For an all-you-can-eat place, not bad.

Three weeks ago, I made a reservation for 4 people for August 13th, also asking if I could bring a dog. On August 12th, I received a call asking if the reservation was still on. I said yes, of course, but then I was told that I was not allowed to bring a dog, even though it is permitted in Vlaardingen. It is very strange that I was informed of this just one day in advance, especially since this was a dinner we wanted to host for friends. I immediately made another reservation for Vlaardingen, where dogs are welcome too.

Celebrated an 80th birthday; it was a bit chaotic at times, not everyone understands the system, but otherwise a successful evening.

We had a delicious meal, good portions, and it wasn't too salty or overpowered by garlic. The wine list could be a bit more extensive.

First time eating at De Heinde and the service is really excellent. Very friendly staff who perform their duties very well and are very polite; truly top-notch. The food is also great.

Everything was in perfect order. Tasty food, atmospheric. Go for it. Remains a great location to eat here. Everything went perfectly again.

Somewhat noisy environment. Corner table for 7 people with a sofa. Ordering was chaotic because the app couldn't handle our number. Had to call over a waitress, as otherwise 2 people risked not getting any food. Received many tasty appetizers and plenty of drinks. However, had to wait 25 minutes for desserts. The price-quality ratio was good.

Very good. Concept with drinks and desserts included for 37.50 Mon to Thu. There are some delicious bites on the menu. The tuna with seaweed and the cheese croquettes are my favorites. The restaurant is located in a beautiful, atmospheric space. You can easily park nearby.

You really need to make a reservation, it's always packed. The food is delicious. Each round consists of two small portions, but you can order as many as you like until you're full. This way you can try a variety of options, from vegan and fish to meat. And you can simply order the dishes you particularly enjoy more often. The staff are incredibly helpful and always very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Had to wait a long time to order upon arrival; ordered for the second time after an hour. The table was not cleared. It was done after we asked. So we ordered immediately after receiving our second round. I find it very messy! I won't be coming here again; I'll go to Kijkduin instead.

Tasty food. Nice small portions. And the desserts... wow. The service, however, is substandard. It takes a very long time for people to come to the table. Even when you ask for a staff member via the app.

A great place for dinner. Keep in mind that you need a smartphone with internet access to order food, as everything is done via QR code. My mother's phone couldn't scan the QR code for some reason, so make sure at least one person in your group can order beforehand. The restaurant is very efficient and well-organized. You order through the app and receive your food with a minimum of about 15 minutes between orders. The food was generally very good, although some dishes were a bit average in taste and didn't look quite like the pictures in the app. For example, the trout was rather small, and the rendang didn't quite have the typical flavor of a classic Toko dish, but that's really nitpicking. Overall, the quality of the food is very good. When it's busy, it can sometimes take a while for orders to arrive. The staff is friendly, some seem young and new, but they do a good job. I will come back.

Very cozy restaurant. I have been to several Van Heinde restaurants. But so far, this remains my favorite. A cozy restaurant and a pleasant atmosphere! The food is very tasty. It did take a bit longer sometimes... as soon as our food arrived at the table, we actually ordered a new round, because otherwise you end up waiting half an hour for your next round of dishes. Drinks (except spirits and certain beers and wines) are included, which is great!

It was very tasty, only some of the meats weren't that good; we had chicken but it was tasteless, super dry, but otherwise it was good 😋

I give 3 stars for service because most of the staff did everything with attention, but one person was not customer-friendly. Most of what I ordered was tasty, but not everything.

The air conditioning was turned up way too high, so we asked for other seats. The food was otherwise fine.

It is highly recommended, so book quickly.

There is a fairly wide variety of food and the quality is somewhat above average, although everything is made quite salty, which is a bit of a shame. The desserts are perfectly fine. What I did find very annoying is that if you are with a larger group, the group is split into smaller groups of 4 people and you can only order with your own group of 4, so not individually. Since the dishes are small and you are only allowed to order 2 dishes per person, you end up with people in your group who eat faster having to wait for the people in the group who eat slower. This creates an unpleasant dynamic when eating together within your group, but also between the groups themselves. Quite a lot of waiting time arises where people run out of food not only within the groups, but also between the groups. It is a mystery to me why this is done this way; perhaps so that people eat less since it is an all-you-can-eat concept, but it does not enhance the atmosphere for larger groups. If you are with just the two of you, I think it is a nice and good concept with reasonably good food, but with a larger group, I would skip it.

