After not having eaten KFC for ages, I decided to give it another chance. I ordered the boneless chicken menu. Normally, this includes your chicken, corn on the cob, large fries (which certainly weren't large), and a drink. I ordered via Thuisbezorgd and it arrived after about 45 minutes, fine. When I opened the bag, I thought it looked very meager, and to my great surprise, the whole chicken (boneless chicken) was NOT in it... It would be nice if, at a chicken restaurant, you actually received your chicken when you ordered it. Thuisbezorgd says I have to take it to the branch. I have called 21 times in 3 days now. No answer. This is really unacceptable... Maybe the management team needs to take a look at what is going wrong. Aka, no food and therefore not getting my money back or anything like that? Isn't this just theft? By far the worst time I have ever ordered anything... never again!

The food is too salty and the service is the worst I know.

It was interesting to compare it to the Italian KFC. The sauce packaging is different here, and honestly, ours is better: they opened them with scissors because I wasn't able to open them 😁 No free refills on the drink. I hit that chandelier three times! 🤣

Consistency is what you expect from a KFC and they delivered

Yesterday, on August 27, we ordered Wings Wednesday. The food was okay, until the whole family suffered from diarrhea all day and night. We all ate the KFC wings and got sick. The food is prepared unhygienically and the oil they use to fry the chicken is too old. We definitely do not recommend ever eating here, as the food made us sick.

They don't speak a word of Dutch; if you ask something because something isn't right, they just stare at you blankly.

I often get home late from work. This KFC is nearby.😁 Yes, it's really good, but it comes with a hefty price tag. It's a bummer that the food is never really hot. Lukewarm chicken pieces are definitely not as tasty.

Catastrophic! The staff were unfriendly, only half my order arrived, and they didn't even give me a reusable glass despite having paid for it. They spoke to me in English, but we're in the Netherlands, I'm Belgian, I speak French, and I made the effort to speak Dutch, yet here they wouldn't even speak to me in Dutch. The staff practically threw my order on the counter. The tenders were extremely spicy, even though they're not supposed to be. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Went out to eat with my family today. I asked if they could warm up my baby's food, but they refused because their microwave was their personal use. As a result, my son refused to eat his vegetable puree; he didn't like it cold. Everywhere I go, they warm up his food without any problems. As a mother, I was very upset by this. Consequently, I had to settle for Yogolino and a bottle of formula for my son, while we still had a 1.5-hour drive home ahead of us. Our food was also substandard: cold fries, almost cold chicken, and dry. They also forgot to give us our bucket with our order... no more KFC for us for a while; we've had enough!!

Worthless medium milkshake in a small cup for €4.50. The staff thought this was perfectly normal.

Ordered and picked up food. There were three long women's hairs in my child's burger. I threw the burger away. Very disappointing for a burger menu costing 16 euros.

Ordered from home but waited a long time on location because it is chaos as always. I am sorry to say, but out of the 5 times I have been, I have never had a good experience. The people are super stressed and do not listen to what you say or ask. No idea if there is a manager or anything present. Tried to make it clear that I wanted the cold fries replaced with fresh ones, but it seemed like they were seeing water burning; I have decided to only go to McDonald's from now on, even if it means no chicken.

The kapsalon was small and not warm for €9.99.

Employees are very chaotic. Orders are often incomplete. Communication between employees is in a foreign language for the customer. Because of this, I do not know whether anything bad or good is being said about the customer.

I ordered a meal with a drink and was charged a €1 fee for a reusable cup. However, the staff served my drink in a standard paper cup instead. When I finished and asked for my €1 deposit back, the manager refused to refund it, claiming they "don’t know how they should give the money back." I’ve ordered under similar deposit systems at KFC in Amsterdam 1 week before, and they easily gave my money back without any issue. Instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to force me to take a reusable cup home, which I neither wanted nor needed. Charging a "deposit," serving disposable packaging, and then refusing a refund because of poor staff training is incredibly misleading and unprofessional. Watch your receipts!

Slow-working staff who clearly have no desire to work; they make this abundantly clear with their expressions towards you when you order or pick up your food at the counter. I waited 25 minutes for one burger and a milkshake that were ready the entire time. Normally, the service at KFC is okay, but this was just bad.

I always come to eat here. The environment here is very good. Their service is very good. These people deliver everything on time. The managers here are very good. They are very attentive. 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Consistently poor and chaotic experience. Order online for pick up and you have to push them to even start making the order, otherwise nothing happens. Tonight ordered at the kiosk, the place was empty and I got home to yet again find that items I’d paid for were missing. How difficult can it be? Food often tastes strange.

