The food has gotten really bad. We had 2 dishes with cold chicken and super greasy fish; actually just one piece of fish, the rest was basically tail and head with barely any fish on it. I used to eat at VLE in World of Food a lot, thinking "ahh, nice, let's go to VLE," but no, not here anymore. Badsss

I find it a very pleasant place to get my food; the place is clean, the staff friendly, and the quality of the food fantastic.

I ordered food for my father at 3:00 PM via Thuisbezorgd, and at 9:45 PM the food still hasn't arrived. Now I call the restaurant, and they come to tell me I had to order by phone. So why are you on Thuisbezorgd?!! So unprofessional! Some people really can't run a business, that's why there are so many bad reviews.

BBQ chicken and spareribs, tasty and fresh from the BBQ.

Very poor service. The chicken was dry and old, and the spareribs were inedible. They also need to work on the speed and put someone with a higher IQ behind the cash register.

What bizarrely bad service. I ordered food for my 80-year-old grandpa via Thuisbezorgd. However, the food never arrived. Thuisbezorgd states that the delivery driver tried to reach us, which is completely untrue because I didn't see any missed calls. Furthermore, the delivery driver supposedly left the food at the door, which is also incorrect. My grandpa was at home with his guests and they were waiting for the food. The bottom line is that the food was never delivered and Thuisbezorgd isn't refunding the money either. I tried to reach the restaurant, but the phone wasn't answered. Bizarrely bad service! Never again!

Bought 2 satay skewers for €9.00 1 satay skewer was half the size of a normal skewer; here they split 1 skewer in two. Took 4 bites and my satay was finished; it was just children's satay.

I found it incomprehensible, such small portions in a round bowl in a working-class neighborhood. And then the chowmin was clumped together at the bottom of the bowl. And the price is high too.

I ordered a portion of BBQ chicken and fries. I received a single, dried-out container of chicken that I couldn't even chew. The chicken was definitely a few days old and had already been on the BBQ and reheated for me. I threw it all away; it was awful. I'll never throw €21.75 straight into the trash again.

I placed an order at 7:36 PM, and at 8:49 PM, it was canceled. I've been waiting that long for the food, only to find out I've received nothing. Now I have to see where I can place another order. It would have been nice if I'd been notified sooner.

The packaging looked nice and the pickles were tasty, but… Unfortunately, the djarpesi moksi alesi was a huge disappointment. The dish was cold upon arrival and the rice was extremely dry. The menu lists moksi alesi with BBQ chicken, but the chicken tasted as if it had just come out of the oven and was not freshly prepared. Moreover, the whole thing tasted like old food that seemed to have been reheated. A shame, I had expected much more. Never again for me.

The spare ribs were too greasy and the fries were way too salty. The rice with yardlong beans and cod was fine, but for the umpteenth time you forgot my drink. It is noticeable that if you order something extra, you never get it; that is really unacceptable.

The staff is very bad and the food is terrible..

Delicious BBQ in Southeast. Friendly people and amazing food. Not easy to reach online or by phone, but once you walk in, your order is ready in no time. It was warm today, and we were offered drinks while waiting. I'll be back to Vle's soon (at the new location, Bijlmerplein).

When I'm in South-East I always like to get a portion of food at Vle's. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 2 hours for my food last time. And I thought today... Let me order via Thuisbezorgd/pick up... Then before I get from West to South-East my food will be ready. And that was the case! Only the never so cheerful staff said to me if I could "From now on just pick up instead of ordering via Thuisbezorgd..." because that was difficult. Then you shouldn't offer the option "pick up" via Thuisbezorgd to the customer? I found the lady who took the orders in World of Food much more customer-friendly and cheerful. I also found the meat and the moksalesi terribly dry today.. I'm not used to that from Vle's Too bad...