Received excellent help despite all the busyness.

Cozy and beautiful restaurant, spacious layout, and we had a good and tasty meal. Friendly staff, everything well organized. Close to a large parking lot.

Every dish was delicious, it's just that as people over 70, we are a bit clumsy with QR ordering.

Great restaurant with a fantastic concept. A choice of 60 dishes, so plenty of choice and something for everyone. It does get busy, though, and you need to reserve on time. If you can't make it online, always try by phone.

Delicious food if you like variety. You'll easily eat way too much. The service is excellent on a Sunday evening. If it gets busy, a single dish might have cooled down too much by the time it's served.

Delicious food, super cozy and certainly not expensive.

We had a delicious meal with a small group. The staff came by frequently to bring drinks and collect empty plates and glasses. We were seated near the door, so it got quite chilly at times. There were more people in the beginning than further back, and it was noticeable. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, and the seating is well-spaced.

Absolutely fantastic! Unique and, above all, very beautiful decor, nothing to complain about. The food is also excellent, and the host/hostess always introduces themselves politely.

We ate here for Christmas Eve with six people. Cozy atmosphere. Excellent service! The snacks were delicious. A glass of cava was on the house.

A really fun concept. You can choose two entrees per person, plus one side dish. There are also a variety of desserts. A variety of drinks are included. A cozy atmosphere. Great service. And not to mention, delicious food.

Very cozy restaurant. I've been to several restaurants in Heinde, but this one remains my favorite. A cozy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere! The food is delicious. It did take a little longer sometimes... Drinks are included, which is great! But sometimes you have to ask for drinks instead of them being asked for you.

Great concept with unlimited snacks and drinks. Friendly and welcoming staff. However, the portions are currently very small, and the desserts, in particular, are poor quality.

It was a lovely evening yesterday; the service and atmospheric setting were also excellent. One point of concern is that the food was quite lukewarm and not quite hot enough, or perhaps the staff served it too late. Perhaps also reduce the size of the side dishes, including fries. And serve the bread with herb butter instead of witch's cheese! Tip: Add more warm options to the menu. The desserts, on the other hand, have a wide selection 👍🏻 We'll definitely be back.

It was simply excellent. There were lots of small dishes to choose from, making it a great place to take kids. They could try everything, and there was always something they'd like. The service and atmosphere were excellent.

Very varied menu, delicious food and very friendly staff

The price-quality ratio is excellent. It's great that there's a single price for both food and drinks, and desserts are included. Reservations often have to be made weeks in advance. It's a large restaurant with several different areas, but it's still very noisy. The food was often bland and didn't always look like the photos or what you'd expect. Several dishes were delivered incorrectly or didn't arrive at all. After complaining, they did acknowledge this and immediately sent it to the kitchen to have it prepared.

Delicious tapas,,,, the staff were fantastic. The atmosphere and experience were perfect. Heinde Naaldwijk is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys a leisurely meal.

Cozy restaurant and you can eat well here, definitely recommended

Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, but towards the end, you could tell the staff were rushing to get home on time. That was a shame; I really got the feeling of "get out of here now," even though they were so professional all evening. We certainly weren't late.

In 2024 een paar maal hier gegeten, ook zakelijk en toen eigenlijk best naar wens. Recent helaas een andere ervaring. De tafeltjes in het looppad zijn donker en zeer tocht gevoelig. Zodra de buitendeur open gaat voel je de tocht langs je benen. Verder is het een kakofonie van geluiden maar dat weet je bij dit concept. Er was een nieuwe kaart (en nieuw personeel?). Alles was rommelig terwijl het nog niet eens vol zat. Lang gewacht tot het opnemen van het eerste drankje en activeren van de QR. Daarna niemand meer aan tafel gezien. Na de 4e keer om drinken en koffie te hebben gevraagd krijg je het gevoel dat je lastig bent of teveel vraagt. Ook het eten is niet om naar huis te schrijven. Een keiharde schnitzel op een uitgedroogde wafel is verre van een succes. Champignons nog rauw en ook de vis niet helemaal oké. Afruimen van het vuile servies duurde ook lang. Weliswaar eet en drink je in het weekend hier voor 85 euro maar zal toch zo snel niet meer voor Heinde in Naaldwijk kiezen.

