Definitely get a doner kebab every week, highly recommended, nice and warm and fresh delicious, a real treat 👍🏻 5 stars

The meat was dry, having been in the bain-marie for a long time, and the pie was so hard, with edges that it was impossible to eat. It must have been sitting there for a long time, too, because in 16 years of living in the Netherlands, I've never encountered pie this hard. The only plus was the bottled sauces for every customer. The restroom was even locked, for customers. Only paid parking. I definitely won't be back.

The staff were very friendly. The lady at the checkout helped me with great passion and customer friendliness. On top of that, the food was very tasty and prepared quickly. All in all, a top-notch place, definitely recommended!

Today we came to eat with our family: me, my mother, and my two children. During the meal, my 5-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the toilet. There is a toilet available in the restaurant, but we were told that it was for the owner only and that she was not allowed to use it. I understand that a business owner is allowed to set their own rules, but I find it difficult to understand why a 5-year-old child, while we were simply paying guests, was not allowed to use the toilet. Especially since it was an urgent situation. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression. To me, customer friendliness also involves showing understanding in such situations. Therefore, I cannot rate this experience positively.

On Friday, I ate a kapsalon at your place. I spent the entire weekend vomiting and had diarrhea. I have never had food poisoning like this in my life. They should close this place down for good, and I will do my best to make sure that happens.

The service was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment I asked for a meal without meat. They looked at me like I was crazy just for asking for a simple vegetarian option. Instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed and disrespectful the entire time.

What terrible service, no hello and unhygienic. I asked in a normal way if I could order something, but he looked at me like I was a complete idiot. I don't tolerate that as a customer. He can go to hell for all I care, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Burnt Turkish pizza, lots of large black pieces. An old, skinny man behind the counter gets very angry when you point it out, as if he is on the verge of attacking you and thinks it's just about the change. With common sense, you would know that it's about the service and simply handling it politely and properly. But that was not the case, and I will never go there again. Plenty of other eateries in the neighborhood.

A very bad experience. The staff is unfriendly and disrespectful. You feel completely unwelcome, and there's no pleasant atmosphere. The food was also tasteless and very disappointing. This has happened several times before. It's a shame, because both the service and the food should be good.

Ordered a large hash box and a large fries. €6 for the fries and €10 for the box, which was more filled with fries. There were dirty hairs in the box. We called the owner, and he told us what we wanted in a really unprofessional, unfriendly way. It left a really bad impression and definitely not something we'll be returning to. No apology was offered. The guy just said, "Okay, what do you want?" I thought this was absolutely absurd.

Fries for one person are quite a lot and taste good. The price is okay. But paying €4.50 for 3 small chicken wings is way too expensive. If I'd known, I never would have ordered them. Hopeless... oh yeah. The restrooms have been deliberately closed... for months... this way you avoid cleaning costs and time... smart move.

Clean fries, salad and döner, really an important plus at: In their case a salon, and in other places a hair salon. It is important that a hair salon eats cleanly because all those fries and meat that you eat at once is unhealthy if it is not clean, so just perfect! Intake of that (usually) junk that you get somewhere else. Delicious food and friendly staff.

Staff talks to you like you are the enemy, ridiculous

Ordered and for the third time the food was cold, I'm completely done with has. And I recommend not to order, it usually arrives cold

Although the food at HAS Döner Kebab in Spijkenisse is reasonable, the service could be better. Friendliness and customer focus are at least as important as the quality of the food, and this is where this establishment (I think even the owner is) unfortunately falls short. For those who come purely for the food, it's a great choice, but if you're looking for warm, welcoming service, I might look further. Rating: 3/5

The döner sandwich and the fries were cold, the garlic sauce tasted like everything except garlic. I called about this and all they could say was that it took the delivery person 20 minutes. Very unfortunate, the food was not tasty and I will never order anything from here again.

We had a truly delicious meal last week! Super friendly staff and there was really nothing to complain about the food! Will definitely come here more often, staff, food, everything gets a big 10 from me!

Today, 12/11/2023, we came here again to eat with my wife. Until now, only men served us, and we always got what we asked for. kapsalon with extra meat. We love to eat here. It's one of the tastiest Kapsalon ever, and the portion was always big enough. Today, however, we were served by a young lady, and our order was kapsalon with extra meat. We got Kapsalon with extra fries instead with less meat. When I told her, the lady just laughed and asked me, is it her fault? She didn't even say I'm sorry and nothing. It's not about the money it's just about how you don't behave with customers. We will not come here in the future if the lady serves the food.

