Damn you and your service! An hour and a half late! I've called you over ten times. My last order still hasn't arrived. My little son isn't due for dinner until midnight! Even if you were from Rotterdam, it shouldn't take longer than an hour and a half. What am I supposed to do if the food still hasn't arrived?

The wings are very salty. They ran out of the bigger chicken pieces so they raplced it with more wings without asking? Would not go here again unless it's a last resort. Had stomach aches the next day.

Not normal dirty, cold, miserable. 29 euros for 1 person and then such disgusting food. Scandalous. Minced meat tasteless and burnt. Anatoli Fire dry sandwich for half no chicken. So cold and wet it had to heat up in airfryer.

A classic chicken place that also serves burgers. I had the cheeseburger and fries. It tasted similar to a burger king burger, but higher quality. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a good choice. The chicken also smelled good. No old grease smell, just fresh cooking.

The chicken nuggets were dried out and the breading was mostly gone. The bun tasted old and dry, not fresh at all. The fries were clumped together in one big lump, looked like a baked potato. The milkshake smelled and tasted like spoiled milk – really, everything was thrown away. Normally I don't bother to complain, but this was really inedible. Maybe it was because of the time (late at night), but that's no excuse. To make matters worse, no one is available by phone to solve it properly. Too bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You order well in advance (5 p.m.) to have it delivered at 7 p.m. Then they arrive an hour later, the delivery person doesn't speak a word of Dutch. Ordered burgers from thuisbezorgd. Actually worse than McDonalds. Same low-quality, too-lean and dry overcooked beef patties, only managed one piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger, which was so thin it had bonded to the floppy bun, even the French fries were limp. Also arrived 10 minutes earlier than the listed time, before we got home.

Muziek staat belachelijk hard. Burgers zijn groot, dat is top. Maar teveel saus en voor een cheese burger was het echt zoeken naar de kaas.

Ordered three kids menus. The french fries slightly too brown. One of the burgers way too done. The included toys were too simple (bubble makers). Not friendly enough but also not rude. Missed that customer charm. Other than that a decent place.

I have been to this restaurant twice. Best hahal burgers in Denhaag. You can notice that chicken salad and fries are fresh and well-cared of. I would advise everyone to have the Chicken Tower meal. Great experience and definitely going there again. One negative note though, the sauce is not enough inside the burger and its too much to pay extra for enough sauce for the fries and burger. I would advise the owner of this restaurant to provide optional extra sauce inside the burger and be generous with that.

tenders waren lecker, Rest zu fettig, der Hamburger ist kalt serviert und schmeckt leider nicht! mayonaise eine sehr schlechte Marke nicht essbar, billige Mozarella-Sticks, also ist einmalig zu besuchen wenn man Lust auf KFC Halal sonst lohnt sich nicht...

Met zorg bereid eten, dat lekker is en vult. En dat voor een goede prijs. Medewerkers ook top. Aanrader!

Er staan best veel comments over afhaal wat niet echt in de smaak valt bij mensen. Wij hebben daarom afgehaald en alles smaakte prima! Dessert was lekker en alles was lekker knapperig. Patat is wel een beetje slapjes maar kip en mozarella sticks waren erg lekker!

Twee crispy burger besteld een met twister frites & 1 salade. De crispy burger en twister frites waren heel lekker. Alleen de salade was een tegenvaller als er wat kommer en sla bij zat gemixt en meer tomaatjes dan was dit 5sterren waard nu zat er letterlijk alleen rucola en drie snoeptomaatjes in. Voor extra toevoeging zal een salade saus ook wel lekker zijn. De bezorging was wel snel er stond dat ik drie kwartier moest wachten, maar de bezorger was er al in 15minuten.

The restaurant is clean, the chicken tastes delicious, and the price is great for the quality. For muslim travelers, it's another halal certified restaurant in Den Haag. If they could change one thing, I'd like to see the customers service to smile more and greet the customers more warmly. 4/5

Altijd vers, ben vaste klant bij hbc. Personeel altijd vriendelijk en bij problemen lossen ze het altijd op.
