Very rude staff in Noord. I asked for a happymeal box and she didn't want to give it. Then she raised her voice because I disagreed. The food was also not tasty. The fishburger was wet and without sauce.

Super tasty, well baked and customer friendly

I am writing this after 3 hours that ate a chicken burger. My stomach pain and nausea is becoming less but I had a very bad evening. Banned for me forever. If your stomach is made out of steel, then ok.

Dinner is 50 minutes later. Call customer service. Would you think they just woke up? Super disinterested and incomprehensible. Do not order here!

After a long day of work, I made sure to pre-order food and get it delivered on time. I ordered 3 hours before the delivery time, and once I get home, the delivery was already 45 mins later then the expected time. I got called 45 mins after the expected and delayed deliver time, that there is something wrong with the delivery and they have to re-do everything and it will take a long time. So now I am stuck with no food. This was my first time ordering from there and it will be also my last time.

1 comment: The people who work there really need to learn what providing customer service means. Girls aged 18/19 work there, as do Somali young people. I went yesterday (Thursday September 19, 2024) and there was a Somali lady behind the cash register. With all due respect to her, she speaks poor Dutch so I cannot understand her well. This means that you should actually put someone who can be clearly understood behind the cash register. I think this looks more professional. Another big problem is there were ladies working there who were literally arguing. In fact, at one point the manager became angry and confronted someone. This is really not possible and is very unprofessional. These ladies really need to be held accountable for this. After ordering and paying, you will receive a receipt with a number on it. As soon as your order is ready, the employees will call the number so that you can pick up your order. I got up to do this and the employee walked away. For example, she could say 'enjoy your meal' or 'please'. In short, employees must really learn how to provide professional and good service to customers. I hope that this will be heeded by the managers. I will definitely come back again to see if there is any progress or not.

Great Halal meal for a quick lunch day, the taste is great and a bit spicy. The people are kind and sweet to everyone. I recommend to all, also ask the management to take care more on the toys as they need more attention to their hygiene factor.

Benin is very dirty and seems never cleaned. Staff only working on mobile internet. Shame.

The tables were very dirty, they didn't clean up, the girl behind the counter didn't clean up anything, when other people got up without cleaning up they didn't say anything, but with young people they did. Not recommended and those hot wings were very small

The food is just okay but it really is that it is the only HFC in the area otherwise we wouldn't necessarily go there... Staff is nice but very unprofessional, Inside and in front of the door there are only young people hanging around who think they are in a community center. Blistering and shouting all kinds of things at each other and also communicating in the same way with the girls behind the cash register because apparently they all know each other. Besides the shouting, swear words are also constantly used by the girls behind the cash register, which is simply unacceptable. Managers or at least adult men are in the kitchen and they don't speak to anyone about this, which is completely strange... Too bad, I hope this will be changed and improved.

I recently dined at this amazing fried chicken restaurant, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside, while being tender and flavorful on the inside. The variety of seasoning options allowed me to customize my meal to perfection. The sides were equally delightful, with the coleslaw adding a refreshing balance to the richness of the chicken. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in their mouthwatering fried chicken!

I don't know how this HFC still exists, but the staff behind the cash register is so strange and unprofessional, uninterested, behind the cash register on your phone. I can only imagine that it must be a family business, and that random people hired them, or that they are the "manager" themselves, so they think they can act this way without consequences. And apart from that, no one expects super quality from fast food, but honestly cannot eat it, fries as if they have already been refried 3 times, chicken "okay", chicken nuggets also as if they have already been refried 3 times. You really won't come back for this.

Staff very very rude. While ordering, the lady just looks the other way and as if she is doing it reluctantly. If you ask something you get a rude/curt answer. Fries hard and tasteless. Music is very loud.

4.80 for 5 pieces of fries and 2 chicken drumsticks that are smaller than my thumb is really crazy, don't be lazy and make a new portion instead of giving leftover cold food to people, don't be ashamed.. take the example of HFC in the West. Not stingy and it's always fresh there💯

Was there with a friend, the employer was cursing and he helped one of us and he just kept complaining about having to deliver and that we were only allowed to eat on the terrace because he was alone. Unorganized, chaotic and unfriendly, this restaurant is not recommended at this location at all

The food was not tasty, we were given old chicken wings that were pink on the inside and I suddenly felt nauseous. And the staff was terribly bitter.

Today we went to HFC around 5:00 PM and ordered a spicy chicken menu, cheese menu and a tenders menu. Everything was fine and the food was delicious. We will definitely come again.