I am very disappointed. I never had the situation that restaurant promotes something new and it is not possible to buy…

Terribly long waits, no table service, served numbers are not removed from the screen, everything is announced only in English (saw that wasn't working for some), soggy fries. Salad served without vinaigrette, tender chicken pieces delicious, Zinger burger fine.

Finding the menu at the pole is a real hassle, had to get help, mayonnaise sachet won't open! Milkshake straw is too small!

Filthiest KFC branch! Closed twice last year due to mice and rats. Don't eat there, you have been warned.

I just saw an employee drop a burger on the floor and put it back on the tray. The general cleanliness of the restaurant is filthy, and employees seem reluctant to help you. I have also had better food quality at other KFCs.

Mice and rats run around everywhere here, very unhygienic and dirty. There is food lying everywhere for those mice and rats, truly disgusting, and if you say something about it, they don't understand you either. No English either. This is bizarre, I am never coming here again!! And then the *food* is unbearable, that's why almost everyone leaves the food untouched.

It takes a really long time before you get your food. Additionally, the waitress has never learned to lift her feet; she cross-country skis through the restaurant in her sneakers. We are still waiting for food, so I cannot give a review about that. Update 03-06-2026: the cross-country skiing lady hasn't noticed any consequences from this review; she still works there.

This is the second time we’ve found hair in our chicken wings. One of them even looked like it had been picked up off the floor… I absolutely do not recommend coming here… see photos. Where is the meat in this burger? 🤣🤣🤣 You are worse than back home in the Czech Republic. And we even had a huge scandal with rotten meat over there…. 🤣🤣🤣

KFC was the first branch in our neighborhood, the Old North of Rotterdam. It was great and affordable! Nowadays it's way too expensive, lower quality, and worse service. This applies to most branches!

Very clean and nice appearance. The food was very good, like at many branches.

Bad KFC restaurant. The food tasted good and was nice and hot, though. The service was terrible; we received our order and more than half of it was missing; no one at the counter speaks a word of Dutch and the staff make no effort to understand and help the customer. There were many dirty tables and dirty chairs, and not a cleaner to be seen anywhere.

I've been via the Drive Thru 20 times, and they have never packed my best-selling items properly and completely – they always forget something.

Order went through without receiving any receipt from the kiosk. I talked to the employee they said it’s okay but while getting my order same employee kept on saying show me ur receipt it was a rude and he kept on asking even tho I explained him that kiosk is out of receipt paper and I told him my order number and also the tables were overal dirty as well as the floor

I would like to file a complaint regarding my order at KFC. I clearly placed my order via the screen: hot wings and loaded fries WITHOUT bacon. This is also clearly stated on the receipt. However, I received my food with bacon on it. Because I was already on my way, I only noticed this later. This is very disappointing, especially since I explicitly ordered without bacon. Moreover, this is not the first time my order has been prepared incorrectly. I expect more care and attention for customer orders. I would like this to be taken seriously so that it does not happen again in the future.

The service is downright disastrous. They don't speak Dutch and touch the food with dirty hands. It makes you sick.

Only come here to gather for a motorcycle trip or as a pick-up point for work. Parking space is less available due to the electricity poles. Also, a wreck has been standing there for quite some time again, taking up the spot.

Received raw chicken and did not receive a refund afterwards either. I am going to discuss this with my lawyer; totally unacceptable.

We stopped here as a stopover on our way. What we wanted to order was: 4 crispy tenders, 2 small fries, and a boneless bucket. We were told that there were no small fries, only medium. Strange, but okay, go ahead then... After that, we were asked what we wanted with the boneless combo, but we only wanted the bucket and no drinks. Then we were told that you couldn't buy the boneless bucket separately without the combo and that it would then be the same as 10 crispy tenders. We thought that wasn't right, but anyway, we don't work at KFC, so it must be true. In the end, we received a bucket with 10 crispy tenders, and the medium fries were really such small bags with so little filling that it just looked like 2 small fries. (That is also what we initially wanted for fries, but when ordering, we were told they weren't available. In that case, I just expect to get 2 medium fries if I'm paying for it.) What we suspected turned out to be true: 10 crispy tenders are not the same as a boneless bucket, because we didn't get any filet bites with them. Apparently, those can be ordered separately, but we weren't offered or told that. Even though the staff clearly knew what we actually wanted to order. Not everyone knows the entire menu and how everything works at KFC. A little more thinking along or explaining/offering would have been appreciated. And then there is something else that isn't specific to this branch but to KFC in general: the sauce packets are truly terrible to open. The tear-off edge doesn't work at all, and even if it tears a little, you still can't get the sauce out. You basically just need scissors... All in all, it was not a good experience, mainly due to the lack of clarity and the lack of thinking along from the staff.

