The food is tasty but the children here are really not normal

Children aren't even allowed to eat here. And we didn't know until we ordered.

The order was very slow, the food took a very long time and the fries had way too much salt.

Very dirty, filthy place, stinks inside and everything is dirty wherever you look, the sandwich was completely soaked with sauce, after 1 bite the sandwich literally fell apart and the chicken was raw, this KFC should be closed as soon as possible.

It was a bit busy when we came in, but all guests were helped quite quickly, the manager often talked to guests about their experience, whether the food was tasty and what I saw were many happy faces. Our food was ready to take away within 4 minutes. Next time we will eat here, it seems like a nice atmosphere for a fast food chain

Nice restaurant, quite small, but the service is fast and friendly. It's a shame the chicken parlor is gone, but hopefully it will return. That cheese, cheese, cheese burger was delicious!

Went this afternoon. It was nice and reasonably quiet. Served by a very friendly and attentive assistant. The food was fresh and piping hot Fanta had a decent amount of essence so was nice and orangey Ice cream to follow soft and tasty. Overall experience was excellent and way better than KFC in the U.K.

The hygiene was poor, the staff were unfriendly and the quality of the food was substandard, with cold burgers and poorly cleaned chicken.

What a disgrace... with a family movie night coming up, my husband decided to get KFC because he knows my oldest and I love it so much. He was actually quite upset, as the order had gone wrong several times before. And sure enough, he came home with an incomplete order... a pair of fries, a box for the children's menu, and a toy were missing. We tried calling twice, but there was no answer. We ended up walking back together with the order. We were surprised that we wanted hot food, so we just ordered everything again (you don't pay €40 to eat cold food, of course). They politely asked, and I quote, "Do you need fresh drinks?" No, thanks! We left them at home. When the order was ready, the lady said, "You still need to check." Of course, another pair of fries was missing. She agreed with me and added another pair (which is what we had come back for, after all). They didn't even consider good faith... we came home missing the crispy tenders, this is just plain awful! Where's a good manager for this business??? This is unbearable. We definitely won't be coming here again!! We might as well throw our money up in the air.

Delicious fresh food, convenient location in the Bogaard, only a bit of a view. I really recommend the cheese burger. The restaurant was clean, the staff were nice, but there seemed to be very few people on the floor. The order was still ready within a few minutes. I'll definitely be back, thanks Karlos.

The food was fine, but service is nonexistent these days because you're "forced" to order from a vending machine if you pay with a debit card! The staff will simply only help you if you pay cash at the counter.

Apparently it is difficult to make an order with the things you ordered.

The food is okay, though on the expensive side. Unfortunately, chicken pieces like crispy tenders aren't based on weight, but on quantity. This is a shame because KFC is very inconsistent with the size of each piece, even though every piece is the same price. The restaurant itself is almost always empty; I feel like I'm 10% of all the customers this KFC gets each day. The milkshakes are highly recommended! I could get better quality from the nearby Ijzvogel, but overall, they're delicious.

Ate here today for lunch. The fries sauce I ordered with my meal was gone. I ordered a kids' meal, but no gift came with it, so I inquired. It was gone. Strange how these things can be gone in the afternoon on a weekday. We could have gotten ice cream instead, but my child didn't want that. They didn't order a kids' meal for nothing. The chicken was so greasy, it was terrible. I won't be coming back.

sometimes the company itself the people who work there also give free food to guests that is not normal if they want they give free food to holes and I worked at KFC Rijswijk Bogaard and I have seen everything they all also write and please do not work there you constantly get into arguments with your colleagues but not all the time you only get the Spanish man arguing that man believe me but if I still don't stay the other chance I rarely see with Spanish man just unfijgt one in 2 chances he that is what I say and then I can go to poilitsi but I have my 1 chance you say to there I don't want to come with it it is a man with a tattoo and curly hair

Scam. Here a burger costs 3.50 and in Spijkenisse it costs 1.50. Staff are playing in their noses

The food is good and everytime i order they give me warm food whereas other kfc i got to dont always give warm food. The staff is also very friendly and helpfull sadly everytime i order takeout they always forget to give me straws for my coconut milkshake and the fire sauce.

To avoid, the tenders were just chicken dipped in oil without breadcrumbs, too much salt, poorly dosed sauce and 20 minutes to get a menu...

