As soon as you walk in, you are practically warned. It doesn't feel inviting. But after having been to the neighbors and having a bad experience, I still popped in to grab a quick burger. Friendly staff, that's true But what a disgusting bun they serve there And for such a price Simply laughable Not even worth that one star!

I get my order today my burger looks like its fall somewhere also i find it dirty so sure its fall on the floor before they bring it to me.. i order spicy burger and i get something else and also they forget the mayonaise what i order with… its take 20 euro and i have to throw in the garbage… if i can gice the stars - i give -1 star

5 euro delivery fee and still had to wait for 1.5 hours. Portions and packaging aren’t it. Mid wings but they are crunchy. Overall nope 👎

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. I ate here once years ago in Rotterdam and had stomach problems even then, but thought it might be a coincidence. I recently gave it another try in Amsterdam and had the exact same reaction, and this time it was severe. Shortly after eating, I developed severe stomach pain and severe diarrhea. The symptoms were so severe that I couldn't eat anything for the entire day, simply because I had no appetite. This went far beyond just a "heavy stomach." What makes this especially concerning is that this has happened to me twice now, years apart. I normally have a strong stomach and rarely have problems with food, so this speaks volumes to me. After this experience, I will absolutely never order from here again. I hope the restaurant takes food quality and hygiene seriously, because no one should feel this way after a meal.

I haven't even had my food yet, and I'm writing this review. I've been waiting a LONG time for my food, and even though I've called the store twice, they keep repeating the same thing. Whatever you do, don't order from here and save your money and your stomach.

It says you open at 11:00, but that is simply not true. I am standing there and everything is still closed. After calling, I am told it will take another 20 minutes. Then don't put 11:00 as the opening time if you don't stick to it.

The only thing was that the food was prepared after ordering, was tasty, and hot. The restaurant, benches, and tables were dirty. So was the restroom, where you had to wash your hands after eating. Unfortunately, there was no soap dispenser or soap in the restroom either. The staff was particularly curt with children and visibly unwilling to answer their questions. It was noticeable that she was chewing gum conspicuously and audibly.

I waited a super long time for my delivery—two hours for cold, soggy, re-fried fries and a cheeseburger without cheese. Last time I ordered a Happy Meal there, and they just gave me fries and chicken nuggets mixed in a bag of fries. Absolutely worthless.

I had the beef burger and rosti chicken, they were delicious, and the staff were extremely hospitable.

It turned out there was a fly in the batter. Unfortunately. A day ruined by unhygienic practices. I don't see where I could post photos. Otherwise, you could have seen it yourselves.

I bought a chicken wrap and there was a dead fly in it, disgusting and unhygienic here and that's why this gets a 1 star here

I ordered food through Uber more than an hour and a half ago and still haven’t received anything — terrible.

Very bad. I didn't get my drink, kids' meal, or my mayonnaise. The woman at the counter looked suspiciously at the receipt. I only received one chicken burger, which I ordered as beef and a spicy chicken. When I went to the store, it didn't help either. The woman at the counter answered and said she would call back, but of course, she didn't.

The stars say it all. The saleswoman serves two dry meals without sauce, so I get up again and buy ketchup for 80 cents each.

We got the meatball burger menu with the kids, I definitely recommend the meat burger, also the fries were very crispy and hot, the atmosphere is very spacious and the staff is attentive and friendly. It is very suitable for a family meal, I recommend it.

I tried the new product, the bacon burger, on recommendation and it was delicious, the fries were hot and crispy, the staff was friendly and the service was fast, it has a halal certificate, you can eat it safely, I definitely recommend you try it. 10/10 👌

The food was truly fantastic. It was my first time; I'd never eaten here before... I heard they have several locations in the Netherlands, so I'll definitely be eating here again. No greetings, they are not friendly & not flexible. They don’t speak English and price is very high. €28 for two people. Food is okay. not enough.5-6 years old kids running in the kitchen 🙈

The quality of the food is fine, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, without any communication about the delay. In the end my food still wasn't ready, so I decided to ask for my money back. What also bothers me is that when their own chicken is gone, they use chicken from another (clearly lower quality) brand, without reporting this. I find this misleading and unprofessional. In addition, there is confusion about the prices: outside there is a sign with a smashburger menu for €10, inside it is suddenly charged €13.25, and on Thuisbezorgd it is €11.50 again. The bun or sauce is also different every time, as if no fixed recipe is followed. Finally, I would like to note that the ladies behind the counter seem unfriendly and the communication is very poor. All in all, unfortunately not a pleasant experience.

Waited two hours for the order and then forgot the fries from the menu. And the three extra paid fries sauces were delivered. Restaurant gives voicemail three times that nobody can be reached. Do not order from this junk place.

Loaded fries? More like leaded bullshit! Cheap cheese that isn't completely melted, bad fries and a little joppie sauce. And this for 10 euros... I can even make this for 5 I'm never coming here again!