Completely unprofessional. I ordered delivery and didn’t even get to enjoy the food. I have a peanut allergy and the bbq sauce apparently has peanuts which was not listed anywhere on the site. Staff was incredibly rude when I called to see what could have been causing my reaction. While I do take some responsibility for not putting it in the comment this time, there really wasn’t any indication that bbq chicken and fries with bbq sauce should have had peanuts anywhere near it, and the rudeness and apathy I got from the staff was pretty disgusting.

The food was dry, fries were dry, chicken was dry. Only the salad was fine although it was a small portion. Overall, no recurrence for me.

It's is amazing place with very tasty kitchen. Strongly recommend if you visit that side of the Netherlands

Worst Catering ever!!!!! Do not order here!!!!! If you have ordered online you still have to wait an hour for your food. Hearing afterwards that they do not even have your food. Puppet show! I advise everyone against it! It makes sense that they have so many bad reviews! Worthless

I just wish they lived around the corner from me so I could place my order at any time. It often takes a long time for the food to arrive, but as a catering company they are damn good at being consistent with the quality they deliver! Time after time, year after year. I'm not promoting BS, take it from me. I am very proud of the owner and his entire team, especially the quality where you are now, you guys are the best!!!

Juicy slow cooked barbeque menu and platters to die for

Ordered Moksi alesi fish, 2 dry pieces of fish, rice separately, I had to look for vegetables and/or salt meat, I also ordered chicken noodles, not nasty but it wasn't really tasty either, little taste and the 2 pieces of chicken were rock hard and very dry. Ordered the last portion of bb with r. Didn't eat white rice, but the brown beans were sickly sweet, too much sugar, and unfortunately I found out too late that it was made with pork, and I had a huge allergic reaction. Maybe my own mistake because I assumed it was only made with chicken and salt meat. Ordered here for the first time because it was recommended, but also the last time. Quality is hard to find, customer friendliness, well no, not at all and service is not described in their dictionary either!!!

Service & Atmosphere I have no idea. But when you were still in World of Food, the food was really better. Ordered Nasi BBQ mix, 2 pieces of fluffed chicken in the “nasi” (rice with ketjap yes...:/) spareribs dry & tough. Got some pickles but no sambal. Too bad really

I waited over an hour for my food then dry chicken, the driest pork chop I have ever seen. And two pathetic skewers of satay for 7 euros. The fact that the food is expensive is one thing, but quality should be balanced against that. Then there was an argument in the kitchen. It's a shame but I won't order again!

I always get 2×Telo Bakkeljauw with pepper and sour 2×, 2x bowl of peanut, 2x Cola Syrup, and Cassava soup, and Cake. I usually walk in to get it and check at the table inside to see if my order is correct. I was home this time. My husband went to get it. He comes home without salt and pepper, and no peanut sauce, and no 2x Coke Syrup and no Cake!! You call and it rings but is not answered. Sorry, why do you have a phone??? We live a bit further away so going back is a bit too far... I am very disappointed to have to experience this, I paid but did not receive... This really isn't possible. Even for regular customers!

I used to be a regular customer as I live in the neighborhood however, I didn't order for months because the food quality is going down hill. I decided to order today from Thuisbezorged. The food arrived and sadly turned horrible, extremely burnt dried out chicken, bones in the nasi. It reminded me why I stopped buying. I will not support your business anymore. The quality has gone terribly downhill. Hire people who have just as much passion as the owner and can make real authentic food!!!

I smelled the smoker from the train station and had to check it out. The BBQ spare ribs were phenomenal and the homemade sauces were perfectly spicy. Highly recommend this place.

This is very bad! Just ordered 2 portions of spare ribs with fries, there is no sauce at all and the spare ribs are so dry and burnt. This is not recommended!!! And then you have to pay 10% service for what? For burnt food. When you call them they don't answer either. Super bad!!

Waited 1.5 hours for food. The delivery person from Thuisbezorgd was correct and nice. Ordered at 1900, delivered in 1940. From then on we always waited 5, 6 or 7 minutes. After calling several times, I did get someone on the line. It was very crowded. I ordered satay sauce but it was not included. Pork instead of the ordered chicken.