What an antisocial man works in this business! You won't even get proper help here. I was a regular customer but will never return. That man better retire.

That's the first time and never again. Come in to order. Employee looks at me and immediately walks away. He comes back a little later and suddenly says: you have fifteen minutes. I'm like ohw, can I have Hasbox small. He says I have no meat and just walks away to the back. I know Has in Rotterdam and it is a Franchise company, but they should get rid of this because it degrades the name. Just a shame.

Cold, the door is always open so it's not comfortable when you sit there to eat. Toilet is supposedly broken, but it has been that way for months, I don't think they feel like cleaning it. The older gentleman (I think owner) is not the happiest man…

Ordered a döner dish with extra garlic sauce for €16, but I received the amount for a children's menu (see the photo). The two containers of garlic sauce are 1/3 full. The container in the photo has been opened, but not yet used. The taste is good, but the quantity is outrageous. We will never order from here again. The competitors in the area (Dave, Orient) are doing a lot better in that regard.

Kapsalon is tasty but not much topping, really stingy

The man was smoking outside when he was done he had not washed his hands and went to prepare me dinner I said can you please wash your hands he ranted and said get away from my business and spat on me he was lucky that If there had been no inspection, things would have gone differently. I will never go here again in my entire life to eat or anything away from this rude owner, never seen anything like that and this man doesn't even wash his hands

Very rude and disrespectful man!! Sit for 45 minutes to order food because he only has 2 hands! After waiting so long, he doesn't even call us to say that we can order mu and he GOES to help the next customer right before our eyes!

The hair salon there is really wonderful

Very bad experience with this business, not friendly, not professional. We didn't get a salad next to the Turkish Pizza, because that's not how they say we do it. Pizzas are expensive and not fresh.

Very unfriendly business, the employee at the counter made a mistake in the order that was made with meat, while I clearly asked if it could be made without meat, I spoke to the employee and instead of an apology, I was told being told that I need to speak more clearly, and that I am not telling the truth. Never going to this restaurant again! You don't treat customers that unfriendly. I also felt nauseous and had stomach problems after eating Has Doner Spijkenisse! Wouldn't recommend it.

Just paid very good attention to the food. We had a large hair salon with all the trimmings and a Turkish pizza with cheese. No burnt pieces on the pizza, well topped too. Hair salon excellent. Looked neat with enough vegetables and a good ratio of the rest. Until next week!!!!!!

The order was recorded incorrectly and when I asked again if the bill was correct, instead of saying sorry or telling me what had been understood, I received a "can you do the math?" Then also heard that I should "speak more clearly" Never been treated so disrespectfully anywhere. Crappy tent.

Very satisfied! Ordered two Turkish pizzas with döner from the shop to eat right away. Very friendly and clear employee. The place looks neat and clean. And most importantly, we had a delicious meal. Just right, not too much, not too little, tasty meat, fresh vegetables, not drenched in sauce. They also deliver. We will order here more often and taste other dishes. Keep it up HAS! :)

I didn't get everything and no help was given. Called more than 20 times and no one answers the phone.

After years we ate a durum menu again with our family. Fries were nice and crispy and warm and durum was also delicious with lots of salad, which I like. Service was fast and the place was clean. Will definitely eat there again.

We tried to make an order in English, but the employee only spoke to us in the local language and was for some reason very angry with us. Then he handled the food without washing his hands, though he had previously dealt with cash, which is full of bacteria. We just tasted the food, the kebab was very dry. We had to leave all our full portions because after all that, our appetite was gone.

Ordered a hair salon a month ago. The next day I had diarrhea. And it's not the first time I've gotten sick after eating there. It's obvious to me that they use old meat. I wouldn't recommend it, sorry.

The lettuce and pieces of tomato seemed anything but fresh and also tasted strange... more than 1.5 kapsalon thrown away...

I can't find a vegetarian hair salon anywhere in the Spijkenisse area. The employee was kind enough to make me a vegetarian hair salon with falafel. If they had this option with home delivery I would give 5 stars.

First of all: I like coming here. However, there are areas for improvement. For example the toilets. These should be checked and cleaned better/more often.
