Zofusion in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

It seemed like so much fun but it was a total disappointment. I.v.m. double event, Ajax and André, there was a limited menu. Was not indicated in advance. Had to wait a very long time before someone came to record something. Then a very long wait for the drinks to arrive. I ordered a Chouffe and it came in a 0.5 Ltr glass. Bad. Later I was also shocked by the price, €11, bizarre. Then the food came. First of all, lukewarm warmed fries, followed by the Zofusion burger. For €26.50 you would expect something, but it was a simple hamburger/chicken sandwich with a plate full of vegetable chips. The grumpy staff didn't make things much better. Overall a bad experience. Too bad because it seemed so much fun. Tip: don't go there if there are events.

Great restaurant, unfortunately it was very quiet today so the staff was standing around with their mobile phone in their hand doing nothing. The kitchen has prepared delicious dishes. Value for the money

Just had a drink. It's funny that the microwave is visibly used a lot in the kitchen. Furthermore, the atmosphere is good.

Visited this restaurant yesterday but it was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Due to an event, a modified map was available. This was not indicated when making the reservation, which I thought was appropriate. When we asked if dishes from the regular menu could be ordered, this was answered in such a tone that it immediately took away the appetite. The atmosphere among the staff gave little confidence, so we decided to only order a main course. On the plus side, the food was served at the same time, but that was where the good news ended. The butter chicken was lukewarm, and the chicken burger was not served with the garnishes as described on the menu. The amount of vegetable chips, which seemed generous in other reviews and photos, was particularly meager for us. In addition, the prices on the event menu were higher than on the regular menu. You pay around €23 for a plain burger with minimal garnish, which is completely out of proportion to the quality and quantity. In short: a disappointing experience and in my opinion absolutely not recommended.

Dinner with colleagues after a day at work, we had dinner here without a reservation on a Thursday. I ate an excellent Poke and we drank a superb Italian red wine, I seem to remember a primitivo. Paid the right amount.

We had a great time here. Staff was very nice and friendly in front of restaurants in my country (Czech Republic). Everything what we have ordered was fresh and super! We will come back again to enjoy this once again.

Honestly, i don't even think it's the personnel's fault, it was lunch time and they were 2 people. 1 cook and 1 waiter. Food was overall good, they didn't really follow the requests for the Bowl, they just respected the meat choice and then just winged it with the rest. We also waited 1h for the food and we were the only customers inside. Also, the waiter could've had a better approach honestly. Overall a fine place to dine, but wouldn't go back.

We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our food without being notified in advance. We had made a reservation but this was not taken into account. We had a simple order. There was also a different menu. We missed Pink's pre-program because of this.

We were there with friends to have a couple of drinks after work. It was my first visit and honestly it was on the other side of the station I do not use thus I didn't know the place before. We tried their cocktails and mocktails. Absolutely recommended. Next time I will try their soul food options. They looked and smelled yummy.🤞

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The wait time for our order was incredibly long, and after waiting for over 45 minutes without being served, we decided to leave without even getting our food. We ordered two drinks that were outrageously overpriced, and to top it off, the service was awful. The waitstaff had a poor attitude throughout. Adding to the unpleasantness, the staff’s station was right next to us, and they were piling dirty dishes directly on the street outside, where they remained for the entire 90 minutes we were there. I do not recommend this place at all.

The place is nice and serves lovely food. The staff is very friendly and works hard. We were here before a concert in the Arena and that is why the place was packed and unfortunately the kitchen/staff could not cope with it and that is why we had to wait near 1,5 hours for our food. So that is why the low score, but I am sure when it is not busy it is well worth a visit as the food is good.

Went in for dinner with colleagues after work, coincidentally on the day when the national team was playing in the euro cup. The place was very busy, but they found a table for us. Service was good, they delivered our food in a timely fashion and it was tasty. The atmosphere -thanks to the football game that was screened- was quite lively. Prices were moderate. Will return.

Cold tasteless food that we had to wait an extremely long time for

Voor het concert wilden we nog wat eten!! Het was druk........ na een half uur aan tafeltje nog geen ober gezien... zelf maar bij de bar ons drinken en eten besteld.. simpel eten!! duurde nog 20min voordat we ons drinken kregen, en nog eens 5 kwartier voordat ons eten kwam!! We hebben er ruim 2uur gewacht en daarna ook nog een kwartier in de rij gestaan om überhaupt te kunnen betalen!!! Weinig personeel snap ik maar gebruik dan niet je hele oppervlakte restaurant als je dat niet aankan!!

