Not much salmon for that money and it came in as if it had been shot with... won't order from here again!

So disappointed with my ordered, I ordered 2 poke grilled salmon and 1 poke grilled tuna and I received 2 grill Crushed salmon and 1 fried salmon…!!!!!! Call to the shop and the stuff told me that it is…!!!! This is the way theirs make it, he hang up the call before i finish talking…!!! So rude…!!!!!

Absurd! Waited for two hours. The sushi wasn't even good. They were hard to reach, and no one answered. Don't order!

Got sushi for the first time, but definitely not the last! Very friendly service! The price was really great, especially with the free sushi rolls. See you next time!

Delivery time: two hours. If I'd wanted to go on a diet, I wouldn't have ordered anything. Or did it take so long because the fish first had to be taken out of the sea, packed in a can, and then unpacked again? Everything tastes the same. A peanut butter sandwich has even more flavor than this. So much mayonnaise it's practically diabetic. They can't even get the wasabi right. Can't they count to three? Then again, maybe that's a good thing, otherwise the delivery time would probably have been three hours. The fried sushi tastes like a lumpy block of rice wrapped in hard, flavorless dough. Do yourself a favor: watch a YouTube video, learn how to make sushi yourself, go to the supermarket and the fishmonger, get everything, and make it yourself. You'll probably get there faster, and it'll taste fresher and better.

By far the worst sushi ever!!!! It's even worse than a simple all-you-can-eat. First of all, it's already quite expensive, and then it's made so badly that it's sticky with barely any flavor and burnt chicken in it, I can't even swallow it... Secondly, I get a different sushi than what I ordered. With a note in my bag asking if I could give 5 stars... you get 1... 0 would actually be the best... Calling wasn't possible either because they were already closed. Such a shame, it cost me a fortune.

Your order could be canceled because the restaurant thinks something you want to eat. 👌 I just dutifully ordered the minimum order amount of over 25 euros, but they don't like what I ordered, so it's not worth driving to my home. That's why the order was canceled: "We won't drive for that." So you order for almost 30 euros, but they don't like the content, so no delivery. Canceled then... you don't get any confirmation, so now the question is, will I get my money back? Truly rude. I've never experienced a restaurant judging what you want to eat if you order more than the minimum amount. Never again, yes, not even for sushi. (Not even for 20 cans of cola or a few tubs of ice cream 🙄)

I normally read reviews before going places but I live nearby and wanted poke, so I saw it walking by. I’ve now been 5+ times and always have a good experience. I’m pretty picky and I find it to be fresh enough. The staff is also really nice. I like that you get a free sushi roll for every € 15 spent.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company! Delivered way too late, and then nothing was delivered correctly. Not my order at all. It was also delivered too late for me to order any other sushi. NEVER GET IT HERE.

Ordered sushi on a Monday evening at 17:30, called at 18:30 to ask where the order was. The employee indicated that the delivery person had just left with the order. Called again at 19:00 and 20:00 and I got the excuse 'the delivery person made a mistake and left with an empty delivery bike' when asked how Hayai deals with this kind of mistakes in terms of compensation: I'll send it now anyway. What a miserable service, unfriendly and no compensation. Eventually I was able to cancel via UBER customer service. Culinary low point of the year I have rarely been served such a tasteless mockery of a meal. The tuna in the sushi was so bland I wondered if he had ever even seen the saltwater. And the chicken in the poke bowl? Drier than my Monday morning humor. Even cardboard has more juiciness. If this is the work of a 'chef', I recommend a career change. Maybe something without knives. Or without people. A waste of my money and my appetite.

We ordered delivery at home and were quite disappointed. The edamame were not fresh at all, and the overall quality was poor. This isn’t really sushi, they used too much rice vinegar, and the rolls were poorly made. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Don't know what the food was like... it was never delivered... waited 2.5 hours with 6 guests for my birthday. Phone is 'busy' and business (Haarlem) will close in 10 minutes. I just started cooking myself. Quite an expensive joke, sushi for 6 people. Just don't...

Friday, February 14, 2025, ordered sushi for six people from this company because we had a birthday. Ordered at 7:30 PM, but called at 8:30 PM because it wasn't there yet, I can understand that it was busy, the employee promised me that it would be there at 9:00 PM, but they came no. She dared to come to the door at 10:40 PM with the sushi, we were about to go to bed. 3 hours later. downright scandalous, because after 9 p.m. they were no longer reachable by phone, nor did they call. Now I have to fight with Uber Eats to get my money back. Since we did not accept the order because we could not estimate how long it would have been in transit. I will never, ever again order anything from here.