Laatst wezen eten bij deze tent om ongeveer 19:00. Ze rekenen €15 voor bami BBQ kip wat best prijzig is. Je krijgt daar maar 3 kipstukjes bij die niet eens van de barbecue afkomen maar gebakken zijn! En alles wordt natuurlijk gewoon in de magnetron opgewarmd. Verder bijna 30 min moeten wachten voor het eten klaar was terwijl het niet eens extreem druk was.

Ik heb net voor het eerst bij hun broodjes gehaald en heb de vriendelijke dame met bijzonder grote billen toegezegd een recensie te schrijven en beloofd terug te keren als het heeft gesmaakt. Nou, het heeft zeker gesmaakt en ik ga ook terug! De dame was ook zo aardig een klein bakje tjauw min met vlees gratis mee te geven om thuis te proeven. Waar zie je dat nog tegenwoordig!? Klopt, de broodjes zijn duur maar ze zijn niet zuinig met de vulling ervan. Ik schrik van de onderstaande negatieve recensies, maar ja, ik heb anders ervaren. Ze hebben 4 filialen dus ze zullen vast iets goeds doen. En tot slot, de muziek mag wel wat zachter hahaha.

Eten was heerlijk mooie royale porties bbq kip zat echt ook goede rooksmaak aan zo als het hoort Pasteitjes wil er nog meer 😋😋😋😋 Zeker nog een keer eten halen wie raad me nog wat aan ?

Heb vaak heel lang moeten wachten op een bestelling...minstens een uur. Deze keer was de wachttijd korter; minder dan een half uur. Ik heb niet laten bezorgen, maar opgehaald. Bezorgen via thuisbezorgd of ubereats was überhaupt niet mogelijk. Ik bestelde een bbq kip, salade, friet en huzarensalade. Kip en salade waren goed op smaak gebracht. De salade was echter heel weinig. En de huzarensalade was zuur, denk zelfs verzuurd omdat ie mogelijk niet vers was. Da's erg jammer. Koppel je een hoge prijs aan een gerecht, dan moet het qua smaak en hoeveelheid in verhouding zijn. Dat was deze keer niet het geval.

Toen ik hoorde dat ze in Almere kwamen was ik zo blij.... maar helaas duurde mijn vreugde niet lang. Ik wist dat ze prijzig waren, dat zijn ze bij W.O.F ook. Maar omdat de kwaliteit zo goed was, was ik bereid om te betalen. Helaas was dit in Almere niet het geval. De prijzen iets hoger, maar de porties veeeel kleiner. Verder zit het personeel in Almere er zeer ongeïnteresseerd bij. Elke vraag die je stelt krijg je een vreemd antwoord. Jammer dat het eten warm wordt gehouden. Maakt dat het allemaal het de prijs net niet waard is. Jammer!

De lekkerste Surinaamse soepen! Snelle service, vriendelijk personeel en bij bestellingen via Uber Eats is de bezorging super.

Als je graag een uur wacht en veel te veel geld betaald voor een bakje bami met 2 stukjes kip dan zou ik hier zeker heengaan

Ordered: Nasi mix I must say this is one of my favourite restaurant when it comes to Nasi. I will review this place based on the following criteria: FOOD: The overall dish was very delicous. The smell reaches the nose before reaching the mouth. The chicken and spareribs looked appealing and tasted flavoured, juicy and finger licking. SERVICE: the staffs are very friendly and sympathetic. One of the staffs prepared the wrong meal for me once. After waiting for a while she gave me what I ordered including another free meal. TALK ABOUT A GREAT SERVICE VALUE: The dish it is on the pricey side. But the amount you get and the flavours that are included. It is definitely worth it.

Very good and tasty soulfood, i had rice with pom. Good portion, clean, fresh and yummie. Chicken was wel cooked. Loved the greens and peppersauce with it. You have to try it they do deliver.