Het eten was prima. Erg lang wachten voordat we werden geholpen. De man achter de bar, manager of eigenaar, Was niet heel vriendelijk tegen het personeel en schreeuwde door de zaak heen. Klanten keken daar zichtbaar van op. Heel erg onprettig en zeer onprofessioneel. Ze waren totaal niet goed voorbereid op publiek van een concert in de Arena én de halve finale EK. Ik zou er niet zo snel nog een keer heengaan.

Bij een event moet je hier niet zijn! Een uur en een kwartier op ons eten moeten wachten. Al eerder geklaagd maar het mocht niet baten. Totale chaos in de zaak. Wisten niet waar bestellingen heen moesten. Drinken duurde ook drie kwartier. Man achter de bar weet totaal niet wat ie aan het doen is. Wijn ging in bierglazen omdat het glaswerk op was. Man achter bar reageert erg geïrriteerd als je aangeeft dat het niet bevalt. Als je aangeeft dat je weggaat omdat je het wachten beu bent wordt er niet goed op gereageerd. Slechte zaak! Kom er niet als je wilt eten. Burger King is heel veel sneller!

The food was fine. We had to wait a very long time before we were helped. The man behind the bar, manager or owner, was not very friendly to the staff and shouted throughout the shop. Customers were visibly surprised by this. Very unpleasant and very unprofessional. They were not well prepared at all for an audience at a concert in the Arena and the European Championship semi-finals. I wouldn't go there again anytime soon.

Went there for dinner two times and both had excellent food and service. The staff was very friendly and caring. The food was the best my family had during our stay! Definitely recommend!

We had a very tasty meal, we had dinner with a large group, but despite this we were served well and the food arrived quickly.

The food was excellent but the service was sub par. It seemed like the server didn't know what he was doing. Communication (English) was also made difficult by language barrier. If you can look past that, you will have a good time there.

Had dinner here on a busy Saturday. The menu had been adjusted due to the crowds and therefore a more limited choice. The table next to us could have chosen from a more extensive menu, but this was not possible for us if requested. The food served was quite okay, but the service still has some progress to make in terms of customer focus, cordiality and hospitality. Taking an order when the table is not complete (there were two of us), a basket of bread took 10 minutes and our drinks only 1 minute less. It doesn't take much to make the experience much better, let's hope that the learning curve will increase.

Dined on an evening when there were 3 events. So it was busy, as an entrepreneur you know in advance. Special events menu, fine. After half an hour and a lame arm from waving at a waiter, we ordered drinks and food. The food came quite quickly and was okay, but the drinks took forever. I just went inside to pay. The manager/manager had no control at all and was shouting at his colleagues and guests. It was total chaos, there were buckets of soapy water (?) in the middle of the restaurant the floor, trays full of drinks that were not taken away. I've never seen anything like it, incredibly bad and worthless place. Do not go there

Nice restaurant with a special menu, lots of different dishes. From sushi to burgers. They have a large terrace, so when the weather is good, perfect for eating and enjoying the sun. Prices are on the high side, but the food is tasty. Our waiter still needed some experience, but it was clear he was in training. All in all a nice experience

Ate here with the two of us, ordered a kriek beer but got Liefmans without ice. Music is very loud, rapper Boef is not really restaurant music. A lot of money for a mediocre piece of meat. 1 man with airpods who was ordering everyone around. In short, poor price-quality ratio.

Vegetarian dishes were not great. You pay the same but you get less. Small portion with few vegetables and no extras such as nuts or vegetarian replacement.

I ordered a sushi roll and asked the waiter several times if it didn't contain raw fish. I was told that it said the salmon was smoked. Needless to say, of course the salmon was raw…

Today after the movie we had dinner at ZoFusion. must say food is delicious and service is great. Was helped quickly by friendly staff. Nice experience, will definitely visit again.

We first had to wait half an hour for our drinks to arrive and we had to wait 2 hours for our food, with 2 people in our group not receiving their food because what they had ordered had run out.