Lady behind the cash register is distracted and does not take orders properly. Furthermore, a fast food restaurant that has run out of ketchup and mayonnaise? It smells terribly of grease and there is a lot of smoke. Extraction probably doesn't work. Food was tasty.

Became very expensive. Hotwings are sometimes super small and count as 1.

I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours and when I call they tell me it's on the way. They don't give me any other solution. Terrible service.

When I say it's the worst experience, it's really worse than bad. Let's start with the restaurant on the Uber Eats app. First, there is no tracker, so you really can't know where your order is. Second, if you call to ask about your order after they are late, of course, they hang up on you and neither the restaurant nor the delivery guy answer. I felt like I was scammed so I don't have to deal with this restaurant again. Their food is average anyway. Nothing special.Finally my food arrived after an hour of waiting.

Very rude staff in Noord. I asked for a happymeal box and she didn't want to give it. Then she raised her voice because I disagreed. The food was also not tasty. The fishburger was wet and without sauce.

I am writing this after 3 hours that ate a chicken burger. My stomach pain and nausea is becoming less but I had a very bad evening. Banned for me forever. If your stomach is made out of steel, then ok.

Dinner is 50 minutes later. Call customer service. Would you think they just woke up? Super disinterested and incomprehensible. Do not order here!

After a long day of work, I made sure to pre-order food and get it delivered on time. I ordered 3 hours before the delivery time, and once I get home, the delivery was already 45 mins later then the expected time. I got called 45 mins after the expected and delayed deliver time, that there is something wrong with the delivery and they have to re-do everything and it will take a long time. So now I am stuck with no food. This was my first time ordering from there and it will be also my last time.

1 comment: The people who work there really need to learn what providing customer service means. Girls aged 18/19 work there, as do Somali young people. I went yesterday (Thursday September 19, 2024) and there was a Somali lady behind the cash register. With all due respect to her, she speaks poor Dutch so I cannot understand her well. This means that you should actually put someone who can be clearly understood behind the cash register. I think this looks more professional. Another big problem is there were ladies working there who were literally arguing. In fact, at one point the manager became angry and confronted someone. This is really not possible and is very unprofessional. These ladies really need to be held accountable for this. After ordering and paying, you will receive a receipt with a number on it. As soon as your order is ready, the employees will call the number so that you can pick up your order. I got up to do this and the employee walked away. For example, she could say 'enjoy your meal' or 'please'. In short, employees must really learn how to provide professional and good service to customers. I hope that this will be heeded by the managers. I will definitely come back again to see if there is any progress or not.

Great Halal meal for a quick lunch day, the taste is great and a bit spicy. The people are kind and sweet to everyone. I recommend to all, also ask the management to take care more on the toys as they need more attention to their hygiene factor.

I recently dined at this amazing fried chicken restaurant, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside, while being tender and flavorful on the inside. The variety of seasoning options allowed me to customize my meal to perfection. The sides were equally delightful, with the coleslaw adding a refreshing balance to the richness of the chicken. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in their mouthwatering fried chicken!

The food is just okay but it really is that it is the only HFC in the area otherwise we wouldn't necessarily go there... Staff is nice but very unprofessional, Inside and in front of the door there are only young people hanging around who think they are in a community center. Blistering and shouting all kinds of things at each other and also communicating in the same way with the girls behind the cash register because apparently they all know each other. Besides the shouting, swear words are also constantly used by the girls behind the cash register, which is simply unacceptable. Managers or at least adult men are in the kitchen and they don't speak to anyone about this, which is completely strange... Too bad, I hope this will be changed and improved.

I don't know how this HFC still exists, but the staff behind the cash register is so strange and unprofessional, uninterested, behind the cash register on your phone. Was there with a friend, the employer was cursing and he helped one of us and he just kept complaining about having to deliver and that we were only allowed to eat on the terrace because he was alone. Unorganized, chaotic and unfriendly, this restaurant is not recommended at this location at all

The food was not tasty, we were given old chicken wings that were pink on the inside and I suddenly felt nauseous. And the staff was terribly bitter.

Ordered 2 menus via Ubereats. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to ask how my food was and a rude cancer dog came on the line. He shamelessly said that the delivery person would be leaving in a few minutes. After waiting 1.5 hours for cancer, I received a cancer-dead menu and in the end they forgot another drink that I had ordered. After waiting 1.5 hours you would think that they can still do that well, but they are stupid as hell.

Very bad service and the employee talks inappropriately as if she is the one who paid for it and says 20 minutes and then the food comes after 40 minutes and the chicken is full of hydrogenated oil that needs to be filtered perfectly. I don't recommend anyone to eat there, especially people with children, special cases or elderly people. A restaurant that isn't even worthy. 1 star

Staff with airpods in their ears so they can't understand you, she didn't even bother to take your order. There was no greeting from me. Friendliness is hard to find. The burgers were super dry and super thin meat. Fries were fried in dirty oil that consisted of all small pointed pieces. Chicken pieces were not fresh. the mix was good.