Honestly what in the world??? Order never arrived after 2 hours of waiting, the phone is not being picked up, it’s already closed and I never received food. I understand it is a holiday so there can be a lot of orders but you can literally limit the orders by not accepting anymore for that day if you can’t fulfill them. Disgusting!

Even 1 star too many. Ordered at 6:00 PM. And 20:39 still not. Called 3 times and each time said it was on its way. I think they probably came from Spain or something. Fortunately, home delivery itself was service-oriented and canceled our order and refunded our money. Never again for us anyway.

After 3 hours and 20 minutes the order arrived, there was more yakitori sauce in the plastic bag than on the skewer and they had forgotten a sushi roll. Never again.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Afterward, I read the comments here and was flabbergasted that there were no good comments about the place, so I waited for my food full of doubts. But, to my surprise, the delivery was on time and the food was very good.

very satisfied, Many times I have heard of Hayai Sushi and thought I would give it a try, which turned out to be a great decision! The sushi is great, the costs are low and the delivery drivers are very friendly! Even in unpleasant weather they quickly come to Zandvoort! highly recommended!

Order placed at 6:00 PM, it said it would be delivered within 45 minutes. At 7:00 PM I called the store to ask how far they were, but these calls were not answered. Drove to the store and they indicated that it was almost ready. I ended up having to wait at least 30 minutes in the store for my order. Some people came into the store to complain that they had not received their order yet. The sushi itself was tasty and we were satisfied with it. But never here again for us.

I have ordered from Hayai Sushi before, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Each piece of sushi or roll contained very little salmon, with some slices being almost see-through. I mistakenly gave them another chance, thinking my previous experience was a one-time issue, but unfortunately, the same situation occurred again. I will not be ordering sushi from there again. When you pay a significant amount of money, you expect quality, not just rice.

I will never order from here again. The simplest avocado sushi roll is simply brown in color, so old or there is almost nothing in the roll. That you dare to deliver this like this is truly scandalous! I ordered 2 more large rolls, but honestly I don't even dare to eat them.

Altijd heerlijke sushi besteld en ik kan mij niet vinden in de slechte reviews. Ook ik heb wel eens iets langer moeten wachten, maar dat is het altijd waard geweest. 2 verschillende pokebowls besteld en wat sushi. De pokebowls waren rijkelijk gevuld en super vers. Zo ook de sushi. Bestelling werd optijd bezorgt.

Ik bestel mijn sushi altijd hier, smaakt super lekker voor een leuke prijs. Ook hebben ze een leuke actie dat je een gratis rol krijgt bij besteding van 15 euro. Daarom een hele leuke zaak.

We hadden eerst besteld en de sushi was helemaal uitslaat gevallen en ook los in de tas. Daarna contact opgenomen en hebben nieuwe sushi gekregen met extra sushi erbij. Goede service

BESTE SUSHI VAN HAARLEM. De sushi hier smaakt geweldig en veel beter dan andere sushi bezorg-restaurants. Je proeft dat het vers wordt gemaakt en ja dat kan soms wat langer duren. Maar dan heb je ook wat! De balans rijst/vulling is ook zoveel beter dan de rest. Dikke aanrader!

De Sushi wordt gemaakt waar je bij staat. Kan even duren dus als je haast hebt moet je van te voren bestellen. Alle keren dat ik bij ze besteld heb was het altijd geslaagd. Ik kom graag want de jongens zijn ook altijd vriendelijk. Pokebowl is ook aan te raden. Verassend lekker en goed gevuld.

Sushi smaakt lekker, bakje wel door de war. 8,50 voor niks betaald voor een roll die gratis is vervolgens hebben ze geen wisselgeld terug (wel over gebeld) kwamen toen 45min te laat en dan geef ik gratis me geld weg voor iets wat het niet waard is, jammer. Geen vrolijke bezorger

De producten uit de frituur waren prima. De sushi had weinig smaak en proefde niet vers. Uiteindelijk de sushi weg gegooid, zonde.

So overall I think I’ll be ordering from here in the future. I was afraid to order because they have a lot of bad reviews regarding the timing, but in my experience when it comes to sushi(or fresh food), if you want to have quality it is normal that it takes time specially during the peak times, because everybody wants to order at the same time.

Het eten kwam gewoon op tijd aan. Ook was het super warm en heerlijk. Kwaliteit/prijs verhouding is uitstekend.