The experience at ZO Fusion was nothing short of terrible. Yesterday we called to correct our reservation because it was actually booked for Saturday instead of Sunday. My friend called to correct this, but she indicated to us that her name was not even asked, so it was not clear whether it had been moved or not. I then decided to call again and explain the situation. Well, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone responded with a heavy attitude: 'What's the problem?' I then indicated that he had to adjust his tone, because I was only asking whether it was now correct in the system. He responded again with an attitude: 'Now you're acting as if I'm not doing my job properly. I don't just confirm that I have changed something.' Apparently he felt very attacked, so he put words in my mouth that I never said. The gentleman and I went back and forth a bit and then I said: 'That's fine, I'll see you tomorrow.' Well, I arrive at 5 today and guess whose reservation is nowhere to be seen? I looked at the list myself and our reservation was literally nowhere. So sir, since you pointed it out yourself, you have indeed not done your job properly. Once in the restaurant we were completely ignored for the first thirty minutes, with no one coming by to bring us a menu or take our drinks order. In the end we had to contact an English lady ourselves to be helped. The menu offered to us differed greatly from what was stated on the website. This caused problems for our friend with a gluten allergy as the vegetarian and gluten free options were not indicated on the event menu. Although one of the employees indicated that our friend could order the baby spinach from the regular menu, it took over an hour for our food to be served. While waiting we were not informed about the delay and had to ask for clarification ourselves. The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating, especially since we were in a hurry to get to Ne-Yo's concert. Eventually our orders came in gradually, with the burgers for two people being served before the salad for our friend with a gluten allergy. After we finished eating, it took quite some time before her salad was served. Ultimately, although the food was tasty, this could not compensate for the disappointing service. During our stay in the restaurant, we noticed that it wasn't just us that was going wrong. The tables around us also started expressing their dissatisfaction. Both the guests in front of us and next to us started asking how long they had been waiting, and they were also very grumpy about the situation. This indicates a broader trend of guest dissatisfaction, further emphasizing the overall negative experience. In addition, we noticed that one of the waiters (probably the manager) was wearing an airpod and Cartier glasses (when taking orders). Although his appearance was neat, it did not give the desired sense of professionalism. All in all, I cannot recommend ZO Fusion to event attendees who require fast and efficient service. Although the food was of good quality, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, slow service and lack of professional customer service.

Very expensive for the dishes served

Made a reservation by email at Zofusion to have dinner here more than 3 hours prior to the John Mayer concert. Upon arrival it turned out that the reservation had not gone through, but if we waited at the bar we would be seated within 30 minutes, according to the hyperactively running employee/manager. He had made a mistake, so after 40 minutes we asked if we could eat at the bar. That was fine. In short, 2 hours after arriving we still had no food. While my husband asked several times how long it would take and neatly indicated that things were now getting tighter for us. The manager repeatedly promised a (new) time within which it would arrive, and yet the food never arrived. Meanwhile, we heard him shout one swear word after another at the chefs. At one point he said "You ordered the hamburger and the duck, and it is ready now". 5 minutes later there was still no food in sight as we watched dish after dish being served to other guests. We ended up leaving without eating because we were going to be late for the concert. Several other guests/groups left pissed off after their drinks because of the wait, the heat in the restaurant and the poor handling of the situation (even a group without paying). It's okay if it's full, and it's also okay if you make a mistake about how much occupancy your restaurant can handle, but be honest about it. If the manager had been honest in time, we would have had time to eat somewhere else. The servers this evening were tense with the tension surrounding the situation, and a new employee (it was his first day) was walking around feeling very unhappy. What a drama..

Nice idea, poorly executed. Waiting more than an hour for the food, no one coming for a drink (in between). Food very mediocre. Hamburger "satay" is simply a fried chicken schnitzel with a small spoonful of peanut sauce. Add a handful of ready-made carrot chips next to it and you're done.

Good food but a little overpriced. Service is ok ok as you need to struggle to get attention after first service. Ambience is quite good especially for relaxed long chats over dinner with friends.

We went here last Saturday before a concert. From the start it was quite overcrowded and in many places it was difficult for the servers to pass by with the food and drinks. There were far too many tables with little room for movement. We had difficulty getting to our table. It took about fifteen minutes before we could finally order drinks and even longer to finally order food. The menu looked nice on the site but you get a laminated simple A4 sheet of a menu with only a selection of what was on the site. After ordering the food we waited an hour for them to serve an appetizer. In between we ordered more drinks, which we also had to ask for when we could finally get hold of a server. It had not initially arrived at the bar. A little later our main courses arrived and we should have asked for the second starter that we had ordered. We finally got it. The food was tasty so that was to their advantage (samosas were just overcooked) but more of a lunch portion instead of dinner portion because they add vegetable chips to the burger instead of fries. Doesn't work for me. I want something more for dinner. We were still patient because many people came who eventually walked away without ordering due to waiting too long. Not worth eating there again.

