Hesselink Koffie West BV in Bedrijventerrein Sloterdijk

Anybody know if this place will open up again? It’s my fave coffee spot in Ams and they have been closed for months now :(

Really nice cinnamon bun, great coffee and had the special pistachio matcha, which was lovely. The person serving us was welcoming and kind and you get to have a nice view to the water, while the surrounding area is quite calming. Additionally, great for dog and cat watching. We met a royal looking cat who was stunning.

We live in the neighbourhood and it is our little weekly ritual to go for breakfast here. Very cozy vibe and best cinnamon rolls. The coffee is good as well.
