicely decorated. The waitress is always smiling and super nice. She explains everything very clearly, whether it's about food or wines. The food... OH MY GOD. It was suuuuuuper tasty. The flavors were very good and the dishes were cooked perfectly. All the wines we tried were very very nice. I could say a lot more of good things about this restaurant! We loved it. In short... We had a wonderful evening. Don't miss the experience if you are around! Congrats to the chef and the sommelier! ;)

We had the Easter menu and oysters as a starter. Everything perfect. First class service and quality. The wine pairing was excellent, especially the presentation. Very nice restaurant with few seats. Excellent price-performance ratio

Delicious.... Even though they were full, the owner is fully in control. The cook, a young guest in his late 20s, came to say hello. We were impressed that such a young boy can cook so fantastically. Did I mention that we had a delicious meal...? Worth repeating!

What an extraordinary experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was truly sublime; every bite was a flavor explosion that stimulated our senses and left us wanting more. The chef's creativity and dedication were clearly evident in every dish. But it wasn't just the food that impressed us; the hostess was nothing short of fantastic. Her friendliness, attention to detail and impeccable service made our evening complete. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone looking for a culinary experience. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful dishes with nice matching wines. 6 courses of both. Atmospheric, with excellent service! The chef was alone, as was the maître... since the place was full, it took a lot of work for both, but it was handled very well! Keep it up!!

Since we saw on Google that dogs were allowed, we made a reservation online (to be on the safe side, we also asked by email) Small but fine restaurant in the center. We received a very friendly welcome, the service was super attentive and friendly throughout the evening. We had the 6 course menu. Food was excellent. We ordered some caviar as an aperitif. Unfortunately, the label on the wine bottle (Chablis) could no longer be read. It was a great evening.

Had a great evening. We missed this in Zierikzee culinary dining. Warm welcome and a super friendly hostess. Nice explanation about the wines where bob glasses were also possible. We started with Delicious Oysters...tried 2 different flavors and both were delicious. And we took a 4 course menu which was enough in terms of quantity. And the flavors were surprising and varied.

Delicious wine, fantastic star-worthy food, top hostess. It is always enjoyable, both outside on the terrace with a glass of wine, and inside in the attractive restaurant. The place is great, you can't park in front of the door, but that's okay because a walk through the nice streets of Zierikzee is never a punishment.

Gris Sec heeft sinds kort een vermelding op de Michelin site. En niet voor niks: alles klopte. Een warme ontvangst, een prachtige inrichting en een gezellige sfeer. En nog belangrijker: fantastisch lekkere gangetjes begeleid door heerlijke wijnen. Hard werken voor de gastvrouw en de chef en het enthousiasme spat ervan af. Diep respect voor wat ze samen op die leeftijd op de kaart hebben gezet. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad en zijn qua smaken helemaal in de watten gelegd. Dankjewel!

Wat zijn wij enorm verrast door de gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en sfeer bij restaurant Gris Sec! Genoten van het drie-gangen diner met een fantastisch wijnarrangement. Uitgebreide uitleg bij ieder gerecht en ook van de bijbehorende wijn. We voelden ons welkom vanaf de eerste minuut totaan het laatse moment dat we onze jassen aangereikt kregen! Wauw, gastvriendelijkheid zoals het ooit bedoeld was! Wij komen graag terug! Bedankt Natalie en team!

Heerlijk gegeten in dit mooie restaurant, verscholen aan een klein pleintje! Bij binnenkomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en de dame van de bediening. Een gevoel van thuiskomen in het mooie en gezellige interieur. Het eten wat een genot om naar te kijken als een schilderijtje op je bord en met zorgvuldigheid en liefde bereid. Ook over de wijnen die zij als suggestie serveerde bij de gerechten wist zij vol passie te vertellen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Een aanrader! Wij hebben er heerlijk gegeten, verfijnde gerechten, heerlijke wijnen en een leuke plek. Een TOP restaurant!!!

We werden warm ontvangen en voelde ons zeer welkom. Je krijgt er een soort luxe huiskamer gevoel en voelt je gelijk thuis. De bediening is zeer vriendelijk en professioneel. Het eten was heerlijk, verfijnd en doordacht. De presentatie was erg mooi.

Een aanrader! Wij hebben deze middag erg genoten. Wij komen zeker terug. Super lieve gastvrouw, door mijn lactose en gluten intolerantie is het vaak moeilijk om te gaan eten. Dit was bij gris sec geen enkel probleem! Alles aangepast met volwaardige vervangers, dit steeg echt boven verwachting. Ze hebben oog voor detail, goede producten en lekkere wijn uiteraard! Verborgen pareltje!

Sehr gemütlich und sehr aufmerksame Bedienungen. Wein, Rosé ist sehr gut und auch die Bitterbalen top . Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Food and wine was superb. I had a Spanish red as aperitivo that was intense and flavorful. I chose the 3 courses menu: salmon tartare, mussels and white fish and rabarbaro tart (my description does not make justice) and I added some oysters. The all menu was an incredible surprise…everything was delicious and well served. I had a white wine that enhanced all the flavors. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was prepared, professional and very kind as well. I will for sure come back to Gris Sec again!!!! Totally WORTH IT!!!!

Het heeft een goede naam, goede wijnen, restaurant nog niet bezocht! Lijkt mij een aanrader, lokatie op een aantrekkelijke plaats.

Lekker!!! Mooie fijne afgewerkte borden en een breed palet aan smaken. Een echte streling voor de tong. Een verborgen juweel op een leuke locatie. Dit is zelfs een Michelinster waard. Voor een dikke steak of een grote pot mosselen met frieten en mayonaise moet je ergens anders zijn. :-)

Super ervaring! Het eten was lekker en top qua prijs kwaliteit. Veel keuze uit heerlijke wijntjes en goede bediening. Aan te raden!