As if we were in an episode of Candid Camera. Only the menu can be viewed on the website and reservations are requested by email. Unfortunately no response, luckily the phone was answered. We were welcome. On arrival there was a long line, not reserved meant waiting at the bar and without checking our reservation we were assigned two chairs at a table that was also partly tapped and was used to quickly put something down by the staff. The place was packed and people kept pouring in, no one was told no? We ordered from a menu that did not match the one on the website? Then the long wait began. The people at the bar who had to wait for a table were no longer seen. 3 couples who came in at the same time were immediately given a vacant table that was pushed apart, but the people at the bar were still forgotten. The last ones who arrived at the bar said something about it and were then given another vacant table. But the other couples were still there, nothing on a first come, first serve basis. In the meantime, 4 people who had made a reservation came in, there was no table for them, but a table became available for them after 5 minutes, unfortunately they too were put on hold and did not get anything to eat. Everyone still seemed hopeful, but after more than 2 hours of waiting, 5 tables left without eating. We asked what the status was for both our starter and main course and then it suddenly came from the kitchen? First come, first served doesn't count here, but who shouts loudest does. A special purpose. Fortunately, the quality was good and we ultimately had a good meal, but the way this restaurant does its work is special. Full = full, but they don't seem to understand that yet and they don't seem to care, the guests will come, right? Too bad because there is plenty of potential.

Don't eat here if you have to go to a concert. We arrived in plenty of time at 6:30 PM and ordered immediately. After more than 1.5 hours the food still wasn't there. After asking twice, no response at all from the staff. They also didn't seem to care, no apologies or explanations. There were many more people complaining that they had already been waiting for 1.5 hours. They had no control over it and did nothing to make it better for the guests. We, and other guests, left because otherwise we would be late for the concert. Got a sandwich at the AH.

Delicious food and service was great!

Very disappointing. We ordered a starter which came AFTER the main course. One person ordered two small dishes and she found out that one is unavailable only when the other one has already been delivered (and knowing that she would have chosen just one big meal). Two persons were served and I received my food at least 10-15 minutes later. The waiter forgot about our water. When we were finished, we were waiting for more than 15 minutes for waiter to clean the table - and there was only one more couple in the restaurant! The waiter was looking at us and just ignoring. Only when I asked him to come he did. When I gave him a feedback he was searching for excuses, that I should wave etc. But normally in a good restaurant the waiters come and check if everything is fine or if we want to order something else etc. Food was quite good, but overall experience was terrible. I am really disappointed.

The food is not cheap, but the cooking level is average and the serving speed is very slow. We waited for an hour and a half from the time we ordered to the time the food was served. They didn't offer any discount as an apology when checking out. I will never go to this hotel again!

After a day at the cinema, we had a delicious meal, when we arrived the staff was busy cleaning up, I think they had a very busy day. But despite everything she. We were helped well. The owner is super attentive and helped us right away. It's all halal and really nothing to complain about. We would love to come back again when we are in the area. Highly recommended

If you happen to be near Zofusion... then feel free to go inside. There is a very nice atmosphere. The food is highly recommended. It will take a while but it's worth the wait.

We ate here before our visit to the Ziggo Dome. It is a fairly new restaurant, but stood out with its menu and good reviews. Because we got there early because our concert started early, it was quiet at first, but later more people came. Service was good and although there was English-speaking service, we were served in Dutch. Service was smooth and friendly and the manager, who has already been mentioned, was very attentive. The food was good, we had Dim Sum and Gyōza beforehand. As a main course a burger and fried sushi. Everything very tasty. The sushi was good in terms of quantity and the burger was also enough, even though I am a big eater. For dessert a panna cotta and the sweet sandwich. The latter could have been enough for both of us. Because everything went smoothly, we arrived in plenty of time for the concert. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

Lekker eten. Leuke baas (gokken we). We zitten wel een beetje in het TL licht, dat is heftig. Maar de amarreto sour is aan te bevelen. En de pokebowl zeker ook!! Ohja aandachtspuntje: zet soms ff andere afspeellijst op ;)

Afgelopen week waren we naar Acda en de Munnik, wat een avond zeg. Voor het evenement hebben we gegeten in dit leuk druk mooi restaurant. Eerste indruk was dat het een sushi tent zou zijn. Maar ze verkopen veel meer gerechten sushi is een bij zaak. Heerlijk gegeten(Zalm met gegrilldew groenten en Avocado Buger) met mijn vriendin en genoten. Wat een leuk sfeer zeg en wat een attente werknemer. Er was een jonge man die alle touwtjes in de handen hand. Tent was bom vol en hij had alles onder controle. Alles ging super snel en vlot. Maar zo’n medewerker die alles opneemt en aanstuurt top! Dan gaat alles ook makkelijker. Kort en krachtig een aanrader ik zou hier met plezier terug komen!!

Top locatie, jammer dat het nog niet zo vol is maar het eten muziek atmosfeer is gewoon geweldig. Mensen moeten nog maar weten dat dit hier staat. Want ik denk dat mensen omgeving Amsterdam Zuid-Oost dit nog niet ontdekt hebben.