What a slow affair eating inside. Most of the staff probably skipped a friendliness course. Whereas other fast food chains bring your order to your table at a self-service counter, here it is an ever-growing gathering of customers between the self-service machines waiting for someone to blab out their order number. Two stars for the atmosphere for that one employee who was actually helpful and friendly.

That's really bad.. 6:00 PM and already no corn.. Dirty tables, very busy.... Nowhere a screen where you can see the numbers go by so you're standing on top of each other at the counter .. put some more staff on a Saturday!

I ate here on a Thursday evening with one other person. The food was fine, just like at KFC. However, the staff was not friendly, the bacon was sold out, and the toilets were filthy.

Ate at KFC today The food was really tasty, everything nice and hot and crispy. Service was also top-notch, friendly staff and served quickly. Definitely worth repeating! Especially on Wednesday, the staff were top-notch.

Greasy food that is actually inedible. Service is worthless. Been there a few times and always full trash cans.

When ordering at the kiosk, you are given the option of table service, but you cannot pick up a table number anywhere. When you then have to collect your order, your number is called out in English, grumpily and with a heavy Indian accent. If you don't respond immediately because you don't understand it right away, your number is called out louder and even more grumpily. The loaded fries are not loaded, the topping is meager, and when the packet of fries sauce won't open as well, that's it for me....

We had takeaway food and they forgot the dressing for the salad and we didn't get a fork, so we had to eat the salad without any dressing and by hand.🤨Also the burgers had little to none sauce and a tiny bit of cheese. That was a rip-off

Dirty tables even though the place was practically empty, clutter on the floor, and, most notably: no table service. Strange, because when you order at the kiosk, you can select table service. Choose a number and your order will be delivered. There were no numbered signs, so I chose number 15 myself and paid. "Please leave your receipt on the table," the screen displayed. X minutes later, I heard shouting at the counter: number one fife. It took me a while to realize what was happening, because I wasn't expecting to pick up my order, but because it was yelled repeatedly, it stood out. I definitely heard my number, walked to the counter in surprise, and there stood my order. She looked at me irritably, to which I replied that I had table service. She clearly didn't speak Dutch and snapped: "We don't do that," to which I replied that I could just click that option and therefore didn't expect to have to pick it up, which is why I didn't respond. She didn't even hear half of what I said; she snapped after it again, 'we don't do that here,' and had already turned around and walked right away, to which I replied that they should adjust their system then, but that interested her even less. All in all, a stupid experience and unfortunately not the first with a KFC. It seems that in all the KFC stores I've been to, there is only tough-guy staff walking around who are way too busy with each other acting nice, friendly, and tough, while the customer gets to watch the spectacle. Very peculiar; KFC is really going downhill!

Today I thought I'd get a nice takeaway menu and a cheeseburger here. Man, has the quality of KFC really gone downhill? It's inedible. I think the cheeseburger bun was already a few days old. I also had a 3-piece meal. This food was already cold when I got home 10 minutes later. 3 pieces of chicken? No, the box contained only 1 larger piece of chicken and 2 very small, skinny legs. And apparently, the nice fresh coleslaw is suddenly no longer an option either, so you can choose a nasty sweet corn on the cob as a substitute. Yuck. And then they dare to charge the exorbitant price of 15 euros. Never again, and for me, this is the last time. I won't let myself be ripped off again and will get some nice hot Chinese food next time!!

Unbelievable. You pass KFC Drive with a hangover, thinking you're getting something tasty. Nothing could be further from the truth. The chicken is disgusting, you know that beforehand. The food was okay. We had just returned from vacation, but it felt like we were still abroad. The staff speaks almost exclusively English, which can be very frustrating when trying to pronounce the numbers on your receipt. Furthermore, even though you're eating there, you have to wait at the counter. There are no signs so you can wait while seated. Because of this, some of my family was sitting and some were standing at the counter. Very annoying.

Unbelievably bad. The people who work here are still too stupid to give a damn. Years ago, there was already a drama with staff and orders. It's EVEN worse. They don't understand the difference between a chicken burger and a chicken leg. The staff doesn't speak a word of Dutch. NO English either. Apparently, it comes straight from Pakistan. So you don't get what you order. And it takes 5 minutes to explain it.

The staff was grumpy and curt, the floor and tables were filthy to look at, the wrong sauce was given, it was way too expensive for the amount of food you get, and we both had stomach problems afterward. Never going back!