Great service. Nice concept. But unfortunately, the quality isn't good. I ordered a carpaco, and the Parmesan cheese on top looked like plastic, and the soup was served cold. That was a shame.

Good food and very polite staff. There was a small issue with the reserved table, but the hostess resolved it promptly. They honor their agreements on the work floor. Worth a visit!

After our previous visit, Maaike invited us back for dinner. We were surprised by the excellent service, and the quality of the dishes was good. Thank you, Maaike, and compliments to the team for their hospitality and a successful evening.

Great concept where vegetarian meals are also well represented on the menu. Something for everyone and for a fixed price. If it takes an hour or 3 hours, that's no problem, you can enjoy it at your leisure.

Staff with a friendly face, I asked for Bacardi Lemon but it was not on the menu. However, Anna, who helped us, found a solution right away. She said: 'I'll do Bacardi with a piece of lemon in it.' I thought it was a great idea. Thanks a lot, Anna!

Often went wrong with order but they are nice and solve it neatly. Was very busy but a strange Westland atmosphere.

Today was a very hot day, but still wanted to celebrate my daughter's exam results. When we arrived we were well received, but we noticed something right away. No air conditioning, it was 34 degrees today and we were put at a door. Our hostess said "yes, the air conditioning will come next week" We had a woman with lung problems with us (she already has an oxygen machine) but she did not feel well because of the heat. We also ordered a salad. When the salad arrived my daughter noticed that there was a grasshopper in her salad 🙈 our hostess immediately got a new one for my daughter and apologized. Unfortunately, we still had a less good experience because of the enormous heat inside the restaurant and the animal in the food.

The food was delicious, enough choices. We sometimes had to wait a long time for the food. We had a very nice hostess. Places were a bit less practical, small table with 2 people. Everywhere 4.5 :)

Large, well-organized food relay. Massive and yet fun. Many different small snacks meat, fish, vegetarian. Recipes from all over the world. Almost everything tasted good. Service always on time, also for the drinks.

Not really great, few staff who run around like crazy and that doesn't make them any more friendly, food is reasonable, drink service is slow.

Delicious and cozy food. Wide choice of dishes, something for everyone. Both meat and fish but also for and with dishes and not to forget the desserts. They also kept coming by to ask if we wanted something to drink. When paying we got a nice gift because of Mother's Day. With well-filled bellies we went home again, it was the first time we were here but certainly not the last time.

Was here last Thursday. It's not my thing. I think the snacks are ok, but certainly not something worth repeating. The service was well-intentioned but left some wishes unfulfilled. Prosecco from an open bottle was undrinkable.... It tasted 0 bit more.

I have been to many restaurants but this was one that I will not easily forget - the tables are well spaced - and conviviality is number 1.

An exciting restaurant with a concept that I have never seen before. Basically like an "all you can eat" buffet, only you are served at your seat. The two of us came without a reservation (Saturday evening) and were lucky to get a table. The waitress Anne was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the concept to us. She was always at the table throughout the evening and served us well. In the restaurant you pay a flat rate and can eat and drink as much as you want. A few drinks (mainly alcoholic and high-proof) cost an extra charge. When you eat, you always order 2 main dishes and a side dish per person via the app and then have them brought to your table. The portions are small so you can try a lot of them. That's a good thing, there are lots of delicious dishes. If you don't find anything for yourself, you have to cook for yourself. The atmosphere is rather rustic and cozy. Because the place was so full, it was just a little noisy. Otherwise we enjoyed a lovely evening. Thank you.

I had made a reservation well in advance for my birthday on Thursday, but unfortunately it was canceled tonight because the place was recently rented for that day. Very unfortunate! We were offered to come the day before, but you don't celebrate your birthday before your actual birthday, and not everyone in my party can go on that day. Then we were allowed to come on Friday, but the price was 5 euros higher per person. This doesn't feel entirely fair to us, as we had originally made a reservation for Thursday. I hope that they will handle such a situation differently in the future, or, for example, offer compensation.

Food was quite good, it took quite a while before everything was on the table. The hostess was busy so we had to order something to drink very quickly otherwise she would be gone again. The desserts were tasty and the coffee was excellent.

Ate here with a group of 14, the food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was also very pleasant. The quality of the food is a lot better than at other tapas restaurants.