Very, very bad. waited over 40 minutes for the food. When you finally get your food it is cold. Then you get food you didn't ask for and you miss things you did order. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Just worthless. Staff can't even count here. Then I help them with math, but they don't understand it yet. Even when I do the math on my phone, it shows, neither. We ordered KFC via Uber, it arrived super late and also cold! Very bad

Fries were just cold, and not as in cold or cooled, but as in not fried or fried too briefly and half frozen. Order for a Bucket and fries delayed by an hour... in short, the bad reviews are correct, it was my mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Everything was so dirty, even the toilet was not cleaned, there was vomit on the walls. Sandwich was rock hard as if it had been prepared a week in advance. They better close that store!

I ordered at 7 p.m. I never received the order the KFC never wanted to prepare it had to contact customer service that in the application it shows that it starts to prepare but in the end only at 9 p.m. (the time closing time) it shows me that it will be delivered at 11 p.m. we contacted again who sent a delivery man who canceled the order because the restaurant is closed on top of that I was not reimbursed all that because the gentlemen are too lazy to work as much not accept the order next time I will not eat again in a KFC in particular this one because they are not able to work

Today I had a hot wing with a spring in it... I almost choked and still have a stomach ache from it.

Review: Hot Wings with Feathers I decided to order some hot wings, but what I got was unbelievable. Not only were the wings covered in feathers, they appeared to have barely been properly cleaned. You expect the kitchen here to follow some basic rules, right? When I spoke to the manager about this issue, he hardly seemed interested. He calmly indicated that this was “normal” and claimed that the wings would be “edible” as they were. I thought I misheard, but no, according to him this was the standard. Feathers on your plate are really unacceptable, and although he indicated that I would get new wings, that offer was never fulfilled. Maybe they thought I would eat those feathers? Unfortunately, that really wasn't going to happen. Conclusion: a bizarre experience and absolutely not recommended. Photos do not show online that there were more

Delicious food and restaurant was clean, will definitely come again!

When we’re on vacation, we sometimes treat ourselves to fast food. It was quick, the food was warm and tasty. The table was also clean.

After tonight's order that went wrong, we were fortunate to be able to reach the restaurant. And good compensation was offered since no subsequent home delivery could take place. Think it's great customer service! Thank you very much for this compensation KFC.

Small KFC in center of Rijswijk. Super kind staff, completely clean restaurant, fast service. I really recommend them.

We arrived at 8:05 pm, paid at 8:15 pm, got told that we are not allowed to eat in the restaurant at 8:35 pm because they close at 9 pm, we got kicked out by 8:40 pm, got the incorrect order, fries were literally scuffed and then the Colonel burger wasn't even edible. I don't go to KFC often but every time I do my experience + the experience of my friends I bring with me are absolutely horrible. 1/5 do not recommend.

Had to wait 20mins on my order, only to get thrown out at 20:35 just because the manager felt like closing earlier than 9pm. They even strategically waited because our food wasn't even warm anymore. Fries were sloppy and raw. This place needs a new manager 😂

Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience at KFC Rijswijk today. After a very long wait for the food (no more 'fast' food) we finally got our food. Of the 4 hot wings I ordered, 2 wings had hair in them. After we told this at the counter, we received new wings, which again had even more hair in them. Furthermore, we received no compensation and the staff was very impersonal and I felt very invalidated. I ordered food today and saw three employees. One was using the phone, the second was staring at the wall and the third was cleaning. And so on for 15 minutes. The staff don't know what they're doing there

Avoid at all costs.. after eating here 2 small burgers,I got food poisoning,it was my first and last meal of the day,my stomach was immediately in pain. I ve been with diarrhea since and with terrible stomach pain,it's so bad I had to take days off from work.. Terrible,to pay for food and to end up sick. And the fried smell all over the place was also terrible,had to wash my jacket and everything after spending 15 minutes there. They have to close,kids also eat there. I will report this to the authorities so they can go inspect and hopefully close the poisoning place

This is now the 4th time that I order a double crunch with bacon and cheese without lettuce, and then find out at home that it is without bacon and with lettuce, this really has no chance.

Krap en klein, wering ruimte om je bestelling op te geven via de self help schermen. Ik stond bij de eerste aan in de weg, zodat ik overreden werd door een scootmobiel. Veel Polen die hun eigen lunch komen opeten. Daardoor geen fijne sfeer helaas. Toiletten waren wel erg schoon.

Not very clean, food is not tasty

vandaag afhaal besteld met order nummer P5241, had haast dus nam het gelijk mee maar tot mijn verrasing geen drinken gekregen,

Maïskolven zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Kwaliteit van kip is ook minder geworden. Soms krijg je niet wat je hebt besteld. Bezorger liet mijn drankjes vallen en ik weet niet vergoed ervoor.
