The person over there is angry and answering customers impatiently. Also, I paid for a reusable cup, but they gave me a regular one, and when I asked them about it, they said they don't have those cups. The food tasted terrible, and there weren't even any tissues. I will never go there again.it was my first and last time

I ordered for the first time from this Hobbemaplein branch via their own app for pickup. I selected everything I wanted and paid, but the app says the final result: order failed. I called the branch and explained: they said just come by. So I went there, had to wait 20 minutes, and after trying to speak to someone 3 different times, I had to explain everything all over again. (Unbelievable what I have had to endure.) Okay, and they are still being difficult, and they were going to get the branch manager. I showed my ING app that money had been deducted; they asked if I should check it this way on your end too. The staff were extremely rude towards me. In the end, they gave me my order anyway, but I was missing chicken tenders when I got home. First time and last time. From now on, I will go to the HFC across the street; they treat people normally there.

I order to pick up a cube , with fries for 2 with drink , really quickly, respect

Waited 15 mins for my order, while employees were just on their phones, only to be given things that had been sitting on the ready shelf since before i came in. 70 cents to use a toilet even though im already paying for my food. Fries were soggy and didnt have a modicum of salt. Chicken tasted like it had maybe one out of the 11 supposed spices.

Not that great. Ordered at this location with uber eats. Fries were soft and cold Variety bucket was cold I ordered 5pm, food was delivered 5:50pm which wouldn't be a problem if it was somewhat warm, which wasn't.

I find it unfortunate that I have to give even 1 star, because this experience was really not good. I had to wait an incredibly long time for my food. When I pointed this out, I saw and heard employees in the back laughing, which came across as very unprofessional. Additionally, one employee initially wanted to offer me something as a solution, but another employee said out loud that she “just wasn’t going to do that,” while looking at me. That felt disrespectful and completely unfriendly to customers. When I finally received my food, my sandwich was incorrect. Instead of making a new one, the same sandwich was taken back, adjusted, and given to me again. I think this is completely unacceptable, especially since the sandwich was cold afterwards. The employee behind the counter also did not take me seriously and even seemed to be laughing at me when I returned with my complaint. This behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable. All in all, a very bad experience. I hope something is done about this, because this is not how you treat customers.

I ordered online, and the order arrived two hours later. Despite being a regular customer, the product I received was completely different. When I called the business, they said everything was correct, but it absolutely wasn't. It was as if it had been made and shipped from somewhere else. I had a terrible experience. They used the classic Turkish mentality: "Whatever we give the customer will be accepted." All I can say is, shame on them.

I waited almost an hour and a half for my order, only to have it canceled by the restaurant. They wouldn't answer the phone. Poor service.

An elderly woman chose her table number to avoid walking too much, and the employee yelled her number repeatedly (just yelling angrily). So she had to get it herself. Unfortunately, they didn't have names, so it was difficult to tell who was yelling. I think this is unacceptable. If there was an option to choose a table number, they should just do their job. Choosing any ice cream wasn't possible either, even with large posters of ice creams hanging inside. Such a shame.

Friendly staff. Always nice, the food is good. And the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend everyone to come in for a bite to eat.

KFC in The Hague 🍗: fast service ✅, competent staff 👍, well-prepared order... in short, on paper, everything is perfect. But... it felt like the restaurant wanted to put us in the chicken's shoes 🐔🔥. Heat that made you sweat before you even opened the box of nuggets. 😅 It's a shame the air conditioning ❄️ wasn't turned on, because a good meal is better enjoyed without feeling like you're in a giant fryer. Good luck to the employees 👏 who are holding up under these conditions... but a little freshening up would be nice for everyone, customers and staff alike. 🙌

Ordered four cheeseburgers to be delivered to the table. They placed them on the counter and announced they were ready, so they weren't brought to the table. Turns out the cheeseburgers weren't on the bun, but a single chicken finger. So, not a Berger, but a finger, and the food was lukewarm instead of hot, without any explanation. I'll never come here again.

A completely different team at this branch. Very friendly and you get help quickly. The food has also improved enormously.

I ordered fire zinger for the first time, and it tasted exactly like it. The chicken also looked like they'd taken a chunk off. Such a shame. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the food at this branch has been so disappointing. We haven't eaten in for a while because it's just not clean. I hope they improve their service and the food soon, but for now, I won't be ordering from them again.

