The bitterballen were lukewarm and we had to ask where the nachos were. The answer was that they were on their way, but then those were lukewarm too. So I think they just forgot to bring them. Drinks were fine and the price was good by Amsterdam standards.

It was only upon arrival that we noticed the restaurant had a rating of 4.1, so we were initially a bit skeptical. But we were incredibly pleasantly surprised! We were welcomed very warmly by the daughter, who is a truly beautiful lady, by the way!! We started with various mezze and bread, and everything was truly incredibly flavorful! The main course was also delicious and beautifully presented. You can simply taste that everything is prepared fresh and made with care. Furthermore, the waiting times were perfectly fine. Later, we had a pleasant chat with the mother, also an incredibly friendly, spontaneous, and hospitable woman. Beautiful view, a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, super service, and above all, truly excellent food!! The combination of the delicious food and the hospitality makes it complete for us. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back!

Having traveled from Limburg to this restaurant, our plan was to grab a quick bite and leave, but the atmosphere and the view were amazing, which is why we stayed for the rest of the evening at this beautiful location. The owner's daughter and her mother were very, very friendly, which was also one of the reasons we stayed. For anyone reading this review, don't hesitate and definitely pay them a visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We went out for dinner here with the family and had a wonderful evening. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly and immediately felt welcome. The staff is neat, polite, and above all, very hospitable. They take their time with you, keep a close eye on whether everything is to your liking, and you can tell they enjoy their work. Unfortunately, you don't come across that everywhere anymore these days, so it certainly deserves to be mentioned. Nothing but praise for the food as well. Everything we ordered was well-seasoned, neatly presented, and the portions were fine. The food arrived right on time, and everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. Even with a family, it is simply pleasant when the service remains calm and friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. That was absolutely the case here. As far as I am concerned, this is simply a place where they understand how guests should be treated: good food, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere without excessive fuss. We also found the price-quality ratio to be excellent. We look back on our evening with fond memories and will definitely return here again. A well-deserved five stars and highly recommended for anyone who simply wants to enjoy a good meal with good and friendly service.

It is a terrible restaurant, unfortunately, because the location is fantastic. They do not deserve the place. And as for all the positive reviews giving five stars, believe me, they are all friends. It has become a creepy place.

The restaurant is nice, the people are very good, and the food is halal.

Entrance: broken glass door. Wine and dinner menus: completely worn out Food: Nachos. Very little for that price. View: nice, but if you have an air conditioner or generator running that makes a lot of noise and occasionally "screechs," then you are not relaxed at all. No return for me!

The view / location is of course great; the rest not so. The staff (guy was offended we tried to speak Dutch to him) was completely stressed and rather rude. We were there on a late Sunday afternoon, the place was understaffed and the staff that was working most of the time did not have a clue what they were doing. We got plates with our mezzes after about 30 minutes, drinks were wrong, we asked if a dish contained meat and got the wrong answer etc. We were ignored and the attitude was dismissive. Also, lot of smoking on the terrace. Food was so-so, not good, not bad. Will not return, what a waste of a good space.

I am very disappointed with the accessibility of this restaurant. I tried calling multiple times and sometimes waited on hold for more than 40 minutes, but no one answered. I find that truly unacceptable, especially when you want to make a reservation or discuss something. It is a real shame.

We arrived with the intention of having a nice meal with a group. We had ordered a starter in advance, which eventually arrived along with the main course after 2.5 hours. We repeatedly pointed out that it was taking a long time, to which the staff only responded with ‘busy due to an engagement’. They could have let us know in advance that they were already busy with an engagement, but there was no sign of it. The staff were otherwise very sweet and understanding, but the unfortunate thing is that there is simply no communication regarding the situation. Subsequently, they want to shift the blame onto the engagement, while it is their own problem and they could have simply sorted this out with the customers coming later. Anyway, the food after their meal was tasty.

The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. As a guest, you do not feel welcome at all. I will certainly not be coming back here.

Terrible option for dining in. Waitresses had entitled attitudes and there wasn’t any hospitality at all. Ordered our food only for us to wait 45 mins to not get anything. Went to check on our food and the waitress was clueless of our order. They simply replied “we are preparing it”. 45 mins and yet to get our food waiting for u to prepare your food is too ridiculous. The tables beside us who ordered even earlier had yet to receive their food as well. A horrendous experience overall, highly recommend to NOT dine in here at all

If i could give a zero stars i would. Waited for almost an hour for our food, nobody came. When we asked if we could leave and cancel they said they were busy (it really is not). The food was really expensive too. Horrible service, dont eat here for goodness sake.

When we entered as a group of three, no one greeted us and we waited around 5 minutes before walking to the bar ourselves. Even there, we were ignored for another 5 minutes until someone finally showed us to a table. After that, we sat for 20 minutes without anyone taking our order, despite being told multiple times that someone would come shortly. Eventually, we decided to leave. Considering the prices, we expected at least decent service, but the staff were rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested. Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the money. Never again.

On New Year's Eve, we were at your restaurant with over 30 Bulgarian guests of Turkish origin, divided into 4 separate tables. Despite paying our bills in advance and separately, at the end of the night, extra drinks (extra vodka, whiskey, etc.) that we did not order were added, and €250 was charged to each table. This happened at all our tables. Extremely disappointing. We are sharing this review so that other customers do not experience the same thing.
