Haifa in Wijk 02

Such a shame... I was craving a delicious lamb shawarma, but I won't be ordering anything else from them anytime soon. I didn't get any salad, garlic sauce, or sambal, and the shawarma was hard and chewy and tasted really heavy. They were friendly, but they really need to pay attention to these kinds of mistakes; it's just unacceptable. Such a shame!

We got our food here today. Well, we certainly knew. It was incredibly delicious! The spare ribs were so incredibly good. The meat practically fell off the bone. The spare ribs came with fries, salad, and sauce. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was worth it. The food was prepared with love, and you can definitely taste it! Hats off... definitely recommended! I left the "atmosphere" section blank because it's takeout or delivery.

Crumbs shawarma not a decent piece of meat to be found in the containers and the garlic sauce is like water so thin and the sambal it has an orange color but it is not really sambal.

We went out for dinner tonight and it was very good and mom and dad and daughter were very nice people and very kind. It is really worth repeating.

Vreselijke plek. Onvriendelijk personeel, rommelig. Restaurant ziet er vies uit. Eten smaakloos en erg duur. Het is geld niet waard, zeker geen aanrader

Ordered Shaslick dish for 21.00 euros. Was an hour late. With Schaslick you would think meat, pepper and onion on a stick. So it wasn't. Limp, lukewarm fries and just not tasty. That was once but never again!

They're renovating. Hopefully, they'll reopen around April 10th. (I checked by phone.)

Ordered food but when we went to check because there was no contact, we saw that they were closed.

Too bad you have to give one star. Tried again and yet another drama. Called after 1.5 hours when it comes, you are told that they are still busy. And then you get it after 2 hours and then you miss your shawarma again, immediately called and still haven't seen anything after 1 hour. This was the last, a pity that the old owner is no longer there.

Photos probably say enough. Kindly called but what I claimed was not possible and was not theirs. Sent photos but still murdered innocence and did not want to help us with the food which is of course bizarre because we paid 30 euros for this, the silver was all over the food. Couldn't be theirs! Ridiculous service including hanging up the phone call. Check your food because this restaurant clearly doesn't care about your safety! My advice to check what kind of material they use was also not accepted. To avoid!!

Zeer slecht eten. Bediening vreselijk. Ziek geweest. Met 4 man een broodje gegeten 75, euro 2 man ziek daarna. Saus 1 bakje met 4 man en saus net water. Zo slechte zaak.

Echt heel maar dan ook echt slecht!!! Om 20:42 (zaterdag) een bestelling gedaan. Tijd van bevestiging bij het restaurant was 21:44. Om 22 uur gebeld excuses maar duurt nog 15 a 20 min. 22:25 kwam het pas incl de kleffe natte lauwe friet …. Bleh!

Imagine being drunk, your standards are low already for food and then you still feel like the food is not good enough. This place manages to do that :')

1st and the last time. Food arrived after the delivery person could not find the address, fries had become soggy but the first piece of lamb shawarma tasted great. Pita filled and after the first bite hard and chewy pieces, spit out and thought it must be a bad piece, another bite and the same, the last bite the same again. Called the restaurant and they would bring new food and the delivery person would check whether the food was good or not. Delivery guy comes and says you've eaten so you're not getting it, I show him the full container of shawarma and say I have to taste it, right? The rest is next to it. I was told “not my problem” and the delivery person left. Contacted again and the man told me that the delivery person would check the food, I tried to explain to him that he did not do this and what he said. Due to poor Dutch, this did not go through well and the gentleman started talking about how honest he is and that he has regular customers. I shouldn't order from him again. Once again I tried to make it clear that I am not saying that he is dishonest, but that the quality of the food is simply not okay. Given the previous review about the tough meat, I am not the only one... I have filed a complaint with home delivery, they no longer answer the phone and push me away. Outrageous customer service and unfriendly delivery person…

Ridiculous! 8.50 for a pita bread measuring 5 by 5 cm. Scandalous. I can't say more about it. Last time I order from here.

Waited 2.5 hours for food. Had to call twice to find out where it was. Waited on the phone for 5 minutes. Compensation or extra would have been appropriate upon delivery. Food was also very disappointing. Fries in the hair salon were clearly fried twice. Hard, brown and full of fat. Once but never again.

Zou de eigenaar van de spullen die op naam van Restaurant Haifa zich opstapelen in de hal van de Dr H Colijnlaan 339 (The Ruby) in Rijswijk zo vriendelijk willen zijn deze zsm op te halen/te verwijderen. De hal is geen opslagplaats, wellicht kunt u ze in het vervolg gewoon laten bezorgen op de Lindelaan! Hartelijk bedankt namens de medebewoners

1 star is already too much. Order placed and paid. An hour later you receive an email that the order cannot be delivered due to circumstances. You call the restaurant and they say it is too busy, we are not going that way. What kind of bad service is this. Once but never again!!!!!