Ordered 2 menus via Ubereats. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to ask how my food was and a rude cancer dog came on the line. He shamelessly said that the delivery person would be leaving in a few minutes. After waiting 1.5 hours for cancer, I received a cancer-dead menu and in the end they forgot another drink that I had ordered. After waiting 1.5 hours you would think that they can still do that well, but they are stupid as hell.

Very bad service and the employee talks inappropriately as if she is the one who paid for it and says 20 minutes and then the food comes after 40 minutes and the chicken is full of hydrogenated oil that needs to be filtered perfectly. I don't recommend anyone to eat there, especially people with children, special cases or elderly people. A restaurant that isn't even worthy. 1 star

Staff with airpods in their ears so they can't understand you, she didn't even bother to take your order. There was no greeting from me. Friendliness is hard to find. Restaurant is dirty, no hygiene, furniture is broken, I leaned back and I fell backwards, the walls were completely smeared. No atmosphere in the restaurant, dead silence. The burgers were super dry and super thin meat. Fries were fried in dirty oil that consisted of all small pointed pieces. Chicken pieces were not fresh. the mix was good. You're better off eating a cheese sandwich at home!!

The fries were cold, wet with oil, tasteless, limp & stuck together. The chicken wrap was way too salty, the chicken was pink on the inside in some pieces & there was way too much sauce in the wrap. I was really shocked & really regretted it. I threw the food away. After 2 hours I'm still hungry and wasted my money. PLEASE LEARN FROM THIS!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE AMATEURS! THE SERVICE IS WORSE THAN BAD AND THE FOOD IS SCARY. STAFF ALSO LIE ABOUT THE DELIVERY AND CANNOT TALK DUTCH PROPERLY! Net gebeld of ik telefonisch m’n bestelling door kan geven en dat ik het kom halen. Zegt ze: Nee het is echt heel druk… euhm….. ok….. ik eet wel ergens anders. Dag dag

Goed makkelijk bereikbaar. Prettig dat er halal voedsel in de buurt te halen is als snelle hap. Maar meestal gebruikt men te veel zout of kruiden waardoor je maagzuur krijgt.

3 Sterne weil die Hot Wings gut waren und die Pommes waren außen knusprig gut. Die Bedienung war leider nicht so höflich deswegen 2 Sterne Abzug. Abgesehen davon gab es leider keine Soßen für die Pommes dazu. Die Bedienung hatte wohl kein Bock und hat uns fast mit ihrer schlechten Laune angesteckt.

Slechte sfeer twee marokkaanse jonge dames die over je als gast roddelen en blikken naar jou en dan weer aan elkaar geven. Onprettig de sfeer.

Ik heb voor me kinderen op een avond besteld. Heerlijk eten en ook veel opties. Fijn om eindelijk een halal restaurant te vinden met meerdere opties, zou het wel aanraden om een menu te bestellen. Zou het wat fijner vinden als het eten wat warmer aankwam (maar het is wel een verre afstand).

Dit was de eerste en waarschijnlijk ook mijn laatste keer dat ik heb besteld bij de hfc. De bezorging duurde veel te lang, 45 minuten. Ik had honger man. Toen het er eenmaal was, vond ik de friet er heel zielig uitzien. De burger was prima. Ik vraag mij wel af wat jullie geheime ingrediënt is in dit eten, want het heeft een heftig effect gehad op mijn darmen.

We ordered from Uber eats and our order was “being prepared” for an hour, so we called and the jerk on the phone said it was leaving at that moment and we could expect it in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later the food still had not arrived, we called again and a little witch on the phone said they were busy and preparing it now, “she couldn’t just magically deliver it to us”. Wow what rude people! I can imagine a chicken shop is the only place that would take such terrible workers. I can definitely say we will never order here again.

Na het bestellen van mijn eten en het mee te nemen naar huis, kom ik er achter dat een deel van mijn bestelling mist. Na telefonisch contact op te nemen, krijg ik te horen dat ik mijn geld voor de missende producten terug kan krijgen. Hiervoor moest ik mijn telefoon nummer achterlaten en zou er verder contact met mij opgenomen worden. Hier is helemaal niks van gekomen. Kort samengevat ik ben bestolen.

Bij het bestellen van een cheeseburger menu en 6 hotwings had de dame achter de kassa niet echt veel zin om te werken, totaal geen respect en waardering naar de klant toe. Dit is voor mij de eerste en laatste keer dat ik hier eet en wat betreft het eten is ook niet zo geweldig.
