The restaurant has a sign saying "Syrian shawarma," but I don't recommend it. It's a lie. Shawarma doesn't insult Syrian shawarma. I'm giving you half a star because you're deceiving people with false claims.

Horrible staff €10 for a very thin kebab and three measly frozen fries, few sauces offered, no raw vegetables in the sandwich On top of that, they "kindly" offered to add cheese, we accepted, and when it came time to pay it was more expensive (€12.20 in total) Then they asked us to pay only in cash, we didn't have any, so after a few minutes they admitted we could pay by card Avoid at all costs

Very bad, and the shawarma marinade was awful. The worst shawarma I've ever had, and we had to return the Cap Salon. The chicken was either old or marinated for a long time. It only deserves one star because of the fries. In a busy, touristy area, the food should be better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our three-night stay in Amsterdam, this was definitely the best-tasting food we had—and everything tasted absolutely fresh! We ordered the chicken shashlik, and it was delicious and full of flavour. We wanted to sit outside, and the staff member went out of his way to create a space for us within minutes. Great and very fast service, which made the experience even better. Great view of the main street in Amsterdam! The only downside was that the toilet was not very clean. Overall, though, a really enjoyable meal with fresh, tasty food and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit! I would love to come an eat here again!

Terrible food. I ordered falafel. The toppings are unavailable and not even displayed. You don't know what ingredients they use, and the sanitation is terrible. The falafel tasted terrible, too. I had a hellish night. Absolutely avoid.

Best Halal Food in the city center, the food was good but a bit expensive, but still give 5 star.

Rude worker, simply just asked for a table and started mocking me. Bad first impression and then after we sat our selves down no one came to take our order. Place looked like it wasn't cleaned since it opened dirty and we left without getting served. Dont go here if you want a rude worker and wait for ages to get your order taken

Unfortunately, the chicken shawarma was all oil and smelly. It didn't suit me at all.

I ordered grilled lamb, which was phenomenal absolutely zero complaints. Chicken shawerma marinating spices are not syrian in anyway which i personally didnt prefer.

Halal food is a very good place to share a great moment with family or friends, you can also enjoy the place during your food.

The staff were great, the reception was good, and the location was strategic. The food was good compared to other restaurants. The price was somewhat reasonable, perhaps because the location is a bit high.

Don't eat here! They will put bread on your table and charge you €6 for it without your consent. There is also a table fee of €1.95, regardless of whether you sit alone or with up to three people.

Unfortunately, the experience was bad. We ordered Syrian shawarma, but we received Turkish shawarma labeled as Syrian, and the flavor had absolutely nothing to do with Syrian shawarma.

The shawarma doesn't taste good; it is not tasty and not prepared in the Syrian style. He said it was Syrian shawarma... but the shawarma is prepared in the Turkish style.

I have visited with my family.We had our dinner and very next day , all of us have stomach problem. It was a wrong decision to visit this restaurant.

THIS RESTAURANT IS A MESS; JUST BECAUSE OF NICE LOCATION THEY GET CUSTOMERS and says halal. We ordered chicken which was undercooked and got sick almost within an hour; we saw the reviews and saw they misbehave with customers while correcting them about their foods etc ; and if they really took their customers comments seriously, we won’t get that bad dish served to us… anyway, be careful while eating there , better to spend your money in nearby halal restaurants or eat vegetarian.

The staff’s behaviour was super inappropriate. Right after finishing my meal he came over and told me angrily twice “go if you’re done!”. I was about to drink my water. I will not be returning to this restaurant! The place was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The food was average but slightly undercooked.

Donnar kebab price 8.5, 10% chicken and remaining 90% salad. They don't even bothered to ask what i need to have in salad or souces inside kebab. Not professional, the behavior of the man at the counter was worst. If you are looking for dine in place they go somewhere else. Not recommended.

Avoid, very expensive and misleading with photos of fries and drinks menus but surprise in the end the drink is 3€ extra, not to mention the mediocre quality of the chicken and the super unpleasant gentleman

Location is top. Very strategic location. Big space for group and the service is quick and friendly. The food is okay but nothing special, but price is high, especially the drinks. However, it only deserve 1 star due to the dishonest and shameless owner. Firstly, he refused cash payment saying it's not possible for big amount. But agreed to card payment after a while. Yet, he added 10€ surcharge because of "big amount" order, and worse later he pressured me to give them another 15€ tips. I'd gladly tip them for the attentive and quick service, but the 10€ automatic surcharge is a robbery. Frankly, quite a shame for a Muslim to act like this, to rob from another Muslim. The price is already high in any case. I will definitely consider other options first If I'm coming with a big group. For those coming with big group can also consider other places if you don't want to be robbed by the overly greedy owner. May he repent or at least give to charity.

I’ve Döner/Kebab and it wasn’t good at all😶 deceptions

We were looking for a halal shop and came across this shop and this was absolutely amazing. The barbecue was juicy and the fries, also amazing. However I think they should make an indoor area to eat as there's lots of people outside smoking and the smell can make the food less enjoyable. Overall, brilliant 👏

I was looking for a halal breakfast, and I found this gem (Arabic). I asked him to provide me with an Arabic breakfast which cost me 12.75 Euro and black coffee which cost me Approx. 2.5. The breakfast was very healthy and delicious. The portion was good, and the service was also very good. They have many other options as well. They also provide English breakfast, Shawarma, etc.

I haven't tried the restaurant, but based on the comments and the caution, I'm not surprised, even if it's delicious.

I went to order the kofta. It had a nice taste and the treatment was amazing. One night at 7 o’clock there was a nice man who was a little bald. It was made like honey. I strongly advise you to try it. They will improve themselves every day🩷.

They say that it is Halah but it’s absolutely Haram and very disgusting food. The service was very bad in the restaurant, and the place is very dirty.

We went to the restaurant twice, once at night and it went well, then the next day there were other people serving us and we paid for the food, the attendant said that we didn't pay with the receipt saying "approved" be careful, the other 2 attendants were very friendly but this one wasn't friendly at all.

This Fleisch hat überhaupt nicht nach Fleisch geschmeckt und war trocken. They are in Amsterdam next to each other. The meat was completely tasteless, it didn't taste like real meat at all, and it was very dry and almost like wood. Very bad experience, I would never recommend it when visiting Amsterdam.

The meat is not cooked through and there is no sauce on the falafel wrap. The interior is a disaster. The ceiling comes down… etc. Employees are very unfriendly! And ask for a tip too! NOT RECOMMENDED!