What a disgraceful experience. The staff barely speaks proper Dutch, making communication virtually impossible. You are also completely ignored, as if you are air. Customer friendliness? None to be found. Two ladies, probably managers given their different clothes, were laughing loudly in the office while it was busy in the store. They also did not take the customers seriously at all. One of them, I think her name is Esme or Esma, barely speaks the language either. I really do not understand how someone with such poor communication skills can be in a managerial position? Ridiculous. My food took forever to arrive and when I finally got it, it was cold and tasteless. KFC has gone downhill rapidly in the past three years. This branch looks more like a chaotic playground than a restaurant. No service, no respect, no quality. Unbelievably bad. I will never set foot in here again.

Well what I just experienced I have never really seen this way. I order a crunchi cheeseburger and 1 original piece. I walk to the toilet and back the gentleman says your order is ready. I take my order and walk to my car. I come across this (see photo). I call and ask why it is like this the gentleman on the phone says bread has just been made that bread has been made for a while even the ketchup has become thick cheese completely dry and 1 piece of vleea. if KFC treats people of the food like this I think they should be ashamed.

It's the dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. Trash cans are overflowing, and the trash is already on the floor because it's so full. Dirty tables aren't cleaned. A woman was changing her baby's diaper, and it was on the table??? Only one girl serving but she was very fast...efficient......but the portions of food and soda weren't good, the glass was half full...a hamburger with one chick instead of two?!. One the worst KFC that In have seen in Den Haag I will not recommend anyone to visit this KFC by den haag open market. No cleaning every where tables are dirty.

You get cold fries and they are certainly not fresh, the service here is also bad and you have to pay money to go to the toilet. All chairs and tables are also super dirty

Things go wrong here again and again. I don't even think about things being sloppy and such. First of all, it always takes a very long time here before the food is ready. And secondly, the worst part, I don't know if they even work with fresh oil here and such. This is really the dirtiest KFC and I always get complaints about it. I don't know if all hygiene standards are observed here.

The worst delivery. All of my orders. Damaged food, spilled Pepsi, missing items, never-arrived deliveries. Double charging. Totally unreliable, especially the orders from Uber Eats. No proper refund. Cold food. Just name it. There is no way to reach out to them. The phone number doesn't work. I called multiple times, but no one responded.

Yesterday I asked a friend where I can file a complaint at KFC Hobbemaplein. I am traumatized by this location. Employees chatting with each other or sitting in the back of the office. They are not attentive to their customers. I can understand if you only have young people over. Nine times out of ten the order is also wrong. I don't even dare order via Uber. Yesterday it was again the case that the employees did not check the receipt and gave the wrong order. Luckily I checked it in time. The employee apologized politely. Another thing, they pack your food very sloppily. Yesterday my fries were literally thrown in the bag and I had to ask for a new one. Personally, I think this location needs to start working on its services and do something about the complaints they receive every day. People who come there often say that it is never good. Hopefully something will be done about it, because we are paying for it.

I'm not easily negative, but I only go to this KFC because my daughter asks for it every now and then and it's close to home. Firstly, the area is super busy. You can hardly park your bike here. While you secure your bike and you really have to do that here, I am always chased by people who want money and last time they kept pushing and forcing me. It became annoying because I don't carry cash and apparently the person didn't believe it. I don't know why but it keeps happening here. Away from the busy neighborhood The place is super small. And that in itself is not a problem, but what makes it annoying is that you always wait a very long time for your order here. So long that you almost want to walk away because the pickup counter is completely full. The deposit device for cups almost never seems to work, so I keep paying the deposit but can never return the cups. I keep being told: 'but you can take them home with you'. Forgetting sauces more often Fries not properly cooked Staff unkind to other customers. There are many customers of different nationalities and not all of them speak Dutch equally well. I think that the staff does not always treat these customers well. It really is that this is the only KFC in the area that I come here. And that my daughter likes to eat KFC chicken.

You order extra early (half past four) and you receive the message: delivered in 40 minutes. In the app, the time keeps changing to: your delivery is in an hour. You call the store after an hour and a half, it takes 5 calls before they answer and they say that they have no idea where my order is and that all orders have already been taken out. Very bad service here. Now there is still an hour left in the app, I am 2 hours further. I understand that it is busy, but this makes no sense at all.

I ordered a meal deal and waited for 40 minutes just for it to be taken by someone else. They said that I couldn't get my order because someone I didn't know took it. I spent money there and didn't get anything even though I told them what order I had.
