I came here because I was a bit hungry, and it was Sunday, and everything was closed. So I walked in, and it wasn't exactly welcoming. The staff was a bit grumpy. Besides coffee, they didn't have any hot drinks. It was a cold day, but I wasn't sure about the quality of the coffee, so I couldn't order it. Lentil soup (on the menu)? No, they're out of it. Okay, I'll have fries with "parsley" instead. Normally, you'd expect fries covered in sauce, but I got fries with (a little) sauce mix. The same as regular fries with sauce, but 50 cents more expensive (=4 euros). They didn't even have onions. And the taste was strange (they'd been refrozen several times). I would have been better off not eating anything at all.

I still found it a recommendation two years after the first time. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but it is worth it, still the place is a bit too small when multiple guests try to eat at the same time.

We ordered 2 x döner dishes at 6.20 pm and received our food at 7.40 pm. We had indicated as soon as possible. The next time we could click on was 7:15 PM. We thought that was too late, so we did it as quickly as possible. I called around 6.45 pm to say that it is quite strange if it first says 20 minutes before the order is delivered and then suddenly 50 minutes. Our order would be processed immediately and you would not receive your food until 7:40 PM. By now it wasn't really warm anymore and for the amount you paid there wasn't much meat. Very unfortunate, but we will no longer order from here.

Picked up two pizzas. Shawarma pizza and chicken fillet special were both delicious. Friendly staff, we will eat here more often

Ordered pizza here, said 35-55 minutes. I ended up having to wait 2 hours, only after calling twice did someone come. Not even once was a suggestion made about something to make up for it. Not normal anymore if you make people wait 2 hours for food. And the pizza is nice. That deserves 1 extra star. But please do not offer delivery if you cannot arrange it properly. In addition, the delivery person came to the back, perhaps a tip to teach them what a front and back look like.

Recommend everyone not to order food here!! We ordered and called 2 hours after ordering and 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and then got a big mouth on the phone. When we wanted to cancel the order, we got an even bigger antisocial face from that guy. We asked for our money back and he just hung up the phone. We will never order/pick up food from these unfriendly anti-social guests again!! It's downright shameful how they treat you. To respond to the company's response: We were told 'we will do something about it'. Well, we wanted to receive our order anyway, but that didn't happen. We didn't need that something and that's why it was refused. If we had accepted it, we could have thrown it away and it seemed unnecessary to us to throw anything away. If we ask several times when we will receive our food and no answer can be given except that you still have to prepare it, well then it ends for us because we thought a 45 minute delay was already extremely long. If we then ask when our money will be refunded and you hang up the phone after repeatedly asking, you can look at it and we will find you associative and far from customer friendly!

Everything is good about Happy Grill. The shawarma meat is very tasty, and even improved: fine shawarma really full of delicious flavor. Good tender tasty meat. Staff are very friendly. What you like to see as a customer is really great. The hair salon that I ordered here for the second time was great again! Fries just right. They prepare lettuce separately, so it stays nice and fresh and you can decide how much. And while waiting I was offered a cup of coffee. Very tasty, very good and very friendly. Until next time! Ordered 2 dishes today, were nicely offered Turkish tea at the start. Staff is friendly! Happy grill is definitely worth repeating, fries are not standard fries but high-quality fries. Salad certainly does not skimp on various vegetables plus dressing in a larger container than elsewhere. The meat was also tasty plus well packaged so it doesn't cool down. Great meal!

First time taking away food, certainly not the last time. For the small fries with chicken nuggets, chicken nuggets are not ready-made junk but real chicken fillet, wonderfully tender and deep-fried in a crispy layer. A chicken fillet kapsalon, chicken fillet once again tender, fresh, well seasoned, baked on the lava grill!! A chicken fillet dish, an adana dürüm. Quality! As long as the quality remains the same, we will be regular customers. I forgot my frikandel special :( that's a shame

Unhygienic, dirty, not tasty. Donner kebab does not taste good and the garlic sauce is not tasty. I had gray hair in that lettuce and definitely not recommended. If you order, you get it in containers. The owner also wants to punch you if you don't like the food

The lady standing there can't handle this, even with 2 customers, she is already stressed and things are going wrong. Turkish pizza is completely soft and squishy. Fries not well done. And hair salon a lot of salt. She also made us pay 3 euros too much.

Good, fast service and their Turkish pizza was very good; not too crunchy and not too soft with a great combination of taste. The employee present was also polite, but on a nice casual basis and was also nice to deal with the customers. If you come by for a quick, tasty snack, I definitely recommend this!

If you want to be spanked by the owner, order a wrap here. pay him and walk away. then he comes after you to threaten you and beat you. Besides that, the place doesn't look good and the food (after or before you are beaten) is really not recommended. especially because the owner likes to run his fingers up his nose or through his hair and continues preparing your food (if he hasn't hit you yet of course)
