We were here with a group of 14 guests. Everything was perfectly organized, the food was excellent! And the service was superb! The owner and his team take care of everything down to the last detail to ensure you have a wonderful time! The location is also fantastic!

The food was delicious, and the staff left us alone. These days, when you eat or drink somewhere, they constantly want you to order, so they keep asking if you want to order anything else.

I asked for my meat to be cooked medium rare, but it arrived seared. When I pointed this out, the owner looked at me askance and took my plate away without saying a word. I didn't know what he was going to do, or what. After five minutes, he returned with my plate and grabbed my fork, touching the meat here and there, then pointed out that it was medium rare, but because it was dark and the light was shining, it looked well done. This was his serious reaction. There I was, sitting with a cold, hard, and overcooked piece of meat. Never again for me.

The place, service, food, and hookah are very nice. There is nothing better than this. The shop deserves a visit all the time.😍😍

My Review of This Restaurant: Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. My order took over an hour to arrive, and when the food finally came, it did not match what I had requested. The staff were unresponsive and showed no respect or professionalism when I tried to communicate my concerns. It took an additional 15 minutes just to get the drinks, and when I shared my opinion about the food, the response was inappropriate and dismissive. To make matters worse, the bill was extremely high—€111 for a completely disappointing experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. I hope they urgently improve both their service and food quality.

My experience at Oeverzicht was very disappointing. The service was poor and completely unprofessional. The food looked much better in the photos than it actually was, and the taste was extremely disappointing. All in all, not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

First, I got a chicken dish (cerkez tavugu) that was completely inedible. It had no flavor, and as far as I know, there's a subtle sauce mixed in. It was just shredded chicken breast with just a little olive oil, sprinkled with two walnuts... so, tasteless. After my fries arrived, I asked for ketchup, and you'd never guess what, I got ketchup with maggots in it—yes, you read that right, maggots. I definitely didn't take a picture because I couldn't wait to call the lady to take it away. I told her there were maggots in it, and she replied, "Where?" After seeing them swimming in the ketchup herself, she gave me an embarrassing grin and took the ketchup away. I didn't hear a single apology. My appetite completely gone, I later asked a man who also works there (probably the owner or manager) for a Coke Zero. After drinking it, I decided it was time to get up because I was done. You expect an apology, you expect something to be put right, but no. I arrive at the cash register and look at the receipt. No goodwill, no drink from the receipt. No, he acted insulted, couldn't tolerate any criticism, and simply made me pay full price. As if I was paying for a luxury experience instead of a disgusting display. This wasn't a treat; this was pure contempt for the customer. A manager/owner who reacts like that doesn't belong in the hospitality industry. I'll never come here again, and no one I know should do this to themselves.

We recently dined here, but unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The food was very disappointing: the dishes were bland and some parts didn't seem entirely fresh. The service also left much to be desired. We had the distinct feeling that everything was done reluctantly, from taking our order to serving the food. Furthermore, we had to wait unnecessarily long for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't even busy. When we asked for additional drinks, it took another very long time, and we were barely even looked at. The tables around us hadn't been properly cleaned, which made the atmosphere feel sloppy and uninviting.

Lovely staff, very friendly. They came over to chat with us. 10/10 food in the restaurant. Plenty of choice on the menu + delicious cocktails. The gentleman made me a special coffee. The shisha lounge is also highly recommended. Beautifully decorated. Definitely a 10! I'll definitely be back :)

An incredible location, fantastic staff, and most importantly, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The food is amazing, and kudos to the chef again and again. I also recommend smoking hookah after your meal. It's hard to find really good hookah these days, but they do it very well, and they do everything with care, which is what really matters. I was here yesterday with my friends birthday, they did everything they could to accomodate us! We were cold so they brought out some Blankets and eventually a heater and also brought the speaker out so we could enjoy some music.
