Delivered late and it looked like the delivery person had fallen: croquette broken, frikandel speciaal upside down, and lots of fries squashed in the mayonnaise.

Got some fries here last night and a snack was great, a bit warm though, but the food was really delicious.

You don't get happy here. I don't understand why Happyfood Nederland isn't intervening here. The whole place needs to be cleaned, and it needs a small update too.

The interior isn't very well finished in terms of furniture. But they are super customer-friendly and the quality is top-notch.

Food is mediocre, fries are limp and cold, little salt on the fries, only if you eat it on the spot it is also bad, only the drinks, ice cream and milkshakes are good, otherwise do not eat here

Very satisfied with my visit to Happy Food! The fries were plentiful and deliciously hot. The food was well-prepared. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended for a delicious meal! Until next time!

Although the staff is friendly, but overall... Oh, how awful to pick up my order at 6:45 PM; it was already ready at 5:45 PM. They simply reheated the fries and snacks. Disgraceful. Last time I've been there. And this isn't the first time; they don't listen to what you order; they forget half of it. It also takes a long time to get your order. I have to say, I haven't really come across a good cafeteria in Nijkerk yet.

New owner, and it's a real shame. We were loyal customers for so many years with the previous owner. And now this, a kapsalon where we need a magnifying glass to find the meat. After calling the owner, his response was "too bad." No solution, nothing at all. Unfortunately, Happy Food Nijkerk, you've lost a loyal customer.

If you want your food at the agreed-upon time, don't order here! I placed my order early in the afternoon. It was supposed to arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 PM. After calling twice, it was delivered around 7:00 PM! The fries weren't warm! Really terrible service!

First, I received the wrong order after I asked if it was the right one. Both plates I ordered were also missing the salad.

The service is absolutely terrible. I ordered food to be delivered, and after the estimated delivery time, nothing had arrived. The first time I called, the lady said it was very busy. After an hour of waiting, I called again. The lady said something was broken and needed to be fixed. The food arrived 30 minutes later. Finally, I received the food 1.5 hours after the expected delivery time. It's not normal to have to wait 1.5 hours for your food; I will never order from them again!

Got two sandwiches and they were ready quickly! It was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Definitely coming back!

No food after 2.5 hours. Called repeatedly, said several times that the food was "in" or being prepared. Finally, it was said that the delivery person was almost at the door, but in the end this turned out not to be the case and the employee in question lied about this. All in all, worst ordering experience regarding food.

Downright bad. We canceled the order after we still had not received any food after 2.5 hours. Took way too long. And also lie that the delivery person would almost be at the door.

If the owner is not there, hygiene is hard to find in this business. The young people who work there have their long hair down, do not wear work clothes or wear jewelry on their hands. The delivery staff walk in from the street and walk directly behind the counter, where the fresh food is prepared. Without washing their hands they then eat the food. If the owner is not there, service is hard to find

Food was awful. Fries completely covered in sauces. Chicken strips tasted like paper. The service was run by young people who have no understanding of customer, hygiene and manners. They think it is a party and joke house instead of a workshop. In the meantime a duck came and poop was left behind - no one jumped to clean this up...what a mess this place is. We will never pass there again. I'd rather stay hungry for a week than experience this again...:/

The food was very tasty and came quickly.

I had ordered a lot of food and it was prepared for me at a fast pace so that I could leave quickly, food was completely packaged well and the sauces were packed separately in containers so that they did not spill. Had a pleasant conversation with the owner. An employee even held the door open for me because I had a lot of food in my hands. Highly recommended!

Great snack bar, been coming here for years. On busy days something sometimes goes wrong with the order, but everything is always resolved neatly. I therefore cannot agree with the worse reviews here

Order a parat döner and it contains half of mushrooms THAT WERE NOT EVEN AMONG THE INGREDIENTS ON THE MENU!! and the rest is just a bit of fries and a pathetic bit of chicken döner

You have to pay for fries that are finished. Agree on time and don't keep it.

I had to wait for 45 minutes and then I saw that my order was ready and waiting to be packed. After waiting a few minutes I couldn't resist and said that my food was getting cold there. After at least another 2 minutes it was packed and I could take it with me. The spring roll and goulash croquette were fried for far too long and therefore dark brown. The fries were simply not tasty, probably old fat 😩. Very unfortunate, but I see from the responses that I am not exactly the only one. We certainly won't be getting food there again, which is a shame!

Chaos in the kitchen, quality leaves much to be desired.

Chaotic employees, no leadership at all in the team with only young people. Soft serve ice cream with speckles and/or nuts is laughable. If you have 10 specks on your ice cream then you have Mats..

My father had placed an order for shopping, then shopped for 20 minutes and then had to wait another half hour. This is not the first time that parts of an order have not gone through properly. According to him, this is not the first time, and it's a real shame! Because the tent has more potential. Maybe take a look at the order system or something like that.

The boss of the cafeteria was wearing unkempt clothes with holes in them without an apron and was not exactly customer friendly! And the food was also nasty, I give one tip: never go there.

2 young boys stood behind the counter without a face mask. They were also just eating a piece of fries every now and then. If you say something about it, they look at you strangely. Isn't there a manager who calls them out on this or something? The order was also incorrect and that was not the first time.

They have no customer friendliness here. You are served with an angry look and please cannot get rid of it.