Order never delivered. Called and was told a friend picked up the order. This is a scam... and will never order from here again.

Ordered food here last night and later in the evening and night I was throwing up and having diarrhea. Everything came out again and I still feel bad now. Clear symptoms of food poisoning. I called them today to warn them about other customers, but it wasn't because of their food, they said that's not possible and never had any complaints and blah blah. Then report this way

Ik heb hier een paar keer shoarma gegeten. Is meer dan goed. Broodje, shoarma vlees en sausjes zijn erg lekker. Aanrader!

De beste shoarma tent in de buurt, en de gezelligste bediening. Eten is altijd goed en je krijgt veel. De moeite waard!! Al zolang klant, en de kwaliteit is heel constant, net als de vriendelijkheid perfect!!

Een keer besteld (spareribs) en meteen gek op deze tent! Nu, 2 weken later, al 5 keer besteld bij Haifa. Grote porties en goede kwaliteit, vriendelijke bezorgers en netjes op tijd. De negatieve reviews kunnen genegeerd worden want ik ben een kritische iemand, maar dit eten is echt super!

Heerlijk eten altijd top kwaliteit en ik kan het weten want ik bestel er al jaren , dus de recencies die ik lees van Ronald van Dam en Milad Ameri klopt weinig tot niks van. overdrijven en liegen is ook een vak, heel kinderachtig dit. Vind het knap als je ruzie krijgt met de eigenaar zoals in sommige recensies te lezen is. Er is geen aardige man te vinden. Als je iets veranderd wilt hebben is het nooit geen probleem. Misschien komt het door hoe je zelf opsteld of gedraagt. Kom binnenkort weer ff lekker een schotel halen.

Beste shoarma ever!!!! Plus super vriendelijk personeel en altijd een lolly of een kleinigheidje voor mijn dochtertje, oftewel een top shoarma restaurant. Oh en prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend. Echt een aanrader!!!

Vreemde mensen heb een bestelling gedaan, maar de bezorger kwam 20 minuten te laat, dat had ik volgens dit bedrijf niet in de recensie moeten zetten, want ze belden met op dat ik voortaan dan maar dichterbij moest gaan bestellen. heel klantvriendelijk

Niks op aan te merken. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Altijd gezellig. Vers en goed eten. We kunnen niet wachten tot het restaurant weer open mag zodat we er weer gezellig kunnen eten. Gelukkig kunnen we nog van het lekkere eten genieten door af te halen of telefonisch te bestellen.

Het eten is altijd goed en de mensen die er werken zijn super vriendelijk. Ik zie net een paar minder vriendelijke reviews, waar ik echt helemaal niets van snap, maar die mensen hebben bijna geen reviews gegeven ook.... Dat zet je toch wel te denken. Geloof mij nou en bestel je eten hier. Nog liever ga langs als dat weer gaat en mag met Corona. Ik kom hier al jaren, ik ben geen eenmalige besteller of gast. Wil je lekker eten in Rijswijk dan zitten deze jongens zeker bij de top 3.

Totaal niet klant vriendelijk arrogant! Niet behulpzaam! Ik had Per ongeluk een verkeerde bestelling geplaatst, belde om het te wijzigen en uiteindelijk Heel arrogant als Antwoordt regel maar met thuis bezorgd we kunnen niks wijzigen. Totaal niet netjes! Terwijl we al jaren klant zijn!

de sparibs waren heel goed,de shorma is soms de ene keer beter gekruid dan de andere keer maar verder top! wij bestellen meestal bij halfa..

Vrijdag avond na voetbal met de jongens altijd even lekker eten. Lams shoarma is heerlijk! Eigenaar altijd vriendelijk.

Spareribs besteld. 13.50 plus verzendkosten maakt het 17 euro. Hier kreeg ik voor een zakje patat met een bakje knoflook saus en 2 mini ribjes spareribs net maar 4 botjes. Dit is het geld niet waard! Afzetterij!

Shaorma-zaak waar ik en mijn vrienden speciaal voor rijden. Kwaliteit van het eten is altijd goed. De lams-vlees is goed en het personeel is aardig. Wil je je saus bijvullen dan is dat geen probleem, zonder extra kosten.

Weer heerlijk gegeten, broodje shoarma met komkommer salade. Toppie

It may be acceptable to some to charge 8 euro for a jug of tap water, but I find it insulting and won’t be returning. The pizza is quite good but the mixed grill with “salad” was some overcooked meat with three pieces of limp rocket and a slice of orange. Very disappointing.
