Great fries, staff a bit impersonal, large fries are certainly not half a kilo…

The fries taste fine, but not crispy enough and the temperature is too low. Also, the portion is quite small for the price. In this case, it is not worth the high price. A shame, because it has the potential to be very good.

The fries are freshly made from potatoes. They taste excellent. There's plenty of mayonnaise, and it tastes great too. You can get frikandel or croquettes from a vending machine. The machine is constantly being restocked.

Nice spot if you want to grab some fries or snacks quickly. The fries are a bit pricey, but really tasty. Every time I've been here, they were fresh and there is plenty of choice in sauces. I think 2 frikandellen or 2 croquettes from the vending machine are around €2 (may be a bit more expensive now). I believe snacks from the vending machine used to only accept coins, but that might have changed. Even when it's busy, it usually goes pretty fast.

Old man made me pay 15 euros for a medium portion of fries. Scammers!!!! Watch out what they charge you!!!!

I ordered food, and afterwards, when it was ready, I indicated that I wanted to take it away. The grey-haired gentleman with spiky hair said, "Couldn't you have indicated that earlier?" while I thought, "I should ask after ordering if I want to take it away or eat it right away." The whole bag was covered in sauce because that pointed bag was just put inside a regular bag, and the fries were soggy. I certainly won't be coming back.

The largest portion of fries for two people is enough for the world. They're very good and made fresh. I recommend them!

Dirty, brown, hard, old fries, too few, and that for €5! I threw them away to avoid a stomach ache! Within two minutes, they were just old junk, fried up again! Not what they used to be! Don't buy here!!!

Tasted good. Ambience, it's street food and you have to wait in a long queue at lunchtime. But most importantly: all family members who ate there yesterday around lunchtime are in bed with nausea, headache, fatigue and a general feeling of illness. Don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

This is what a snack corner should be! Real fast food, and delicious too! The staff works well and quickly together, which keeps things moving smoothly. The selection is enormous, and if you still can't get a quick enough fried snack, you can always go to the wall. The prices are still reasonable, even though everyone has to keep up with the hype these days. Delicious fries and a huge variety of sauces to choose from. Definitely worth a visit if you're passing by.

Was al een tijdje niet geweest maar wat is de kwaliteit achteruit gegaan! Duidelijk oude opgewarmde frites erdoorheen. Ontzettend kleine portie, leek wel een smurf ipv een dwerg. Personeel is druk met elkaar. Pindasaus als vanouds wel heerlijk.

The fries are delicious. Fried correctly, not too much salt and tasty. This is the smallest chip shop I know, but in terms of atmosphere and experience a highlight. The employees are customer-friendly and correct. It is definitely recommended to eat a cone of fries here once.

Unfortunately not a good experience today. Fries not cooked through (I think they were in a hurry). Friends with a migration background come by and they get priority when ordering. Very strange. Been coming here for years, but I'm going to skip this one for the time being.

I only come here during the week. Those guys are customer friendly. On Saturday there was a guy with tattoos behind him who was particularly rude. This shop usually sells pretty good fries, better than most actually. The 3 star rating however is for the times during large events that they exclusively sell fries with mayonaise, heavily undercooked and have the audacity to charge €6 for it. Have some pride and bake your fries properly if you're going to charge that much.

Typical Dutch fast food stand. In Holland it is typical to find stalls where they sell you French fries with their typical peanut, onion and mayonnaise sauce. The potatoes are cut by them, that's a great point. They are crispy, they have three sizes and they also sell a typical bread with sausage.

Nice man! Asked for directions to the nearest good chip shop. Turned out to be Belgians. Clearly the right people to ask. Referred us to the Haphoek with home-cut fries. I myself work at the bite corner ratchet belt. Bio-Pommes mit Mayo für 4,50€ - großer Andrang, da mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Pommes waren frisch, allerdings nicht gesalzen oder gewürzt und daher langweilig.

Super lekkere friet en super snelle service. Er kan een rij staan maar je bent super snel aan de beurt! De truffelsaus is erg lekker.

Lecker pommes spezial und frikandel. Preis Leistung auch gut. Kleine steh und Sitzplätze außen vorhanden. Fanden es alle sehr lecker. Haben für 5 Personen bestellt und Achtung die soßen kommen dann auf einer Schale wo alle dippen müssen. Anscheinend normal in dem Niederlanden. Falls ihr das nicht wollt unbedingt erklären.

Wisselend in kwaliteit, ligt er net aan wie er aan het bakken is. Ene keer zijn ze wat kort gebakken, andere keer perfect knapperig en dan ook echt heel erg lekker. Zeker met de zelfgemaakte Vlaamse mayonaise of de pittige pindasaus. Het is soms ingewikkeld het bestelsysteem te snappen, dit mag wel beter aangeven worden (waar bestel je, waar haal je op). De snacks zijn bizar goedkoop, nergens anders zo gezien. Al met al echt goede friet mits je de goede bakkers hebt en op een goed moment komt, als dit niet zo is valt de kwaliteit wel weer erg tegen en dan ook de service want je kan je daar al snel een snel weggezet nummertje voelen. Rondom zijn wat bankjes waar je kan zitten of statafels waar je aan kan hangen.

Es ist nicht schlecht, was hier serviert wird. Ich denke die Frites könnten noch 30 Sekunden länger in der Fritteuse vertragen. Die Pommes sind lecker, sehr kartoffelig, außen mir ein bisschen zu wenig knusprig. Trotzdem ist die Haphoek Snackbar ein Arnhem eine Institution, an der man einen kurzen Stop einlegen sollte. Vielleicht treffen die Pommes ja den eigenen Geschmack besser als meinen. Empfehlung: Frites mit Joppie Saus

op mijn weg terug naar huis dacht ik dat een patatje van 350 gram zwaarder zou wegen.Het zakje zat propvol.Ik heb het thuis gewogen en er zat maar 216 gram in.Dat is 134 gram te weinig.Ik ben teruggegaan en werd heel onbeleefd behandeld.De verkoper zei dat hij het nog nooit na had gewogen.3,50€ kost zo’n patatje.Geen geld terug geen extra patat.En de patatten zijn ook niet meer zo goed.Te lang hetzelfde vet gebruiken. Oplichters…en o ja…..deze haphoek is van Emile Ratelband.
